Needed a quick bit and didn't feel like cooking so came through the drive through here. It was very quick, my order was correct and the lady who took my order was clear. My Whopper was very good and the fries were tasty. Onion rings were a bit overdone so have to subtract from that because the burnt taste wasn't good but if you're looking for fast food with good taste, this BK fits the bill. read more

I had to update this review because this is no longer my go to BK. I don't know what happened to this location, but every time I go now something is wrong with my order or missing. Every single time. Thankfully the bk app gives me a support coupon when they mess up, but never getting the order right is unacceptable. I only get food from here now when I'm passing through Brewster, and I make sure to park and really look through my order before leaving (which is needed because something is always wrong). Otherwise I go to the New Milford location. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the food is still edible when you get it correctly. read more

On the way to SE train station, we ordered onion rings this Sun night about 6:40pm. The store wasn't particularly crowded but we had to leave without our onion rings because it took so incredibly long. There was a huge backup and we wasted our money. Probably the worst Burger King Imagined. The man in the drive thru is so rude. Mumbling under his breathe. When I pulled up he was busy talking about Trump. Look, I understand difference in Political Opinions but do you really need to bring them up at work? Also my soda had NO ICE. When I asked for ice he took my cup back threw it against the soda machine and got me a new one and as I said, HE MUMBLED UNDER his breath. No apology or anything. Positives: The place was decorated well for Halloween and I've never really seen that at a fast food restaurant before. The place was also decently well kept and clean. Negatives: The food was cold and didn't taste that good at all. I don't have Burger King often, but I got my food about 5 minutes after ordering and it felt like it had been left out for a few hours. Even the chicken fries weren't that good. The atmosphere was also pretty old, and the restaurant had not looked like it had been renovated since it was built, which by the looks of the interior was a fairly long time ago. Although I have not been since late 2019, my experience here wasn't that great and I recommend you don't go here if you're looking for quick, but well prepared fast food. The place may have changed in the past 2 years and the staff is nice from what I can remember, but this place could use some new equipment and a renovation. read more

Sadly I do enjoy Burger King here and there when I can't stand to cook when home from work, and even sadder I like it more then McDonald's. This has to be the worst bk I've ever been to and I'm from NYC. First off they won't stop speaking to each other long enough to take your order. Secondly they like to close hours before the posted hours which is fun. Third they have run out of burgers and several occasions. They are just a sad excuse of people here and luckily they found each other. My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for a quick lunch after shopping. I heard that they had some new chicken sandwiches, so I wanted to try one of them. My boyfriend ordered his first ever Whopper and some onion rings. His meal was good. He did not have any complaints in terms of food. I ordered their Mexican chicken sandwich, which was disappointing. I expected it to be spicy given that it had jalapeños and a spicy sauce on it, but it was not spicy at all. It really lacked flavor overall. Our biggest complaint has to do with the service. Normally, fast food and other restaurants make accommodations for people that do not want a specific food item. This location did not do that, which was disappointing. I do not like BK's French fries personally, so when I ordered a combo, I made it clear that I did not want those. Instead, I wanted the chicken fries, which I have been able to swap out in the past at other Burger King establishments. After trying to explain ourselves to the employees which felt like forever because there was a lot of miscommunication going on, we were denied. I do not live locally, but I will make sure to go to the McDonald's whenever I am in Brewster again. read more

This is my favorite Burger King. The staff is usually efficient and the restaurant is fairly clean. The drive through moves a bit slowly at times but there is rarely more than one car ahead of you. You can't beat that Whopper. The whole shopping plaza often smells of flame broiled goodness. read more

Disgusting Burger King in Brewster used to be decent. Is not like eating rotten food off the floor. Onion rings were cooked in filthy old greese. The taste was beyond disgusting. Stopped by for lunch today. The burger and fries were ok but when I looked at the receipt I was stunned to find that I'd been charged $1.69 (plus tax) for a small (est. one pint) bottle of chilled water. Seems a bit high, given that a gallon of regular gasoline can be had for well under $2.00 these days. An additional irritant was the "music" which, to my ears, sounded like root canal without the benefit of anesthesia. We went here on our way to Massachusetts during COVID. We went through the drive through. When we arrived at the cashier window to pay, the cashier wasn't wearing a mask, even though NY is under a mask mandate. To make matters worse the cashier began to berate me for wearing one, got in my face (again, no mask) to tell me that you "can't get COVID in the sun", and told me that I needed to "build my immune system". I could tell the cashier had a mental disability so I decided not to call the store because he probably would have been fired. But, if you are like me and have vulnerable family members (I'm trying to stay well so I an visit my terminally ill father), AVOID. They rarely get my order 100% right but since I'm on a budget and I don't have access to a refrigerator at work, I do sometimes go here for lunch. I also get a healthy dose of their political views right to my face and the trash bins seem to be constantly on the verge of overflowing. Yikes! I am eating more chicken and salads here lately because who knows what they put in those burgers. Sure, the burgers won't poison you; but some of their ingredients might include antibiotics given to the cows while the cows still lived. In a pinch this place will do and an occasional burger won't harm you for sure, but try to stick primarily to chicken sandwiches and salads. Very clean quick service restaurant and with all the orders coming in it's remarkable how well they serve the customers! They are genuinely good people serving flavorful food. Recommended! Won't go there anymore. Dining room is supposed to be open until 11:00. Every time I go there, the door is locked. Went once at 10:40pm ... doors locked. I thought to myself "okay, close to 11:00...I get it". Tried another time..10:30pm, Doors locked and staff looks at you through the door and won't acknowledge you. So, just for haha's, last night I went there ( I work in the same plaza) at 10:10pm! Yup, you guessed it...DOORS LOCKED! Staff looks at me and totally ignores me.
