I'm so sorry, I don't want to be like this becuase I love Burger King. My grandfather loves coming here but this place is so dirty I can't justify it they consistently get orders wrong but staff is very nice and friendly about it. This time I tried this BK on a Tuesday. 15 minute wait in the drive thru with only one car in front of me. Apparently they are told by management not to take additional orders until they complete that first one. Are they that dumb? Themis was the same old crew from months ago. I know this isn't in St. Marys, but the Celina Burger King is seriously messed up!!! They missed two items off our SEVEN item order! We waited at least half an hour for our order, and then the employee who came up asked if we wanted to replace one of our drinks with something else. We asked for cotton candy drink and then he asked if we wanted the cherry, but then he came back after going inside and asked if we wanted cotton candy instead of cherry. That same employee was sagging his pants and they fell down right in front of us, flashing us and smiling at us and going right back into the restaurant! After missing our items in the order, we called and after telling the manager we don't have our items he then hung up on us! We waited another ten minutes before finally getting our items, and no refund either!! Seriously, what is going on?! read more

This Burger King has been a big problem every time I go but this last time I went they were out of burger patties. How?

This was the worst food. Got the 5 dollar deal with Whopper Jr. We got 2 of the deals but we ordered onion rings instead of fries. The onion rings were expired so bad like a mouth full of grease and the chicken nuggets had sat to long all of this should have not been served but it was. It will be a long time before I will try them again. Very disappointing. read more

Who designs a parking lot you enter from the back of the store, from the alley? Who has you crossing the drive-thru exit to get to the parking lot? Well, that was the worst of it. The food was consistently Burger King and that's a good thing. The (once again) new fries were fine, but no better, no worse than the last 3 variations of fries BK had. The men's restroom wasn't particularly clean but wasn't really nasty, either. The menu board was all electronic and displayed video on one screen, as well as displaying menu items. It's too bad that the store isn't across the road at Grand Lake but my Whopper Jr. meal would have to be $20.02 instead of $5.02, I'm sure. read more

I wanted to try the big king sour dough bread. It left a lot to be desired. The bread was supposed to be toasted but was not and there was only a small dot of sauce. It made the sandwich very dry. I wish they would have made it correctly read more

I have been to this location many of times. Yes the parking lot is kinda a jummbled mess but I'm use to it now. The store is more well kept than most. Food is always good. An regular employees are always great. The biggest down fall as to why I give this store 2 stars is. Every time I have ever ate inside normaly early evening the lady manager is AWFUL. she is nice to customers but yells and belittles her staff. I have made comments on their customer survey of this, and recived a personal call from a manager higher than her. Returned a few weeks later and sure enough she is up to her usual of making herself and her staff look bad. My husband and I actually didn't finish our food because we were so uncomfortable because she was YELLING at her staff with a full dining area. It was noticeably uncomfortable for several of the guest waiting for there orders as dine in, but actually decided it would be better to eat anywhere but. Here in her war zone. read more

This is consistently the worst fast food place in Celina. From the day it opened they've had a serious lack of decent employees. The management is often missing. Young employees are poorly trained. Most days it's rare to hear thanks or you're welcome. Sandwiches are sloppily thrown together and there is always a wait. My most recent visit was the last straw. I ordered a veggie burger and onion rings. I didn't get a total until I got to the window. I gave my card and waited for 4-5 minutes at the window. Then a different employee asked me to pay again. I told her I had already paid, that I was waiting on my food. She asked me to drive to the other side of the store and they would bring it out. (I worked fast food in high school, this is simply a tactic to keep time scores low.) I didn't want to pull around, but I did anyway. I sat in front of the door with my car running for 10 minutes. Finally I walked inside to see what was taking so long. The employee who had taken my payment greeted me and asked what she could get for me. (She had just given the previous guest their food.) I told her I had been waiting in my car for ten minutes. A manager hurriedly went to the back of the store. The employee asked the back if my veggie burger was up, the person in the back didn't know what she was talking about. Someone else yelled up that it was sitting in a bag on the counter and that it needed onion rings, which were in the warmer. She scoped some up and gave me my bag apologizing for the wait. I never was given a receipt. A quick apology really isn't enough. When I walked in no one was working on my order and if I hadn't walked in, there is a very good chance I could had been waiting for a very long time. Long story short, just don't waste your time here. They obviously don't care about anything other than doing the minimal amount of work necessary to be given a paycheck. read more
