I was craving wings the other night and have seen this truck on my previous visits so I decided to grab an order. I was sharing so I went with the honey bbq because the other person does not do hot. I liked the wings and felt they were done well the sauce was delicious. I also ordered the banana bread pudding. Now that was definitely a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend if you stop to get at least one thing from these guys that you order the banana bread pudding bread pudding. SO GOOD !The service was really good the guy that takes your order is super friendly and makes some good recommendations so if you're not sure what to order he definitely has some good advice. The berry lemonade was good also a little on the sweet side but still good. And the ambiance is one of the main reasons I go here. We love the Kihei food trucks and I finally got to try Wing Kings on my recent visit. I have seen their food truck in past visits and just never got the chance to make it over. I saw they had a great looking lunch special and got some boneless wings to try. The employee was great about answering my questions and helping me with some suggestions (they have tons of flavor options!) The lunch portion was huge and we could have easily split one if we weren't so hungry. Everything came out piping hot and so crispy and perfect. The Kihei Oasis has tons of picnic tables available and if it is a hot day I recommend venturing past the food trucks for some cooler tables. Bonus is great tropical plants and vibes if you find a spot past the trucks. Definitely a great option in the Oasis! read more

Got the smash burger and fries (around $22ish give or take). It was so delicious. Recommend the lava flow drink($6ish strawberry pina colada). Had to pay for ketchup boo. It's located in a very neat spot in south Maui gardens. All the food trucks there close at 8. Overall loved the food, can't go wrong with a good burger. read more

This food truck is located off S. Kihei Road in a beautiful setting with quite a few food trucks. We placed an order to go because we wanted to watch the football game at home. The girl at the window was friendly and efficient. We ordered the Buffalo Wings, Lemon Pepper Chicken Tenders and the Tots with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Everything was delicious! Apparently there's an entire food truck area on the island that locals go to when they don't want to eat traditional Hawaiian cuisine (Loco moco, musubi, etc.) My friend took me here for lunch and I decided to eat at Wing King because I love me a good fried chicken sandwich. I enjoyed their Kīhei Heat" Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich garlic parmesan fries and the "Lava Flow" blended lemonade I had. A pretty solid flavorful lunch. This spot along with many other food trucks were located very close to our airbnb! We walked over for dinner and were amazed by our choices! I had the 6 count buffalo wings and my husband had the So Cal! Both were good but seemed overpriced for what we got! The wings were cooked great and seemed to fall off the bone. Really cool area in Kihei with a bunch of food trucks so we stopped in to grab some wings. They have a bunch of flavors and you can get them wet, dry or both. They have a spicy fire wing challenge but I will save that for someone else lol. We got the regular flavors with the garlic parm being the favorite. The wings were on the smaller side and not very crunchy. The fries were actually made very well so I recommend adding those on. The flavors do come thru and you can add that to the fries but dipping sauce is helpful. One is included but extras will cost you. The fries and tenders had powdered parmesan cheese on them, not melted. Just gross. Reminded me of refrigerated Kraft powdered cheese! Nothing special about the chicken sandwich either. The "bacon" was actually a few bacon bits (like the kind you can get in a giant bag at Costco). There was no sliced bacon on the sandwich. Came here with the family on a Tuesday night and we were all craving a really good burger. We decided to try the Smash burger at Wing Kings instead of Burger Boys and we definitely didn't regret it. The burgers were juicy, perfectly cooked, and so much thicker than I expected (not complaining at all, loved this). It also had a ton of sauce and onions which I normally don't like but enjoyed on this burger. Sugar fries were a nice side too, just a hint of sweetness. I enjoyed them but probably would not order again, just not my thing. The food truck got a bit busy after we ordered but they got the burgers out in under ten minutes, as they said they would. We tried something different, a food truck option called the wing kings Maui. Calling yourselves the "wing kings" sets the expectation high hence we reviewed them as such. We ordered the buffalo wings and they were ok. (In comparison, for travelers, wing stop is better) The wings weren't terrible but they didn't seem freshly fried. However, I can see how they might consider themselves "wing kings" because we really didn't come across any other restaurants with buffalo wings. We also ordered the quesadillas and the banana pudding. Both were decent but the pictures of banana puddings that others posted on Yelp was different from mine. The Smash Burger tastes almost identical to a Big Mac. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when it's twice as expensive and 2x as greasy and 2x as soggy it's a big let down. The Parmesan garlic fries were overcooked and kinda dry, and also the taste just wasn't good. The wings were visually very appealing, and the size was okay. The crispy/tenderness was bad. They weren't tender at all and were way too crispy. The sauce flavor was also very mediocre. Like it was just smothered in generic store bought sauce after being fried. The Wing Kings are located in the beautiful South Maui Gardens food truck court. Enter off of Alahele, and it's just to your right. We were promptly greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. I was craving a hot fried chicken sandwich, but also some sweet. They graciously added some hot honey to the "Lava Hot" Nashville Sando, much Mahalos! I also added some tots, which were great to mop up the sauce and juice that was dripping out of the sandwich.
