Great food. I love that it includes a drink. I always forget to ask for my kamaaina which would make this food much more appropriately priced. Fries and onion rings are both good but nothing out of this world. The 156 Western is spicy and delicious. Next time I might add extra pickles to have some more of a cool crunch to counteract the hot and spicy toppings but I really enjoyed it! read more

My husband is very picky with his burgers and he agreed that this is one of the best burgers he's ever had. The beef is melt in your mouth soft (in a great way) and the portions were great size. There's some nice tables to sit outside by and we got our food relevantly fast. I usually put ketchup on burgers and this did not need it. It was great by itself. I would try this out!!! Recently, I was craving a burger and decided to try Burger Boys in the super cute food court at South Maui Gardens. I think I have to say it is the best burger I've had on the island of Maui since I moved here which has been almost 3 years ago. Waygu beef patty on a yummy bun! I subbed cheddar cheese for American because I am not an American cheese fan and it was also topped with lettuce, tomato onion, pickles. I also did a small order of the panko onion rings. Delicious and crunchy for you onion ring fans. If you haven't been to the food court in South Maui Gardens what are you waiting for? And if you're in the mood for a burger, I definitely recommend Burger Boys! read more

I ordered a P10 with just the bun, meat, cheese and sauce for my son. The guy who took my order recommended a burger by another name ("the same, but cheaper") he says. My son was raving about the flavor, the juiciness of the burger and it was a good size too! The place is among a cluster of food trucks and there were a lot of seats and shade. The area is close to the beach so it was windy despite the summer heat. read more

My husband got the "tropic thunder"and said he would share with me .. let me just say.. I barely got to have a few bites cuz he did NOT want to share after he tasted this burger We were both taken aback from the first bite. The burger was so juicy, and flavorful. It had thick pieces of bacon, and they served it with this perfect aioli sauce. The perfect addition was the thick wedge fries Service was quick and on point as well. Will be back read more

Wow, just truly no other words but WOW. So so good. We came here a few times when we were on the island recently. They were so friendly and man oh man is their location in South Maui Gardens super cute. My husband and I got various variations of their burgers and fries. Truly no complaints, everything was rich and juicy and flavorful. I loved the wedgeish sidewinder fries and my husband got some shoe string fries once too. I also thought the prices were quite reasonable especially for the quality of the food. We truly loved the opportunity to dine from and support local businesses. Whenever we are back on island we will certainly make sure to stop by! read more

Get here no later than just after 7 pm so your not disappointed. We waited 20 min to order ( very popular) then 10 min after that . We ordered the signal patty burger. Have to say it was one of the best burgers I've had in Maui . This food truck park is one of the best ! Like the fact they had a hand washing station in the park . read more

Dinner was delish! This truck is located at the Kihei food oasis which is a super cool venue. Got the deuce deuce and my husband got the P-10 (I think that's what it was called). Buns were super soft. Melt in your mouth patties. I call myself a French fry connoisseur, and although the price of the fries are ridiculous for the amount received, I will say they are some of the best fries I've ever had. read more

Today was burgers. As I scrolled Yelp I found Burger Boys and decided this was the place to check out. Well let me say great choice! This place was a little difficult to find due to its the second food truck park on the road. The food was awesome the burger I ordered was the P10 with bacon and pineapple. The lady taking the order was nice explained everything well. The atmosphere there was awesome it's like a garden/ food court outside. This place was great. Thank you so much for the perfect burger I had for lunch today. I usually have the Deuce Deuce burger which is great but today I tried The Tropic Thunder and liked it even more. The 1/2 pound burger had 2 slices of cheese with house sauce, seared Maui Gold pineapple rings and pickles, applewood smoked bacon, and panko onion rings drizzled with barbecue sauce. Food: 4.5 stars Service: 5 stars Ambience: 5 stars Value: 4 stars I'm a big fan of burgers and I saw the size/quality they were offering, and had to check them out! I came in May with my husband to check out the wagyu burgers. We both really enjoyed our burgers and also enjoy the location - if you come on a Saturday, their location is perfect for watching/listening to the live music. Definitely recommend and I'll be back, though some of their fancier burgers can be pretty pricey! One of my favorite burgers on Maui. The fries, however, aren't my favorite. They're more of potato wedges and the seasoning is just good, not great. read more

Highest quality smashburgers made with Wagyu beef blend using lots of locally sourced ingredients and products. Buns are baked locally by Shikeda Maui. Heirloom tomatoes from Haiku. Owner has been working hard to craft the best quality burger on island. I tried it today and it met my expectations. Excellent balance of bun, meat, cheese, pickle, and sauce. If I was going to be picky on anything, it would that the beef patties were ever so slightly thicker than I would have preferred. That said, it was still the best smashburger that I've had on island outside my own home. The location is beautiful. There is tons of outdoor bench seating, an outdoor handwashing station, and 3 porta potties conveniently located not far away. Coming soon is the sister trailer that will feature salads, smoked meats, sandwiches and wraps. Can't wait to see what's next from these guys! read more

Massive and delicious burgers here at the Burger Boys food truck in the South Maui Gardens. Lots of tables, free music/entertainment, in a beautiful setting. Our burger was huge, really flavorful and juicy, and we had some potato wedges/fries that were super yummy. Lemonade to top it off was perfect. Give them a try - you won't be disappointed. read more

Another Smash Burger place on Maui?!?! Why not!! My friend recommended me this place, and oh boys was I impressed. The lad who helped us at the counter was patient while we we're deciding on food. Once we have our order, he was nice and friendly to us which amplified our experience as we know we are ordering food from people who care about their costumers and their food. I ordered the P10 Smash Burger! The choice of bun they used was a perfect match for the burger. The bun was fluffy in the inside, while the crust was nice and hard. This allowed me to enjoy the burger while it holds its shape, so hardly any mess! The burger meat was nice, crusty, and had a lot of flavor. The veggies were fresh, and the burger sauce was the "icing on the cake", as it brought all the flavors of the burger into one flavorful night. Next time I would recommend getting the double patty smash burger! Fries were also crispy and fresh! Sooo good! Lastly the ambiance is nice and fun. However it could be busy. So I recommend going during the slow times through-out the day. 9/10 read more

Overall decent, but overpriced burgers. We had a mixed experience. The Bang Bang fries had good flavor, but they were completely drenched in sauce to the point that we had to order a second batch of plain fries to balance it out. The burger itself was average--not bad, but nothing that stood out, aside from the bun, which was definitely the highlight for me. The portions were definitely generous. Service was friendly but slow, though I'll give them some grace since it was busy at the time. Despite the food truck park being a nice spot to hang out, the overall experience didn't quite justify the high prices. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of quality. That said, I do love the location in the food truck park--great vibes and a nice spot to grab a casual meal. Probably wouldn't return, especially since we're not local. read more

Hard to find wagyu around here! Thankfully someone's doing the hard work of supplying it in this tough system. The burger was good. Not fantastic. Fries were actually potatoes. Not fries. Sauce was too mustardy on the fries. Overpriced for sure. Messed up order. Ordered sweet potatoes and got 2 of the potatoes. Probably won't be a regular even though I live up the street and my 3 man house eats burgers multiple times a week. Little bummed. I felt like I should be getting more Hawaiian food on our last day in Maui, but I couldn't resist the smell of the burgers here. They're in the food truck area behind South Maui Gardens. They use A5 wagyu beef, and their Deuce Deuce (double smash burger) totally hit the spot. The patties were quality meat with a nice sear and excellent seasoning. The burger was very substantial, and it had a really good bun that held up to the burger well. We also got some seasoned fries on the side, which were like spiral cut potato wedges that tasted like curly fries. If you're looking for a really good smashburger, come find their truck. read more

Honestly, the burger was very underwhelming. It sounded great in the description. However, was is with the $30+ price tag?? Absolutely not. The Dynamite fries were quite good though. I would probably pass on this place or just have the basic burger and the Dynamite fries. read more

Would have a higher review but I carefully stressed that I have a severe sugar allergy and was assured that the Deuce Deuce wouldn't have sugar because I was getting it without a bun and without sauce. This morning I'm incapacitated due to ingesting sugar--maybe the grilled onions, maybe the fact that they put pickles in the order even though I asked them not to, and perhaps the juice from the pickles (which I removed, along with the lettuce underneath it) has gone into the food). A wasted day in Maui because of a lack of care here. Please do better. read more

I've seen local fishermen delivering fish here on a regular basis. Love the live music by local talent too, really sets the Hawaiian tone. They have live music every night which makes this a great place to go in the evenings for a poke bowl, beer, and music. It's definitely busy during the rush hours of breakfast and dinner, but it's busy because everyone loves this place. The service is great, the food comes out pretty quickly once you've ordered.
