On September 30th I went to the Jack in the box in Hinesville. There were no other customers in the dining area. I waited at the counter for someone to take my order. I could hear someone taking some drive thru orders, and a few employees in the kitchen area looked at me, but nobody ever came to take my order. I waited 5 minutes before leaving empty handed. I left a review on Google, and within a few hours, I had a reply telling me to fill out a form on their webpage. I filled out their form and was told that somebody would reach out. nobody did. A week later, (on 8 October) I received an automated email checking on the status, asking if someone had contacted me yet. I replied that nobody had reached out yet. I have still yet to hear from anybody. I guess they are continuing to ignore customers. The customer service has been VERY poor. I initially only wrote a review on Google, but the continued poor service and failure to simply reach out to me just shows how poor the customer service is here. I figured a review here on Yelp was warranted. I see this location going out of business just like the last burger place that was in this location. There are many other better locations to get a burger in Hinesville. read more
