I have had the misfortune of coming here a few times and the service is always lazy and the servers are childish having full inappropriate conversations over the mic. Not only that they ALWAYS take forever and still screw up your order. How do you give someone a cheese burger with only to buns and a slice of unmelted cheese with some pathetic onions sprinkled on top with NO PATTY. Took 3 minutes to be acknowledged for taking my order in the drive through, with cars behind. Food took 15 minutes + to arrive.

The manager is a glorified babysitter who has no control over her workers. It shouldn't take an empty McDonald's 15 minutes for a simple fast food order. It took so long to get my food, I left with 1/2 of it. I was already late for work and I couldn't afford to waste anymore time there while the workers flirt and play on their phones. They need to fire everyone and rehire people who will actually do their job in a timely manner. read more

Absolutely horrible service. We were asked to pull into a spot to wait for our drive thru order. After waiting 40 minutes, my husband attempted to go inside and check on our order. The lobby was closed (it was 5pm), and the phone was off the hook. My husband had no choice but to stand at the drive thru window to let them know we've been waiting while cars in the drive thru were getting their food and driving away. It was raining, mind you, and the manager told the staff to let my husband just stand there and wait. We waited a full hour before driving away without our food and out our $50. Pathetic. read more

Oh, how I avoid this location like the plague. Why are we still not allowing customers to sit in the restaurant? If the other two in town allow it why does this location not? On top of that, if you ask for no onions or tomatoes they still put it. Never can get a milkshake nor ice cream here. Sign outside says "Get your faves faster. Order ahead in the app". Yea don't. Sat outside for over 20 minutes waiting on a mobile order. I was actual late one day for work (even left the wait line without food). Came into this establishment and waited in line behind a sweet woman. She was taking quite some time placing her order however the young lady at the register was beyond patient with her. After a few minutes a manager came out and asked if she could help me with the kiosk so I could place my order. SO NICE!!! The cashier remained patient and calm assisting the woman while the manager helped my family place our order. It was quick and easy. Everyone at this location are so sweet and ready to jump up and help in all areas. I love coming here. They always remain top notch!!! read more

Horrible service! We ordered a McRib combo , 4pc Kids meal nuggets and a Big Mac. First the Kids meal was missing the fries and no sauce and the McRib was givin to me on a regular bun. Of course we didn't realize this until we were already home. The sprite tasted like it was mixed with another drink. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant. I almost refuse to go here. The service is always awful; the employees are always upset about something (so it sounds) orders are wrong every single time, and the wait in line is outrageous. It takes on average (not counting lunch or dinner when they're expected to be busy) at least 30-40 minutes to get your food. Long story short, I think the reviews are pretty uniform with the quality you're getting anywhere in Hinesville, so take it for what it is I guess. read more

I couldn't ever imagine a fast food place doing cash only. But when we pulled up early in the morning they're doing cash only!!!!! Who carries cash anymore??? I've seen places do card only but never cash only. That's how you lose business. I'll take the hit for this. So I tried to give McDonald's another try. I do curb side, I order at 8pm exactly. 8:25 I'm still waiting on my order ten cars later I walk inside & nothing but kids telling lame jokes and standing around. I told the of them that I've been waiting for almost 30 minutes and I just want my money back. The manager finally comes to the front offers to give me the food and my money but I just wanted my money back. After waiting so long I wasn't feeling McDonald's anymore. The manager claimed someone threw away my ticket but I told the young lady who deliver food to four other cars that I was waiting on my order so I guess common sense didn't kick in to check and see what I ordered. No one ever has an issue getting food during the day when the older people are working but them kids are TERRIBLE. I'm local and have been living here for 2 years. I hardly go to this McDonald's because of my experiences. The first time I ever went here they forgot to make my order so I sat around for 45mins until I got my order. The second time they didn't put any sausage on my sausage and egg McMuffins.... the third time!!!.... no issues.... went to Korea for 9 months and just recently went to see if this place has improved. Nope. Going through the drive through the cashier asks me what my order was, I corrected him, and told him I ordered something else. Moving on to get my food, it's the order I said was NOT my food. I look at my receipt and it's the order that I said was not mine to begin with -.- they take back the food and bring me my food. I drive off. After getting to my destination I unwrap my suppose to be Sausage and egg McMuffin (my favorite if you haven't noticed) and they are HAM and EGG.... moral of this story is if you want a McDonald's to constantly mess up your order this the one for you!!! read more

Chunks of ice in my frappe. I've been here several times but I am not a fan of McDonald's so I only order ice cream or drinks. Today I had a small fry and after each bite I keep wondering if its made with some sort of paper product so they don't stick together while frozen. Anyway, my complaint is, every time I order from drive thru, they never offer me napkins. Voices at drive thru never sound happy and I never get a smile from these people. Must be management fault. We drive across town to come to this location. The staff is always professional, polite, and so helpful. The food is actually hot and the order correct every time we come. The staff brings the food out, asks if you need anything, and then grabs it for you, all while being super nice and friendly. Tonight was no different. There was a lady (when I asked I was told her name is CC) training the lady that was helping me. She spoke to the lady she was training kindly and seemed very patient. She smiled and made a joke with me which was much appreciated after my long day. Definitely worth the extra drive. read more

I came to this McDonald's and they took a long time to take my order, I went inside and everyone was just looking at me before asking what i wanted. Then the main REASON I got on here to make a review was because one of the workers stopped and got a napkin and started wiping the tip of her nose, and then started working again. Was given dried out, hard, reheated sausage biscuit. Could not even bite into it. Had to drive back and go in. When I told girl at counter, she responded with a smile then said "that's fine". Um, no, it wasn't. Thought maybe she would apologize when brought me new one. Nope. And by now my hash browns are cold and I am late. Astounded did not even an i'm sorry. So asked for manager who apologized but only because I asked for one. Along with a "have a nice day". To sum up my many many trips to this McDonalds I would say simply slooooooowwwwwww!! Since yelp wants more I would also add the unprofessionalism of staff is something I have never witnessed. To be this lax and to have such a horrible attitude you have to really try to be this bad. You know it is puzzling why these employees are so disgruntled about having a job. Some would do anything to have a paying job, but here they take their attitude about having to go into work out on the customers. I ordered 4 plain biscuits (breakfast all day, right) and was asked to pull to the drive thru parking area. 15 minutes later I went inside to check on these biscuits. I stood at the counter (no others customers) for a couple minutes with staff looking at me and walking off and joking around. Finally, I asked a red shirted young man who I believe was a manager by title only because he was cutting up with the rest of them as opposed to ensuring they were serving customers etc, you know their jobs. In the end I get my biscuits and attitude (more attitude than biscuits) this young man, so called manager, did not even apologize or say to have a good day. Less than pleasing. Went through the drive-thru and told me to park in the drive-thru waiting area. Took them 15 minutes before I got fed up and went in to find them horsing around in the back. Walked up to the counter and asked what was taking so long. Cashier gave me the lame excuse that they had "other customers" to attend to when it wasn't even that busy and there weren't very many people in front of me, all of which having small simple orders. I complained to the manager who shot me a dirty look and handed me the meal. On top of that, they gave me the wrong order that was cold with soggy fries, probably from messing around in the back while making it. I was absolutely disgusted and angry by the quality and amount of time it took to make. If your coming off-post for lunch, or just anyone in general, definitely recommend going elsewhere read more
