A la carte tamale and relleno
    Pardo P.

Fast friendly service, taking time to answer all my questions. The cheese crisp was exactly how I remembered it! Crispy, hot and ultra cheesy! Complimentary chips and salsa were great too. I loved the tamale but the relleno, not so much. Next time I'll try to get different cheese on the inside. I wasn't fond of was seemed like velvets. Love this place!

We stopped at this restaurant every time we are heading to Showlow. I normally give it five stars but today the food just wasn't the same. I had the number three, which was a shredded beef, taco, cheese enchilada, and red beef tamale. Normally the tacos are nice and crispy. Today it was just a little soggy. The tamale was much saltier than usual and the salsa was not its usual sweetness. The hot salsa was extremely hot today! My husband had the regular burro. He said it was good but not quite as good as usual. We like to get the flour tortilla chips, but did not get any today. We got the corn tortilla chips which tasted like they were stale. We've been to this restaurant several times and this is just not their normal. We will definitely be back again

We walked in and made eye contact with an employee but not greeted or acknowledged. Odd. But after buzzing by us a few more times she said "seat yourself". So we did. A young child walked over and asked us how many. Then came back and slid the menus on the table. Then the same young child brought waters to the table and spilled them our way. Food was good. And it didn't take long to come out. Details were ignored. And no water refills.

Food a bit on the greasy side. It's more Mexican American (Southwest) food. Not really the type of food you would find in actual Mexico. The enchiladas are pretty tasty. Lots of sauce. Beans and rice rice were just right. Overall a lot of food for the money. An ok place for Southwest food in Globe.

Yuck. You would be better off driving past this place and going to the supermarket to buy your own food in the frozen food section and then shove it in the microwave to warm it up. Their salsas were the only thing I liked about this place.

Excellent food app low decent prices.

Substandard food and worse service. If you want to get sick, this is the place. Never going back.

Been eating for over 50 years, when I think Mexican food, I think Globe-Miami style and this place is the best.

Unlike a lot of restaurants, it didn't smell like grease. Our waitress, Desiree, was friendly and very attentive. The food was some of the best Mexican food I have had in a long time. Fortunately they were not out of the carne asada for my burro. My husband's shrimp were still steaming over 5 minutes after they were served. The red sauce they were in tasted good. The chips were fresh and salsa had a nice kick to it. We tried the deep fried jalapeños and decided to place an order of them to go along with a combo plate and another burro. We will be back. It's a bit of a drive, but if we can drive an hour to Mesa to eat, we can do the same for Globe (ourother two experiences with Globe food were horrible).

We shared a table for six with another couple who happened to be passing through town as well. I was disappointed that they didn't have any chili rellenos that day, but I got a cheese enchilada and beef taco from the ala carte menu. It was all tasty. We also had some complimentary chips and salsa (a bit zippy for my taste, but my husband liked it.). Service was friendly and efficient and the food came out quickly.

The service is alway fast and friendly and they will happily guide through your selection and answer all your questions. The portions are huge! The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. So far I've had the Bistro Burger a couple times, the Curly Joe, onion rings, okra, cole slaw, the chips and pulled pork and the brisket nachos. Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Everything has been awesome! So awesome, int fact, we stopped on the way uo north to Alpine from Gilbert, and decided to stop in again the following day in the way home! The Copper Bistro great excuse to get out of the valley for the Phoenicians!

Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.
