The only very, very, very slight downside is that we're accustomed to home-made grilled cheese sandwiches made with several slices of different types of cheese - what we refer to as "adult" grilled cheese. And her sandwich, while grilled to perfection, was made with what we guessed was a slice of Kraft American cheese. Bottom line?
