I don't write reviews but this was the best Wendy's and is now the worst I've ever been in nationwide. From an outside perspective.... It's not the employees as much as it is the management. If people are managed correctly they wouldn't be as concerned with working a minute late, as they would be with providing a good service and taking pride in the building that gives them a way to pay their bills.
