I gave this place another try due to super dirty tables 2-3 years ago and i was disappointed again.. dirty tables again! See pic! My wife and i had to clean our table. Funny thing is after cleaning our table, the cashier went and cleaned all the tables hahaha! My wife ordered the tritip and eggs.. she was happy! My son ordered their super burrito.. dang that was nasty (sorry no pic) Here's my problem.. I ordered their double pastrami burger and when it came, it had 2 burger patties. I had to check in with the cashier and made sure it was a double pastrami burger i had ordered. Some old guy came and told me to lift up the bun and there it was! Maybe 3-4 slices or pastrami!!! Lol!! IF YOU LOOK AT THEIR MENU SCREEN AND CHECK THE PASTRAMI BURGER IMAGE, IT LOOKS WAYYYY DIFFERENT!!!!!! There was no burger patties and it had all pastrami!!!!! This place sucks! Will never come back again!! read more

I parked in the lot intending to walk next door first and then come back to Buddy Burgers for lunch. A man in the parking lot approached me and told me I couldn't park there. I initially thought it was because I had parked near where he was washing a car, so I moved to the other side of the lot. He approached me again and told me I couldn't park there because the parking was for customers only. The problem is that I was going to be a customer. Instead of asking whether I was eating there or politely explaining their parking policy, I was confronted twice and made to feel unwelcome. I still don't know whether the man was an employee or otherwise associated with the restaurant. I called afterward because I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager and give the business an opportunity to address what happened before leaving a review. I was told there wasn't a supervisor or manager on shift and that there isn't one who works there. The interaction on the phone also came across as dismissive rather than an attempt to understand what happened. I liked this place enough to eat here Monday and planned on spending my money here again today. Instead, I left without eating because of how the situation was handled. That's incredibly disappointing and not how you retain customers. Another thing that confused me was that a car was actively being washed in the restaurant parking lot. At first, I genuinely thought that was why I was being asked to move, so I moved to the other side of the lot. I was then approached again and told I couldn't park there. If the parking lot is supposedly being kept strictly for customers, I'm also confused why cars are being washed there in the first place.
