Great food horrible service. Love the food just so hard especially every time the girls they hire are so horrible with such bad attitudes. 4 girls working today and the other 3 were present. But have to say this time had to be the worst. A young girl named Sylvia.. long dark hair. Such a shame was so Rotten. Could not believe it. Have to say each time we drive thru Miami and stop and place at least a large order averaging about $80.00. The food is awsome. But I am having deep consideration of not stopping ever again. Burger house smacks !!!!!! I always buy in bulk for all my family (5 orders of beans burros , red chili burros, green chili) always pay a pretty penny but damn it's worth it !!! They taste soooo good rewarmed too , they NEVER disappoint! Salsa is not great anymore it tastes sweet now , but I make my own and it's great! Food is GREAT! However I'm not one to complain or do these types of things but don't go there unless you want to be treated like crap by a bunch of 20 year olds who have clearly got away with having bad attitudes with paying customers over and over again. After being treated the poorly by a girl who yelled at us the moment that we walked in the door that they would be closing in an hour and we could only order burritos and then again yelled at by her on our way out, we finally asked to speak to a manager, who obviously didn't care and we found out was standing not to far behind her the whole time. I work in the industry and will NEVER give them another penny. My boyfriend and I are very very kind people always, and never complain but that was really bad!! Globe has multiple options of great Mexican food ... go to one of the places that actually treat you very kindly. Oh my goodness this is the BEST place in town! We discovered this little joint a few dozen years ago, and when we pass through Miami we have to stop by! They make THE BEST green chili burritos EVER. Period! Test it! They are so juicy and big and yummy. I could eat there every day! Their burgers are super good too, as are their breakfast burritos. I just always get the green chili burritos because there is NO other Mexican restaurant that even comes CLOSE to this perfection! And that's coming from someone who has lived in Arizona his whole life! The cooks are friendly and they even recognize us (slightly embarrassing - we probably go there too much). We drove to Miami just to have lunch at the Burger House. Even through all of the road construction, it was worth it. The chips with butter....yes butter, and hot sauce, are delicious. We had the green chili burritos enchilada style. It had lots of cheese and loaded with pork and full of flavor. It's a must try if you love green chili. read more

Stopped here passing through on the way back to the valley from Pinetop. I have heard about this place often and after passing by many times finally decided to stop. First thing to note is they must have had some electricity issues going on the day we stopped in because while we were there they were not offering a few menu items and the lights and A/C went out for a bit. As for the food, it was just OK. Ordered red mix burro, green burro, bean and cheese burro. Was really looking forward to the green based on all the reviews I had seen, but ended up liking the red better. Place was packed with people from the area, so hopefully I caught them on an off day. Happy to find Mexican food here. Thanks to the regular customer who recommended "green mix". "Green Mix" translates to a green chile burrito with beans mixed inside. I was hungry after hiking and this burrito was perfect. I was jealous of friend's "green mix" "enchilada style" with enchilada sauce and melted cheese on top of burrito. Will definitely order my burrito "enchilada style" next time. Burrito, soda and 65 cent charge for debit or credit card came to total of $6 even. Sorry... but this place is terrible. I realize it is Covid 19, but the ladies who work here shouldn't be dealing with the public. Not friendly at all. Food is freshly made and hot. I liked the beef tacos. I ordered chicken tacos though. The workers there couldn't comprehend the difference. I got the rice and beans as well. The beans might have been 1 spoonful... maybe. The rice was DISGUSTING. You should be ashamed to call that rice. Beans tasted good, but maybe they were running out? Extremely over rated- I heard from multiple people and they recommend this place so I stopped here with high hopes. Very "americiazed" mexican food. Over priced for the quality food you get. One of the worst beans and rice I have had. The service was HORRIBLE and this lady in particular I had lost my order and I had to wait for 45 min for my food. She was extremely rude on top of this. Growing up in Miami, one of my fondest memories was after practice visits to my favorite Mexican food place on earth. I would eat here 2-3 times a week usually ordering the same thing, the half and half. A mix of beans, cheese and red chili meat with enchilada sauce cooked and placed inside a warm, buttery, homemade tortilla. It was gooey and flavorful and made a mess but thats what the fries were for. Use them to scoop up the sauce and insides that fall out and your meal is complete. This gem in the rough little town of Miami is also known as La Cocina de Casillas and it's right on U.S. 60. You could easily mistake it for a gas station, except there are too many cars looking for a parking spot. They say they specialize in hamburgers, but this place has some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. I was heading back to the valley after a work related conference in Globe and had to try this place after somebody at the conference recommended it. My co-worker and I stopped based on that recommendation, and we saw 6 other conference attendees at this place. It seemed everyone but us knew about the Burger House. Growing up my family would stop on our way through Globe at Burger House and load up on food to take home. I love this place. The chips are buttered and the salsa is great. My favorites are the bean and cheese burro and the red chili burro. The restaurant is nothing fancy and very basic, but the food and the friendly staff make up for that. This was our second trip to Burger House. I didn't review it the first time because we were all sick with a bit of the flu so I didn't think it would have been fair. This time we were all fit as a fiddle and I am sorry to report that it was terrible. We drive through the Globe/Miami are a few times a year. Burger House had such good reviews that we wanted to try it out. I called ahead and placed an order to go for 4 green chili burros and 4 red chili burros. I was traveling with kids, two of them being teenage boys. Did you know that teenage boys will eat almost anything? Well, they wouldn't eat these burritos. They were wet, drippy, flavorless mess. The boys wrapped them back up and asked if we could stop at McDonald's and get some McNuggets instead. Seriously.
