    Expensive hamburger and a drink
    Edward S.

The double cheeseburger cooked medium rare is really tasty. Probably my favorite frequent stop in the airport. However they have started skimping on the fries. $47 for a burger and a drink is enough to get a full serving of fries. I mentioned this to the server and she said her boss has told them they should now skimp on the fries!! Come on! They are low cost, you are making plenty of money already!

Burger has good flavors overall probably because I added mushrooms and bacon. It wasn't dry at all, the double patty was filling and cheesy. I opted for a salad instead of fries, but didn't get any dressing despite them asking if I wanted ranch or balsamic. Overall it exceed my expectation for airport food. It was freshly made to order. With that said it did cost a silver dollar.

I ordered the cheeseburger, which came with fries. Both the burger and the fries were very good, fresh and hot. The condiments on the burger were plentiful and the meat patty was 1/3 oz. The price was typically over priced, as is all airport food.

Well, the service was excellent. The young lady taking my order was very helpful and very happy. What she suggested was the cheeseburger, which seem basic but I'm glad I listened. You can sit at the counter and watch the 2 young men work quite well together. It was like every move was choreographed! Plus, they were all singing to the songs played on the radio, and they weren't bad, at all. Food came out and the portion was spot on. Tasted pretty dang good. It was all so fresh! Fries were also good!! If you are at SFO near United gate D11-16, stop by. You'll like it.

I got a breakfast sandwich from here and it was just OK. I did not think you could mess up bacon but was overcooked and tasted weird.

I was too hungry but only ate half of the cheeseburger

The burger size is impressive, definitely on the bigger side. The taste is decent, and I appreciate they cater to customization. The cashier was sweet and attentive, which added to the experience. Being at an airport, the price is understandably steep, but overall, it's a good burger.

Surprisingly delicious grilled chicken sandwich. Friendly staff. Service takes a while but that's hot food. Too pricey. More than twice of what this would cost in the city.

Had this for lunch prior to a flight. Was the food good? Yes, the burger was done decently and the fries were hot and crispy. Service was what u expect at the airport and seating is airport seating. I considered giving 3 stars because of the price but everything at SFO is crazy expensive. So not their fault I guess.

Burger fresh made! Employees were really nice Had seat in the area. Was clean and better than expected. 5 stars for bring open past 10:30pm! Food cooked fresh, considering at SFO it was good. Expensive but what else do you expect. Would go back again if delayed at airport.

sfo on a friday morning is busy...traffic jam and crawl to the drop-off...long line for tsa check...barely enough time to eat before boarding...finding burger joint in terminal 2...7:40am and no lines...ordering a breakfast sandwich $15 and coffee $5...about 5 minutes and number called...picking up box...napkin, ketchup and fork on top...opening and finding a good looking breakfast sandwich with split english muffin with folded egg, oozing cheese and bacon inside...the sandwich tasted fresh off the griddle and piping hot...watch out!...loaded with crispy and soft centered house potatoes...both sandwich and potatoes were good...coffee was typical...good breakfast overall...

The burger tasted like the kind you'd have at a family cookout as a kid. Standing tall with silver walls is a sight for the sore eyes of a hungover traveler. Yeah it's pricey but what place in the airport isn't. Get a burger (and surprisingly good fries), sit down, and enjoy. Also if anyone knows good hangover cures pleasehelp

Early flight and was back at the SFO airport. This time I decided to try out breakfast items on the menu. I ordered the following BREAKFAST SANDWICH cage-free eggs, american cheese & bacon on an english muffin. served with home fries BJ SCRAMBLE cage-free eggs scrambled with a choice of bacon or sausage. served with home fries & choice of sourdough or wheat toast Both entrees were delicious and very filling.

Are you kidding me? A good airport burger!!! My expectations were low, how often is airport food worth the price? It was worth it at Burger Joint! I ordered at the counter and waiting about 8 minutes for the burger. It was bigger than I was expecting, maybe 2 third pound patties. The burgers had a great char flavor and were cooked to order. Nice and juicy. The bun was soft and fresh. The fries were cooked beautifully and everything was seasoned well. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again. Great good, great location!

Diners tip: the burger comes with onions, and we both asked for them to be grilled. This is definitely the way to go. The burger is very generous in size, snd delicious. Perfectly seasoned, well-made, and it is that taste sensation that we all crave when eating a burger. Salad with sunchokes and citrus was a nice bit of roughage, nice bitterness in the lettuces. - Banana bread 'grilled cheese' is an epiphany. Cons: - 1 bathroom stall, can only imagine how rough this gets when during a busy dinner service. - Service was friendly, but often multiple asks for the same item, and long waits between check ins.
