They should be the fast food industry standard on how to treat their customers, and logistically move quality food and serve customers quickly. No one does it better. Their grilled chicken nuggets are usually my go to for a fairly lean, low calorie meal. In the morning, I also enjoy their breakfast sandwich, the egg white grill. When I am in Hinesville I try and stop at the Chick-fil-A. I don't eat at too many fast food restaurants but sometimes you need a quick meal on the run. If I am going to eat fast food then I like going to Chick-fil-A. There are many healthy options like great fresh salads and fresh fruit instead of fries or fried chicken. Today was a big time cheat day. I ordered the fried chicken deluxe sandwich with American cheese with no pickles. I also got the waffle fries and a cherry coke. Life is so much better with a cherry coke. The drive thru was very quick. It was warm and sunny out today and I felt bad for the person taking my money under the umbrella because it was a warm day. A suggestion would be if they would have a little fan clipped to the table or some misters for the employee. The heat can drain and dehydrate a person. The staff is also always so polite and friendly. One thing I am surprised about is they don't give military discounts especially bring in a military town. I was told that they don't give military discounts like the other fast food establishments or sit down restaurants do in the area. read more

Went to Chick-fil-A this morning I have a toddler who doesn't really care for the Apple so I asked them to remove them just to open up her fruit cup to see this, kind of figured they would put a little extra of another fruit but instead they just gave her this sad little bowl. I've never had a bad experience at any chick-fil-a, and this location lives up to its name! The drive thru goes fast since they have the employees outside taking orders. Our orders have always been correct with each visit. The spicy southwest salad was great! I enjoyed it with ranch dressing, while my kids devoured their grilled chicken nuggets! (I love that they offer grilled chicken!) You'll notice they offer multiple healthy options/sides! This location does have an indoor playground, which we intend to check out soon! read more

But I opened up my tenders when I got home and I am not sure if these are suppose to be tenders because my tenders have always been nice and juicy. the service as per usual is outstanding. the food is just as any other chick til a, meh. the atmosphere at this particular location is among the worst I've ever seen. there are always numerous groups of ignorant people talking loudly using more profanity in each sentence than you'd hear on a navy ship. it's not military personnel either. they are respectful and polite. it's the "other" inhabitants of Hinesville. it's sad that all the employees walk right by it and don't say anything. they leave it to the other patrons to control the riot. it's not what I would expect from a family and Christian oriented company. always 2-3 straight up garbage crowds here. If you're "on the go" there are TWO drive up lanes with at least four persons taking orders. -- Inside the "store" is immaculately clean and well staffed. We observed tables being cleaned after customers departing, each one done with a brand new sanitized cleansing wipe. How often do you see that?? I have been to more than a few Chick-fil-A restaurants and none of them can hold a candle to the Hinesville, Georgia Chick-fil-A. They are certainly not perfect but compared to the average state of American Fast Food outfits, they are Heaven sent. I have never seen anything less than 100% on their Health Inspection reports. Not only do they always get my order wrong they also have tried to not serve me breakfast that was already ordered. I was stuck in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before I could get to the lady for my mobile order. (And no I couldn't go inside bc I was trapped in the drive thru.) They said breakfast ended 5 minutes ago and they could no longer serve us even though it was already ordered and paid for! We were there well before breakfast ended. Also when they mess up your order and you call to inform them, they never add your rewards to you app. Their fry's are also always mushy and/or stale. read more
