Best Burger King I've ever been to. Seriously. The burger was put together with care instead of being drowned in sauce, and every bite tasted fresh. The fries were absolute perfection...hot, crispy and exactly how fries are supposed to be. The restaurant itself was unbelievably clean. I honestly think you could have eaten off the floor. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. We don't eat fast food very often, but after a long day on the road we were starving. We're so glad we pulled in here. This location proves that even fast food can be done exceptionally well when the staff takes pride in what they do. read more

The reviews don't lie. This place is trash. Let's start with the see ice. Horrible. Slow. And staff were rude. The cashier was in the back with the cooks just standing around laughing. I stood there for about 5 minutes in front of the counter before the cashier finally walked over. I was the only person in line/ at the counter so maybe they didn't see any urgency. But still, very unprofessional. So I ask for mozzarella sticks and they tell me they "ran out." Mind you it's 9am in the morning. So I'm like how did you run out in the morning? Makes no sense. Then I ask for jalapeño poppers instead and they tell me they "ran out." Seriously???? Now you supposedly ran out of jalapeño poppers? This is ridiculous. I honestly think they were just being lazy and didn't want to fry them up. So I ordered an impossible burger with hash browns and a fountain drink. The drink machine feature a variety of flat tasting cokes. Wonderful even the sofa is bad. Then I sat down to eat and my hash browns were cold. So they had been sitting there. Great job guys. Pure laziness. Slow would be an understatement here, and worse, the drive-thru cuts off their own parking lot ingress/egress, so if someone from the street has pulled in behind the car currently blocking your way, you may be sitting there even longer wondering why you stopped here to begin with. read more

This place was a nice surprise. Just stayed at the Westin for a week and popped in a couple of times for quick bites. The dining room was clean, as were the restrooms, and the service was good. Went through drive through a few nights ago with a large group and had a pretty large bill. They handed us our food and closed the window and walked away. We tried knocking on the window to get their attention since we didn't pay yet. Waited at least 5 minutes and nobody came to take our money. We couldn't even see anyone inside the restaurant. Generally I will not give a five star to Burger restaurants. This is because I always find something out of place being I am a spy with a keyboard. Wife and I visited yesterday and boy was I impressed. We were treated with a friendly smile, the food was hot and perfect order.I actually was so impressed with this location I was thinking no way can this store meet my expectations. I was wrong. If I was with corporate offices of Burger King this whole crew would be getting raises. I'm sure corporate office probably wont see this but they should. So I ordered a side of mozz sticks at the drive through. I open the marinara dip one, eat it. Dip the second, eat it. Dip the third, eat it. Reach into the little baggie and find a mothereffing half eaten mozzarella stick. Feel like I'm going to throw up so I turn around and drive back to this nasty little place. Well it's just ok for fast food. BK is better than the rest but I wish the fries where healthier and their was a better choice of drinks. I know it's fast food but but something on the menu that maybe had more veggies would go a long way. The place is clean and the food comes out fast which is what you would expect from a fast food. The seating is also very clean and I like the TV's. Parking is very hard to find sometimes, it is very busy in the winter and sometimes you can't even get a place to park which is a pain in the rear. Well it's fast food and it never great but it's never that bad either. I try not to eat here very ofton but on one of those days this are going at a million miles an hour and you have to eat this place will get the job done. Looking for a quick bite on a long trip...had to settle for BK due to poor signage in Avon. Major argument going on behind the counter (in mexican). The place, including the bathrooms were filthy. Just wanted to be in and out. The manager was busy leaning over the counter talking loudly on her cell phone (in mexican). The guy who took our order greeted us in mexican and quickly corrected himself. He did not know what was on most of the sandwiches....settled for a known commodity...whopper & a whopper Jr. w/fries and a drink. The drink station was dirty, litered with straw wrappers, lids and spillled drinks. The floor was slick with liquid and trays piled up all over the place. The guys who took our order started to clean up the mess and wiping the lids off with a rag and putting them back in the dispenser. Ugh. Lunch is served.....hot fries...tasty, warm burgers w/smashed buns. Opted out of the drink....threw the burgers in the trash and ate the fries o the road to Colorado Springs. The really sad thing is; this was probably our 3 or 4th time in a BK. I hope thay are all not like this one. Just think...these folks want $15/hour. read more

As a previous manager in fast food, this place offers by far one of the most unsanitary, rude, horrible experiences that I've ever had. I have had a MIRIAD of issues (INCLUDING HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS) and will not be returning after this last experience. After sloppily taking my order, I approached the register and paid for my food. The staff was rude and dry. They closed the window and looked at me like an idiot when I was still waiting for them to let me know that was my entire order. Well, they claimed it was, but upon returning home it was entirely incomplete. I returned to get the rest of the food after arriving at home and realizing it wasn't all there. Explained my frustration calmly over the speaker and that I had spent over $40 dollars and received half of my food. The staff asked me to approach the window. When I arrived at the window, a teenage boy answered it chuckling rudely with his manager next to him. Explained the issue and the manager started to RUDELY challenge what we said we hadn't received. We couldn't believe what was happening when THEY had made a mistake...Again...Used to manage fast food... JUST FIX IT! I asked for my money back because the teenage attendant was laughing and saying it wasn't his problem while the attitude of his manager was no better in demeanor. I had left our drinks at home and for this reason they said that I had to return home and get the drinks to get my money back! WHAT?! HERE'S THE HEALTH CODE KICKER! Because I refused to go back, I asked them to pass me back my food which I'd handed over the window. THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME. SAME FOOD. THIS BREAKS DRIVE THROUGH HEALTH CODE. YOU CANNOT GIVE BACK FOOD YOU'VE PASSED OUT. Afterwards, I left a review with Burger King directly. I did not hear back via email but received a voicemail from the owner of the store. I returned her call but was unable to reach her again. I will not be returning, but please, save yourself the trouble...And maybe call an inspector... This place is absolutely THE WORST. And for management, if you read this, please learn to run your (next) store (not to the ground) and be an example for your YOUNG staff. For the record, they still forgot the sauce that went with the chicken nuggets (one of the items they'd forgotten) when we returned for the food. Wasn't going back though. read more
