Oh my freaking Goodness!!!!! The BEST burritos in southeast AZ!!! Hands down!!! Red and green chili burritos are worth the wait. And wait u will because this place is ALWAYS packed and there is NEVER any parking. It takes a little time, but fresh and worth the wait. Everything I have had here is good. I just wish I didn't like their burritos so much because I would try one of their hamburgers ... LOL I have had the breakfast burritos too here and they are amazing as well. I've been coming here my entire life and what is funny is that I've never had a burger here. We've only eaten the Mexican food. I typically just get a burrito but it's become nostalgic for me. Rude staff! Very unfriendly. Food has also gone downhill. If you order the enchilada it'll have more sauce than anything else. Maybe 2 to 3 little pieces of meat. Lots of other places to eat in that area. Go somewhere that knows something about good customer service. read more

Food was absolutely horrible. Hamburger buns fell apart and meat was burnt. French fries were undercooked and cold. Red chile burro had more cheese than red chile. Salsa not sure what it was, other than tomato sauce, horrible. Kids didn't eat their hamburgers or fries and wife left burro. Drove to next town of Superior Az and was able to get great Red Chile burros, hamburgers and fries at Los Hermano's. This place has really gone downhill. They messed up our order three times, a missing burger and a missing green burro, then another taco plate we didn't order. The girl at the front had an attitude like she just did not care at all, never read our order back (which is why it was wrong 3 times). No plastic utensils, she forgot our drinks, and the chips looked moldy. The cheese enchilada was ok, the green burro was really soupy, like there was way too much water added. Green corn tamale and burger were good, though. The manager was nice enough to refund me for one of the taco plates I didn't order. Outside tables were never wiped off. I always grab both a red and green chili burrito when I am driving past this place. I have been eating care for years and it has become a tradition. The owners are fantastic and always rush to get your food done even though they tend to get pretty busy around lunchtime. the food was ok. We went for lunch and there was a 10 minute wait in line to order. After almost 30 minutes they started calling numbers past mine so I went to ask about my order. It never got turned into the cook. The staff was all super nice and very apologetic. We got our food fairly quickly after that. However, my burrito was barely warm in some places and almost cold in others. It tasted fine though. My friend got a burger, which he said was good. I also didn't care for the fact the soda fountain was behind the counter- so you can't get refills. We love this place. We sometimes go through globe to get to the rim & always stop here & get a bag of burritos, red chile, green chile, and mostly bean & cheese. The lines are usually long, but we get our goods to go and meet up at the church just behind the restaurant. (The catholic church is 100 years old & is going thru a beautiful rehab, worth the 2 minute walk from the burger house. Parking is a bit scary, but easy compared to San Diego. Just ... shut up & go. Probably my second favorite place in town. Everything I have had from here has been great! The only issue would be the dining area. It's pretty small. This place gets very busy so you are a lot better off getting your order to go. The staff is great and the food, wether it be breakfast burros or dinner, is always fresh and hot. Don't do it. I used to come here all the time and the food was really good burritos were really good. However, this time I came and I think they ran out of food or something cuz I got a tortilla smeared with beans and I ordered a green chili burrito with extra beans. My son's ordered a Philly cheese steak and they got what look like a hoagie sandwich. This was so disappointing. This place has great food don't get me wrong, but even if you have the best food in the world it doesn't matter if your staff sucks. They are often closed during normal business hours. There have also been numerous times that I have called multiple times over the course of an hour and the phone is always "busy" then you go in and they are out of basic things like BEANS. Like damn I wish they would answer the phone so I didn't drive 30 minutes across town for the smart ass girl at the counter to say they are out of beans. I will not be going back.
