We chose coleslaw for our sides. It was flavorful - a bit creamier and heavier dressed than our personal preference - but tasty. The rustic decor has charm and the currently displayed Christmas touches are festive and cute. We have driven by this place many times without stopping but that was a mistake! Two different women with small children walked out after waiting in line. Two different people had to talk to the manager and make complaints. Front of house is filthy filthy. Multiple employees murmuring about working two minutes late etc. Note to the franchisee. You're in trouble buddy. I don't write reviews but this was the best Wendy's and is now the worst I've ever been in nationwide. From an outside perspective.... It's not the employees as much as it is the management. If people are managed correctly they wouldn't be as concerned with working a minute late, as they would be with providing a good service and taking pride in the building that gives them a way to pay their bills.
