After exploring the canyons of The Home Depot, we walked out into the cold dark gray sky. We were a little hungry after all the hiking and saw this Burger King on the edge of this shopping zone on Bromley Road. The store was nearly empty @ 3:00, and there was no wait to order. Whopper meal and a double cheeseburger from the value menu. Easy. Right? Except, our order taker thought we wanted a second meal when we only wanted the sandwich along with the Whopper meal. Small miscommunication that was fixed with managerial assistance after the register froze. The burgers were typical of BK cuisine. Adequate fast food. The Freestyle sodie dispenser was still fun. So many choices at my fingertips. Absent were any condiments on this side of the counter. No ketchup pump. No salt or pepper. No plastic utensils. I'm sure they had their reasons. This experience wouldn't have been particularly notable if I hadn't been to another BK two weeks before in Pa (Oxford Valley), where we were literally treated like fast-food royalty, in a shop that even has a fireplace lounge, and a real personal touch. So why would I review a simple Burger King? They're all basically the same right? Well for this location it's because of their Coke Freestyle machine, which being a soda nerd, is like the awesomest thing ever. The only other one I know in the area is in Bristol, PA at the Wawa on Rt. 13; however, that one is usually lacking in flavor shots and doesn't have as many flavor combinations as the one here. This one has orange coke, orange coke! I know, I know, none of you are half as excited for soda as I am. Otherwise this is just a Burger King, but the service here kind of sucks more than usual. I've been in the area many times but never once thought to try the Burger King that was lurking at the edge of the shopping center. Initial impressions were not too great. Tables in the dining area were dirty and it happened to be at a time between meals when the restaurant wasn't busy, so it's not as though they had that excuse not to clean up. When we ordered, the cashier didn't give us our receipts. When we asked for our receipts, he looked at us in a dead-pan manner before going to the back of the kitchen, punching some buttons, and returning with a bunch of receipts, still having that dead-pan look. Not a word of explanation. All that aside, the food was standard for the chain and the Coke Freestyle machine was well-stocked so no complaints in that department. read more

Well a while back I was happy with this burger king. But today I went there after their new renovation. The inside was very nice and modern. Myself and daughter where the only ones in there and it took almost 10 minutes to get our food. The staff seemed more occupied with something happening in the back room then to help the customers. When some people pulled up to the drive up, there was a groan from the staff. Food was ok when I got it...its burger king food...what else should I have expected. Overpriced franchise store. If there's three specials bk is advertising they will probably only do one. No iced coffee and I ordered four pancakes and four breakfast sandwiches. The total AJ was $20 I couldn't believe but they charge $2.69 for pancakes??!?!?? I mean three microwaved silver dollar pancakes for that price??? This location and the one in Mt Laurel are the same in terms of jacking up all the prices. The service is slow and I think I pissed the guy off when I cancelled a couple of pancakes. Very slow service and overpriced food makes this a location to avoid!! read more

salty fries, burned beef and chicken patties, slimy tomatoes and wilted lettuce, wrong buns for the sandwiches, seltzer drinks no syrup, old cooking oil you can taste the bitterness and grease on fries, chicken nuggets and chicken patty.. never fails each time we order. don't care much that service is poor. no hi hello how are you today or even thank you! but the food! cmon! charging so much money for food can't even finish eating. A let down every time. I'm a fool for thinking they'd do better the next time, the next time... but never does. This is the last. Obviously, the vision and mission of the franchise is no longer important. BK used to have better food years ago when prices were cheaper. So we pay more money to make awful food. I went to order my food at the drive-through and I was sitting there, waiting, and no one answered. So I went to the window and tried to order my food there and they told me I had to go all the way back around to the end of the line and wait for someone to get there so I left very upset and hungry. This place really deserves zero stars. The drive thru attendant took forever to ask for my order. Then he tells me "we're out of onion rings". So I ordered the fries and impossible burger. Drove around and saw not a single staff person insight. Waited exactly two minutes For someone to at least tell me that someone will be with me. Nope!!! So i pulled off. As I'm driving around, I see bags of trash and boxes that made the restaurant appearance look like a dump. Glad the attendant didn't come to the window after all. read more

Holy shit, I went through the drive thru and ordered a #3 with onion rings and a Coke. I could barely hear the attendant through the speaker. She asked what size did I want... medium.....then silence for a good 30 seconds. So I pulled forward and she said $10.49. WTF? $10.49 for a #3? I asked to repeat my order and she said a #3 medium onion rings and a SMALL Coke. WTF? Why a small Coke? She went to get her manager which was nowhere to be found. The cook had to come to the window and I asked to explain the price and why a small Coke. No answer. Just a deer in the headlights look. Rolled up my windows and left with no food. Bad customer service at this location. I like to go before or after going to the movies. 2 times I have stood in line only to be ignored. My nephew ordered right in front of me. I stepped up to order the cashier walked away. I waited for her to come back as she was getting previous orders together. She handed my nephew his order so all other people were serviced. So naturally I was ready to order but she didn't come back to the register. So I just walked away and watched my nephew eat. The next time I went there they took my order. I waited for my food they gave 6 people behind me their food 1st. I asked them where mine was they didn't have the ticket for it. Finally got food after 10 minutes. The drive thru also is terrible. Drive thru closes at midnight. So after a movie I pull up to their order board at 1150 pm. All ligjts on. I sit there waiting for can I help you. At 1155 all the lights go off the board. So i pull around to the window and get no acknowledgement. The person working saw me like 3 times. Then all the lights went off at 12 and then they finally come to window and tell me they are closed. Go to the BK on rte 130 in Willingboro the customet service is much better. read more

Always have gotten rude service from the one night time guy. Pretty sure he's the same "dead-pan manner" looking dude from the review down there lmao. But tonight was the worst. Went earlier in the day got a meal and a milkshake for my girlfriend. Everything went great, especially cause I didn't have to deal with the night guy. But of course our fata$$'s had to go back again tonight for a burger, fries, onion rings, and another shake. Except this time, apparently night guy says the machine is not running currently. I then proceeded to ask what was wrong because I just got one earlier in the day. I was then given this response, and I quote; "At 10pm we put the milk shake machine into HEAT mode." That's right folks apparently ICE CREAM machines have a certain mode the uses.... heat?! Let alone even if this is a real thing, why activate it at 10pm, 2 hours before y'all even close? Sounds like cleaning early so you don't have to do it before you leave to me, aka LAZINESS. Anyways it gets worse. Night guy gives me my order, sadly no shake for baby girl :(. But as soon as I put the car in drive he yells "Wait! I need your card" and I ask why and he proceeds to tell me it didnt go through, mean while there is a settled reciept and all attatched to my bag. So me being hesitant, I check my bank account, and what do ya know, theres the charge for the exact time and amount. I then showed him, and he gave me the blankest look for about 30 seconds, following the pushing of buttons on his screen and some more staring. After about 2 minutes of silence and button pushing, he finally says "Maybe I put it in twice" So I say thanks and pull off. ONLY TO FIND THEY FORGOT MY DAMN ONION RINGS. SO I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK AND WAIT ANOTHER 5 MINUTES FOR A FRESH ORDER. Burger King, something must be done about Night guy. Day and Time of Visit: March 13, 2016 8:40pm When I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I waited and waited in silence. No one greeted me or even asked me to hold on. I said "Hello" several times to no avail. After 5 minutes, I drove around to the 1st drive thru window thinking that maybe the speakers were broken. But, there was no one there. I stopped for another minute to see if anyone would come to that window. Then I drove around to the 2nd drive thru window, it was wide open & completely unattended. No employees could be seen. I yelled "Hello" a few times into the window. No reply ever came. The registers and hot area (where food is kept warm) were empty and the part of the kitchen was visible was completely deserted. I determined at that time that I would never be served even though the restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight and the lights were all on. As I was leaving, I saw four employees in the dining room, talking. Without a care in the world, no one was concerned about their job or the restaurant. I took several photos as proof that no one was working at all. Utterly ridiculous and totally unacceptable. read more

Literally the WORST fast food establishment I have ever been to. I've given them chance after chance to redeem themselves. Tonight was a real winner. I'm ordering drive thru since I have a whiny baby in the back seat. When I pull up to the window to pay, the manager just has his hand out for payment. No greeting or anything, just takes my card and swipes it. He hands me back my card and walks away from the window muttering "every time I try to do something, 15 more f*cking people pull up". Nice, right? So I figure they're really busy and try to give him the benefit of the doubt and ignore his extremely rude attitude. He hands us our tray of beverages and then our bags of food. I had to ask for the juice box that comes with the kids meal. No parting remark but I made a point to tell him thanks and have a good night. I may have had a slightly sarcastic tone but I dealt with his awful mood so he deserved it. Then I pull into a parking spot to check to see if our orders were correct. I had a gut feeling something would be wrong. Well sure as shit they forgot chicken fries for a meal and put everything on a whopper that was supposed to be plain. That was it.... I pulled up to the door, placed everything on the counter and asked for a refund. I just couldn't take anything more. Please avoid this place at all cost so they knock it down and put up another establishment worthy of our patronage. read more

When I opened it I said these look like the same ones and what do I find out when I get home?? They were because I bit one and realized they were burnt and asked for new ones, only to find out the one I bit was still in my "new box""" I will not be coming here again!!!!!
