The sauce can not be duplicated. What really shines is the ground beef. It is seasoned perfectly. I don't know how they do it but the ground beef combined with the enchilada sauce and some of their great hot sauce should be their signature dish. The tacos were also great. They had a ton of the above mentioned ground beef combined with fresh lettuce and tomatoes again I had hot sauce. I don't know it for a fact but they must hand make their tortillas as they taste very fresh. Finally, I finish up with their fried ice cream. This is traditional Mexican fried ice cream. It tastes really good and it is worth the diet cheat. The bottom line is this is one of my favorite restaurants from my high school years and it is just as good as I remember it. When you are in Celina, you should definitely make it a point to eat here
