Service was fast and food was fresh. Everything from my order was correct. I never have a problem when I go here.

I've never been to any Zaxby's when there wasn't a wait, so have a bit of time on your hands or go elsewhere. Zaxby's is known for their fresh-in house, hand breaded fried chicken. Their fresh made salads are a favorite of mine, too. It's a bit extra wait time for fresh made not frozen, and today was no exception. Also, for the frequent customer, Zaxby's has an app that allows you to order ahead and earn point. The order taker and cashier couldn't have been more pleasant. My chicken fingers were piping hot, and the requested Wimpy sauce had the right amount of wimpy heat. A perfect experience today! read more

I've been going to this Zaxby's for about 2 years now cause me and my wife live and die by Zaxby's, and for every 5 times we go it's probably good every 2 times. It's a gamble if your order is correct. I request heavy sauce on my wings almost every time and it's like they intentionally put less. The staff always seem to be uncoordinated and very inconsistent. I just left there today and I smelt something burnt in my car, i assumed it was something outside. When I got home and unpacked the food I instantly recognized it was the food. You could visually see everything was coated in burnt grease. I went back and gave them all the food back and explained they must be cooking in burnt grease and the food tastes burnt and bitter and is not edible. The manager was nonchalant although she did give me a full refund, she explained how they have someone coming soon to clean out the oil filter in the next 30 minutes, and that she can drop new food once that's done. But considering as I was getting a refund they were still serving food, I didn't want anything else from that place. Serving people burnt food or food covered in bad grease knowingly is insane. March 13, 2026 My wife purchase food for me, my 97 yr old mother-In-Law today via the drive through. And when she arrived home, opened the bag, NOTHING was correct...the grilled cheese for my mother In Law was missing and not only that, the chicken sandwich purchased was burnt to a crisp and served on a bun that was rock hard. Seems the more I go there, the worst it gets...Needless to say, I will not buy anything from there again. The coldslaw was good so I give you score of (1). read more

I went to Zaxby's again and once again I don't believe they understand what upsizing is.y fries were hot and fresh for a change but there was barely any order and definitely not a large...once again! The fingers were good but my lemon pepper wings were small, dried up and that lemon pepper is not on point at all. Zaxby's used to be the place to stop and grab a meal but that quality of food for the price they now charge is quite disappointing . Not sure if it's seasonal or not, but Zaxby's has fried shrimp on the menu now (cool!), however, my mother is extremely allergic. I recently came and got only chicken for my family. Luckily I bit into my tenders before my mother did, it tasted like it was fried in the same grease that the shrimp was, like... it was fishy. I had to go somewhere else to get her something to eat. We will probably take a break from Zaxby's while shrimp is on the menu. read more

Food is always great. This experience I went through the drive through and I ordered a 5 piece. The server asked if I wanted the Cole slaw and I said yes. This was my meal before I went to work and as I open the bag there isn't any plastic wear. Now it's not the end of the world but come on man, put plastic wear in the bag!! read more

Really Georgia!! This crap was disgusting and what makes it even worse is the so-called new spicy zax sauce. 1st no seasoning not one!! On the breading the chicken like at all!! Ordered curbside and waited 36 minutes for somebody to answer phone which they never did. I went the drive thru 45 min later and asked for everything to be dropped fresh. Open up my containers and everything is cold and full of moisture from what I'm sure an order sitting there. Bread soggy, fries soggy, chicken strips and cookies all wet and soggy. !! read more

Ordered a Cobb salad Oct 3rd through drive thru @ about 8:30ish. I'm the only one in drivethru or the inside. Server gave me my Cobb salad and of course I wanted to make sure the order was correct... Mmmm have I been missing out! I have accompanied others on their drive thru experience to Zaxby's, but I'm usually full when that happens. Finally it was my turn. I was pretty hungry so I though the Chicken Club Meal was a better option than the salad. More on that later. The piece of chicken on the Club was so juicy and thick! I get it. I finally do. I must come back for another sandwich! I saw someone's order of the salad, and that is a big salad! It reminds me of the salad portions at Chik Fil A. Next time, or the time after that, I'm going to get one of their grilled chicken salads. Plus this Zaxby's was in a nice location. And service was great too. Let's start by saying the lady that took our order was rude as hell and needs a attitude adjustment. They messed up our order by giving us coleslaw when we said two sides of fries, left out zax sauce which we asked for , and got our drink wrong. She literally threw the small box of extra fries at us. She gave us the ugliest look when we asked for military discount. Oh and when we said thank you she slammed the window. After ordering my food I decided to go back inside the building to ask for some extra Sauce and this nasty girl in the front cashier hadHAD HER FINGERS IN HER MOUTH DRIPPING WITH SALIVA, she dug her hands into the sauce bucket and handed the sauces now contaminated with her fucking nasty saliva! The most disgusting thing I've ever witnessed in a fast food establishment! Had to come home and wash every single container of sauce with soap and water. We ordered online, and went to pick up at this location. The lines are always long. I wanted to know if it was worth it. We ordered five different things online. Between chicken fingers and grilled chicken sandwiches, we came home and noticed things weren't as we ordered. If they don't have an expo or someone who double checks the orders, they should really invest in one. I have been to this location three times in the past two weeks. The interior is bright and somewhat open. The layout is a bit awkward, with very little room at the front counter to place your order, and next to no place to stand and wait for it. The drink station is kinda shoved up against a wall near the front counter, and you end up having to wade your way through those waiting to pick up their order, and those who are waiting to place an order. It's crowded. You end up waiting longer to fill your cup with your drink than you do waiting for your food! It is a very awkward setup. The employees smile and are friendly. Zaxby's offers a 10% Military discount, but only if you ask. I didn't know this until my third visit, when I had my uniform on. You do have to ask, and flash your ID when not in uniform, because they do not offer to ask if you are military. The first two visits were great. The food was prepared and presented well, and hot. On the third visit, I ordered to 'dine in', and asked for no cheese on my sandwich. I got handed my order as if it were 'take out, all in styrofoam containers and in a large plastic bag. I showed the woman presenting the orders my receipt showing it had been ordered for 'dine in'. Then, the fries had too much of their seasoned salt, and my sandwich? They put cheese, after I asked for 'no cheese'. Other than that, it has always been a lovely dining experience. Remember to show your ID for the discount. read more

This was a typical customer service experience in Hinesville--horrible and totally lacking any professionalism. The manager stood by as this employee was rude and out of line without correction or an apology for the behavior. Well I am sorry I must say there was an apology offered after we made it clear that this would be reported to the corporate office. I will mark this place off the long list of places I will never visit in this town. I don't want a hand out or a gift certificate for my troubles. I simply want what every customer wants a pleasant experience and to get what they ordered and paid for without lip from some knuckle head teenager that gets defensive because they can't perform a simple task of placing all of the order in a bag and giving it to the customer. I am a huge Zaxby's fan, but this location has some issues. Our order is wrong almost every single time, when I go to the counter to ask for corrections the cooks in the back have started mouthing off amongst each other and I am treated like such an inconvenience. Even though this food isn't the healthiest...I love it...especially on a cheat day! This is my second time having Zaxby's and I ate good! I had the chicken tenders basket with a chocolate chip milkshake, which was heaven!!! I will definitely try the cake batter shake another time and maybe one the salads!
