Just did a drive thru for late lunch of Culver's Deluxe, onion rings and root beer. There has been so much bad said lately about the quality of food ingredients at other drive thrus, I tend to use Culver's at least once a week. Today I was a bit disappointed in the food preparation and presentation. This drive thru meal was just short of $10. Which is approaching sit down restaurant meal costs. Here's my critique: The Deluxe tasted good, even had the ketchup on it I asked for. The sandwich was at the bottom of the sack, wrapped in paper like a 5 year old had wrapped it. Trying to get the sandwich out of the bag, it nearly fell apart until I could get the wrapper around it enough to pull it out intact, or tear open the bag and eat it that way. Guess that is what the knife and fork were for in the bag. Had I not gotten the paper around the burger, I would have had lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and mayo all over my lap and car. Now turning to the onion rings. Again most of them tasted ok, however about half were fried to a crisp. All were over fried to a dark brown. And again like a 5 year old had loaded the bag, ring container was thrown into the bag upside down, so all the onion rings were on top of the burger, and bottom of the bag. Had to pull the onion ring sack out of the bag so I could get the hamburger out, and then ate the onion rings from the brown paper bag. I'm not writing this review to get anyone in trouble. I am hoping that management will use this scenario as a training opportunity, that may save future customers. I said something, but how many don't and never return, and tell their friends. I still plan on doing business with Culver's, because I think I can still trust their food ingredients, especially their meat. Actually I think I'll go back through and get some special ice cream of the day. From my perspective, drive thru meals should be served with the same integrity and pride as a sit down restaurant meal. read more

Nice stop! Further off the exit than most Culver's (they tend to be viewable from road) so don't give up looking! Road trippin' and we needed a little break so of course we are stopping for cheese curds and root beer. Although the place was packed and there was a short line, it went quick enough. There was a line of food runners ready to go. I've never actually seen this process and if that's how all Culver's/restaurants do it, it's cool. Everyone is actually working and it's not just one or two runners doing all the work. Anyways... I always like Culver's and have to get the curds. I don't think they're to die for but they're pretty good. No exception here, our family sized curds didn't last long. Bathrooms were clean which was a plus. Nice stop! read more

Dont get me wrong the food is good but I used to work there, and when I did the burgers where never cooked properly and they still arent. The team members arent very nice. the service is decent but I wont go back there to this sidney culvers because of how I was treated. read more

Twice now they have screwed up my order. I tell them what I want on my burger they always give me a plain one and last time I asked for an bacon cheeseburger and got barely any bacon. I'd ask for a bacon cheeseburger extra bacon ketchup, mustard, lettuce, pickle, I get a cheeseburger with just bacon. I always get a root beer, I think they have the best root beer ever made, and some how I always get a coke. Not sure if the employees are illiterate or Dyslexic or just don't care. When it comes to fast food, this place is great! Worth trying and if you like frozen custard theirs is one of the best.

My family and I visit here occasionally, normally getting our food through the drive-thru. The food is always good. It's always hot and fresh. Unfortunately if you order here don't plan for a grab and go situation. Because everything is so fresh you have to wait a few minutes for them to cook it. Honestly I don't mind the wait since I know the foods good and it hasn't been sitting under a warmer for forever so the wait time really doesn't bother me unless I'm in a time crunch situation. Our orders have always come out right which is saying something now days. I return to places that get my orders right. As a person with strict dietary restrictions it's hard to eat out, especially when you order food get home, nothing in the bag is what you ordered, and now I have nothing to eat or I eat and get sick. The prices are a little higher than your typical fast food restaurants, but I think the quality of food is better so that justifies the additional cost. read more

I enjoy Culver's. Culver's has custard. Two cs. Wow. Culvers custard. They have cool straws and spoons.

To be fair they have good food. Probably one of the better fast food chains out there. It's pricey, but not my preferred place to go.

Ice cream was quite runnyyyyyy and brownies were burntttttttttt lol and oreos were only decent. Manager seemed upset with our presence and not very friendly. It was okay I guess but could be better. read more

Talk about service! I rolled through this Culver's location en route to Louisville, and the experience left me smiling for miles. The drive-thru clerk was patient while I browsed the unfamiliar menu and charming when I reached the window. Because the food was fresh and made-to-order, I was directed to a spacious waiting area, where I parked my car and waited a few minutes for my hot, juicy burger and cheese curds. When my food was ready, it was run out to my car, which I marked with a plastic tag from the restaurant. A smiling face popped up in my truck's window. "CURDS!?" the Culver's worker asked. I thought he was talking about me. (I'm Kurdish) Sure, the combo meal was nearly $7, but it was a lot of food, and the service made it worth the extra cash. read more

Culvers is a nice place to go for lunch or dinner. If you've never been to Culvers, you order your food at the counter. Once the food is paid for, they give you a number and your beverage cup which you fill yourself as you find a table. You set the number on your table. A culvers employee will then deliver your food to your table when it is ready. The restaurant is new (1+ year) and it has a nice place to sit and watch TV in front of a gas fireplace. This area is usually taken so dont expect to find this area open very often, especially on cold wintery days. They offer free WiFi and usually the manager will make their way around to ask how the food is. There is also drive thru available and setting outside. It is on the expensive side. read more

One of the worst burger chains that I ever tasted. I was on a road trip from Chicago to Ohio and somehow when I go on road trips I always want to try a new fast food chain. every time I do try one I hate my life for doing so. So I search nearby burger places and first thing comes up is a Culvers. I always heard that place is good and I see the drive through pretty busy at times. I ordered the Colby Jack Pub Burger that I saw really huge on the menu. It looked like the juiciest biggest burger uv ever seen. When I received it, it was small, really dry, and tasted horrible. The cheese curds that everyone talks about weren't even hit and the cheese was rubbery. The only thing was good is the sweet potatoe fries. I hate when resraurants false advertise their food. Why put up pictures that you don't serve. If I could give this chain a 1/2 star I would. I don't know why people like this place and why some many of these are being developed. read more

This must be a pretty new Culver's; nicely done interior complete with 2 leather chairs near the entrance for watching the flat screen TV on the wall. Good food and fast service as expected. Go to Culver's if you enjoy a good burger and an excellent shake. read more

Food is always fixed fresh, made to order. I enjoy coming here during my lunch. Free wifi and flat screen tv above a fireplace. Very relaxing place to dine during lunch. You may pay a bit less at the fast food restaurants down the road, but you won't get the quality of food or service that you do at Culver's. read more

This business shirts orders in the drive thru. Check before you leave, they will tell you they will send a voucher but they don't. They just steal your money with an incomplete order. Corporate office could care less. read more
