They regularly have about a dozen beers on tap that come from local places. The taps rotate every so often which means you must visit to keep up to speed. Keep in mind that the cooler towards the back holds a huge number of beers from all around. The best part of that is you can grab a glass from the bar, and crack those beers freshly picked from the cooler!! Working in town I wanted something more than traditional domestic beer. This place got me in their door, the staff kept me coming back. I'm definitely taking my seat at the end of the bar, if I'm back in town. I hope to pet "Titan" again when I'm greeted at the door.

Our bartender explained the different crafts on tap and even gave us a couple of samples to try. I ended up going with the "Mai Savior" - a Maibock (German) beer. Brewed for May 1st or "Bock Day", it has notes of malty honey with a slight caramel finish, and a 7.7% ABV. It was refreshing and very good! There are plenty of tv screens mounted throughout the building and with plenty of World Cup matches being played in different venues, it was easy to watch the different group play that was going on. And lo and behold in the corner there were 3 pinball machines! (I was really loving this place by now.) We had a great time playing them. Then, at the other end in the corner was a place where one can order pizza - which I can attest to it being very, very good. They have a covered outside seating area too that's pet friendly so feel free to bring your favorite K9 companion. What a great place! So, If you're in the Kansas City area I highly recommend you check them out!

There is a story for much of the art work which I will not do a disservice by trying put it in a review. Go there, see it and ask they'll gladly share the story. Second, INCREDIBLE beers are on tap. I tasted 10 during my visit and every single beer was worth trying. My faves were: Freshly Squeezed Blueberry Lemonade Wheat, Apple Pie Milkshake IPA and Calliope Caramel Cream Ale. Finally, the most important part of the operation is the people. Every single person that was present made me feel welcome and like I was already a part of their community. WOW, I was left feeling like I'd made new friends which I know I did. I travel to KC at least once per year and every year I will return to support this awesome brewery. Thank you for a memorable experience.
