Excellent luxury accommodations in Sonoma. We stayed in the Bella studio suite, which was newer and beautiful. Lovely private outside sitting area and fire pit in a common area. Kitchenette provided good coffee and some glasses/plates/silverware to use. Bathroom could use another shelf for 2 people to put their stuff. Water is purified and tastes great right from the tap, and an instant hot water unit is used to you don't waste water. Housekeeping only responds to requests, but responded well. we stayed for four nights and an automatic house keeping refresh should happen automatically after 2 days. read more

We stayed in the Bella late 2021 for our honeymoon. It exceeded our expectations! Beautiful room and property. There was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. There is a semi private area with a fire pit right outside the Bella door. There is also a large courtyard with a lot of seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We were able to walk to many different tasting rooms and restaurants. There is also a beautiful nature hike just minutes from here with a gorgeous view of Sonoma. Bungalows 313 is an amazingly beautiful property. We have stayied in one of their two-bedroom suites twice and our friends with whom we've stayed raved about it. It's immaculate and well appointed. The location can't be beat, not one block off the Sonoma square. The grounds are fun with tables, chairs, fire pits and Bocce ball. Can't recommend more highly! read more

My husband and I got married at the Bungalows 313 in June 2019 and it was incredible! We had our family rent out all the rooms so we had the entire courtyard for ourselves for the welcome dinner/ rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and farewell breakfast. It was perfect! There were fire pits, bocce ball, an outdoor pizza oven, a beautiful fountain, overhead twinkly lights and lots of space and seating for everyone to mingle. The capacity was about 32 people and it was exactly what we wanted: intimate, private and gorgeous. read more

Bungalows 313 is a great spot to get away in Sonoma. The location is perfect for wandering around the town, walking everywhere and enjoying the town plaza. The accommodation has all that you need to be comfy, cook or relax. The beds, the linens are all top class The outside area is designed so that you want to sit around, talk with your friends and have a mellow time that fills your eyes with beauty, and your ears with birdsongs. A really great location within walking distance to everything in the Sonoma Square. Our unit, The Vita was nicely appointed with everything you could possibly need. Great outdoor areas, both front and back. Only one problem. If you go during the colder seasons be prepared to be cold in the downstairs space of the unit. There is one heater/ AC unit for the entire space and it is placed mid wall near the stairs that go to the bedroom. While the upstairs gets really warm the downstairs was cold even after having the heat on for our entire stay. Bring a sweater or light jacket and you will be fine. Would have given it 5 starts if not for this problem. One other thing the only bathroom is upstairs. read more

We just got back from four wonderful nights at Bungalows 313 in Sonoma. The Bungalows are about a block and a half from the Sonoma Plaza with its restaurants, wine tasting opportunities, excellent bakeries, and shops, and about half a block from a walking path that feels like it's out in the country. Our unit had two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a fully outfitted kitchen and dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace. The weather was chilly and rainy, so we couldn't take advantage of the large courtyard with its fire pits and bocce court, but we did sit out on our balconies to enjoy the view of the mountains in the west. Our unit was beautifully maintained with comfy beds and lots of amenities--spa robes, coffee and tea, a bottle of wine to welcome us, and more. We love Sonoma and plan to return before too long. And Bungalows 313 will definitely be our home away from home while we are there. read more

We LOVED the Bungalows. We stayed in November over 3 nights in Dolce. First of all- great location! Walking distance to Sonoma Plaza- which has tons of wine tasting rooms, restaurants, bars. They provide you with a wine tasting passport which offers either free or 2 for 1 wine tastings in Sonoma plaza and other surrounding areas. Dolce itself was great. It felt clean, open. Great kitchen, Jacuzzi tub, large patio in the back where we enjoyed eating. The bed was very comfortable. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because it was my boyfriend's birthday. I would recommend Bungalows 313 to anyone visiting Sonoma. read more

Best places to stay if you have family and anyone you want in one place. We rented 2 bungalows and our families rented out the others and it was perfect! The communal area with couches and loving seating outdoor was great to get together before events and felt as if we were all staying in our own little neighborhood close together. I've been fighting the urge to review this place... It's good. I mean damn good. I mean amazingly, phenomenally, we had-no-idea-what-a treasure-we'd-stumbled-upon good. Less than a week ahead I dug around online to find a place by the Sonoma plaza. Bungalow 313 looked promising from the few photos on it's website, the price was right, and when we called they had availability. Done. Fast forward to the weekend... we walked in the door and ran around squealing when we realized we'd lucked into paradise. The bungalow we stayed in, Terra, is the lower floor of an entire 1909 Adobe redone by the owner, who clearly has taste. The kitchen is gorgeous, complete with period stove and a full size dining area, the bathroom has a clawfoot tub, the bedroom is decked out with luxurious linens and Frette bathrobes. You'd think that'd be enough... it was already four times the size of an average hotel room up the street at Swiss Hotel or El Dorado. But no, then you walk up the hall into a huge living room with full entertainment center, fireplace and another dining area. Oh, and it's looking out through wooden doors inset into the adobe walls straight onto a fountain in your private courtyard, so that you feel like you're in Italy. Are you kidding me?! All this for about $50 more per night at a hotel. And they allow dogs. And they're nice people you will feel happy to give your business to. And the fridge is stocked with homemade granola and Strauss Creamery milk in cute little glass bottles. When you wake up and wonder if you're in heaven, you'll find out that you are, and that in heaven they also deliver pastries to your door at 8:30am, on a little folding table set right in front of your welcome matt. If someday I do really wake up to find myself welcomed into heaven I hope it's just like this. read more

Change of ownership, there isn't breakfast & there are not people on site running the office!!! Here's the deal ... If you're a bed & breakfast, have breakfast! We've been coming to bungalows off and on for the last 5 or more years & visiting Sonoma for 7 years. Our friends own another b&b in town (& it's amazing !!!) but when we need a little apartment style room, bungalows has been our go to place. The rooms are cute & vintage, and the kitchens in the rooms are awesome for keeping snacks & leftovers. the previous owners always had fresh, homemade granola, milk, creamer, teas, fresh fruit & coffee. The granola was incredible. They also had pastries delivered, but I'm not a sweet pastry gal so I never partook in that. So, my hubby & I decided to attend the vintage festival this past weekend & our friends didn't have availability at their inn. Here's the rundown of our 2 nights at bungalows... - when we arrived, yes we had champagne in our room . Nice touch for our anniversary. We briefly met the owner, but we had to ask him to show us our room. He admitted he normally didn't do check ins & you could tell he's not really into the hospitality part. He was nice, but I don't think this business is his thing. This was on Friday & we didn't see him or anyone else for the entire weekend. Just the note in the office that they are closed. - there's no one on site. There's no one to talk to or to make your stay special. They have "Sonoma properties " managing the property via phone . There's a sign on the office door saying they are closed and avail from 3-6 pm. The new owners obviously are investors and do not know the bed & breakfast/hospitality industry. If you want an investment property, do not buy a b&b. Your guests are not investments. We are people & will pay the same rate elsewhere for a real b&b. - no breakfast .... And I'm paying almost $300 a night for a bed & breakfast ....the new owners give you a piece of bread & one cinnamon roll that was prepackaged. The bread was so hard I could've used it as a bat. No jelly or butter . Just a piece of bread. There was odowalla juice in the fridge but that was it. No breakfast. My question to the owners are .. Do you eat prepackaged hard bread for breakfast ? When you travel is that your idea of a bed & breakfast ? Have you ever even stayed in a bed and breakfast ? I can't even eat sweet rolls or bread because of a condition that I have. - one day we had coffee, no decaf option. I drink decaf.. But there was no one on site to even ask if I had the option to make decaf. My husband had a cup and the packages were never refilled for the next day. - the drain in our bathtub was broken. The seal didn't work well, and kept draining, so we gave up. We are parents of a 2 year old and rarely get away . We drove from south Lake Tahoe, & wanted a relaxing bath. Call me crazy but parents of toddlers know you don't get this kind of time to relax ! - my hubby cut his finger and needed a band aid to help stop the bleeding. Again no one in the office .. This was around 11 am. We had to walk to another b&b to see if they had one. - to top it off, Sunday morning came & we did not have hot water, though we had hot water Saturday& friday. We both had Ice cold freezing showers. Is there a number to call ? Yes but when I'm naked, in the shower & trying to meet their deadline of checkout time, it doesn't serve a purpose. I still get a cold shower. There's no one there to even talk to on site! - 2 stars for a cute room. We stayed in terra 2. We will not be back though. I'd rather rent a home if we need the space. This place is not a bed & breakfast. It should be marketed as a vacation rental. There are plenty of other places to go in Sonoma with fabulous owners & breakfast . Go to an inn 2 remember ... Amazing breakfast and owners who know the business. Or....The cottage inn and spa is absolutely incredible as well! They redeemed our trip as we stayed there for our third night. read more

This place is amazing! Im so happy we chose to stay here. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and spacious. It had a 2 person shower, fireplace, kitchenette, and cali king sized bed. The owners clearly put lots of time and effort into the thoughful details (ie: home made granola, fresh milk, OJ, creamer, and pre-measured coffed in the fridge, pastires on your door every morning, cable, robe in the closet). What a great find!! My boyfriend and I were taking a trip up the coast with Sonoma being the final destination for some wine tasting/relaxation and Bungalows 313 made it all that much more perfect! We had stayed in the Vita room...it was clean, cozy, our own private patio with a fire pit, super comfortable bed, and in walking distance to the Sonoma square with a ton of cute shops and tasting rooms. There are a lot of bed & breakfast locations to choose from in this area but honestly I felt like Bungalows 313 just had that much more to offer...it felt more like home (seriously I wanted to move in haha)! Do yourself a favor and check out one of the rooms Bungalows offers because the granola alone is worth it ;) A BIG "Thank You" to the inn keepers at Bungalows 313 for providing my loved one and I a great place to stay (even after the whole Booking.com blunder!) Oh boy - I hate being a sucker for misleading - dare I say false - advertising. All the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor & Yelp also bother me. Did I go to the wrong place? I suppose for $300 a night i was expecting a little more. Let's look at their web site. They say "Retire to your expansive bungalow all with private patio/gardens, Italian linens, Aveda toiletries, and in suite European gourmet breakfast." 1. Bungalows are low single story buildings. All I saw were two story, town home, efficiency like buildings. Ours (called Vita) was what you might be able to afford in your first year out of college. It looked like it was built in the 70's. Nothing special architecturally, yes quite large. Lame shabby-chic style furnishings (think Salvation Army), cheap lights, painted kitchen cabinets with bare fluorescent tube under cabinet lighting etc. I must say the bathroom was well done with Kohler jacuzzi-type tub, sink, toilet etc - but strangely devoid of any towel racks! But then I neither sleep, eat or lounge in the bathroom. 2. Yes we had a patio and quite nice it was too. Sadly it was too hot to sit outside. 3. Italian linens! Don't make me laugh! At least one of our pillow cases was poly-cotton and the others were of dubious origin. The bedspread was silk and fairly nice but it wasn't Italian. I have Restoration Hardware Italian sheets on my bed right now - and they sure feel a whole heck of a lot different. 4. Yes there were Aveda toiletries from their hotel & guest house range. Small little bottles - not worth the $300 per. 5. I must have slept thru the "in suite European gourmet breakfast"! What a joke! How do they have the gall to write stuff like this. Here's what you get. The breakfast fairy comes round in the morning and hangs a metal bucket thing outside your door. In that are two pastries in a plastic bag. On one of our three days they included jam and we danced around our private garden so happy we were! In the fridge is a Mason jar of pretty good granola and a small milk crate with two bottles of OJ (from concentrate), a small bottle of milk, a small bottle of half & half, two small bottles of water and another Mason jar with (oddly) two coffee filters already filled with coffee for the (included) Mr Coffee. But that's not all! On the dining table was a fruit bowl which had one banana, two small citrus fruits which I think were oranges but were kind of leathery so I passed, a peach that had a big bruise on it that managed to sit there for two days before being removed and a small bunch of grapes. How European! How gourmet! How pathetic! Remember you are paying $300 a night for this. Here's a good one from their web site "A haven of sensory delight awaits the discriminating connoisseur." I tell you what awaits you - a tiny window AC unit that is supposed to cool the whole two stories, curtains that are so sheer you cannot sleep in the morning or show everything to passers by, a LCD TV smaller than a laptop screen that is in such a bizarre place it defies credulity and worst of all NO Wi-fi! Having Wi-fi is a pre-requisite of us staying anywhere. My wife has a pretty important job and needs to get her email and check her voice-mail constantly. My needs are less important but if a web site says the place has wi-fi it better have wi-fi. When i discovered there was no connection I went outside and found the owner Tony. I told him we have no wi-fi. Conversation goes something like. "Yes the connection is sometimes bad - old houses you know" "So how do i get wifi?" "You can login to the wifi of the B&B across the street - we have an 'arrangement'" "No I can't login there - I want the wifi I am paying for" "You can use the wifi in the office" "I want it in my 'bungalow'" "I can move you into another room" "That is not convenient for us" And so on. Basically they don't have wi-fi everywhere. He even had the cheek to bring his son with his laptop into our room and show how he could get wifi. Of course he couldn't - but wait if he stood near a window he could get it - kind of. So that really peeved me. All his solutions were convenient for him. I kept waiting for him to say "I'm so sorry about this sir, why don't I knock off $50 from your bill?" But he never did. Rule one of the hospitality game - do whatever it takes to make your guests happy. If you don't they will let everyone know. One final piece of truly comical advertising copy on their web site is this "Nano silver filtration air conditionering (sic)." Wow I thought - that's pretty cool. Well what it turns out to be is a small Daewoo window unit (model DWC-058RL I believe) which is rated for cooling a room of 200 sq ft. I would put the Vita room at 900 sq ft. The filter has silver sprayed on it or something like that. Save your money go elsewhere. read more

Every client that we've picked up here for wine tours has loved this place. The intimate experience, the convenient location just steps from the Sonoma Plaza, the very friendly and helpful staff. It is family run and that attention to quality shows. From the outside it looks very low key but once inside you realize how charming and secluded it is. Considering that the best restaurant are just five minutes away and yet it is so quiet and residential its hard to imagine why you would stay anyplace else in Sonoma. read more

We stayed here for 4 nights in July, stayed in Vita with its recently renovated beautiful kitchen, small private patio with fire pit, large sitting and dining area and a bedroom loft area. All of the amenities and treats mentioned by others were better than expected, and the atmosphere was so serene and comfortable. Bungalows is also very close to the town's bike path and a hiking trail to the Sonoma overlook. This was the perfect way to start the morning in wine country. The location is perfect - close to the plaza, but feels like you are part of the Sonoma community instead of a tourist staying at a typical hotel. We will be back and would recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxed, peaceful place to call home for a few days in wine country. read more

The rooms here range in price and I have stayed in 'Dolce' four times in the past 2 years. I live in San Francisco and use the square in Sonoma as a get-a-way. The bed and breakfast type environment is great, you almost get a little house. I have been there when it's full and as one of two guests on the property and found plenty of privacy or community, depending on my mood. I find it to be clean, comfortable and increadibly convient in it's location. I can take advantage of the square, farmer's market on Tuesdays (depending on the season), tasting rooms, shopping and restaurants. It's all just a short walk away. The breakfast is good and if you want something more, you can make it yourself or go to one of many places nearby to eat. For Dolce specifically the fountain in the garden area/sitting area lends great ambiance while sitting on your patio with the candles going and a glass of whatever. I love the amount of light you get during the morning with all the windows and appreciate how much privacy you can still have with so much natural light. My wife and I love to have our breakfast here, it lends itself to "together" time without fail. Everything I have needed has always been available and I have always been satisfied with the service. I challenge you to find a better value so close to the square, I don't think it can be done and if you have not experienced the square, you have missed a great place to hang out, drink and eat. read more

My husband and I stayed here over 3 years ago (when our son was conceived) and returned just this weekend...it is a romantic, quiet place right in the heart of downtown Sonoma.. I love all the personal and thoughtful touches... Great coffee in the filters for each day, ideally juice, homemade granola, fruit, bottle of champagne, aveda products, and a delivery of pastries every morning to your door.... What a great place in a great location with great hosts/owners! We came here for our honeymoon for a full week and loved every, single day and night at Bungalows 313!! You really can't get any closer to Sonoma Square where's there's some good dining, great drinks and the beautiful park you can picnic in and drink your wine! We stayed in the the Bella Bungalow and got to see a few of the others - I think Bella would be our fav! All on one story, gas fireplace, great shower and soaking tub, kitchenette and 2 sets of french doors on opposite walls so you can open them and get lots of fresh air! Just about every bungalow has a private courtyard with table and chairs as well. There is also a wood burning firepit in the common courtyard where they supply the wood! Overall such a cozy and romantic setting. The owners and their daughter are some of the friendliest people we've ever met! The breakfast is 2 pastries each morning, and the fresh, local milk in the glass bottles in the fridge is the best thing ever! The pastries were fresh and yummo every morning and it was like waiting for santa clause each day to see what was going to be delivered. Great place, great location and great ambiance! read more

Highly, highly recommended! My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights while visiting NorCal in summer 2010. The family run staff was friendly, helpful, and even hand-delivered pastries, wine, ice cream, and other goodies to our room on a nightly basis. The bungalows are only a block or two from The Square, a couple of blocks from Mt. Sonoma, and right on the wine-biking trails. The rooms are clean, comfortable, large, and some even have a fire pit in the back for nighttime fires. If you're in Wine Country, you would be missing out if you didn't stay here. read more

After reading many reviews my wife and I decided to spend 4 days here to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We choose the Luna bungalow and we both agreed that staying here was one of the best decisions we made. The location to the square with its shops and eating establishments is perfect. Once we arrived we didn't have to touch our car and we ate at a different place every meal. The breakfast items delivered to our door each morning and the ones provided in our room were great and the fire-log in our room each evening added to our great time. Even the weather was beautiful. This was a very special celebration for us as we don't usually go on vacation by ourselves (we have a young daughter), so we made sure we choose a place that was going to provide us with the promise of a good time and nothing about our stay here disappointed us. We're from the local area so we got to take advantage of the off-season rates and it was a great bargain for this wonderful experience. We liked the setup so well, we walked to nearby Whole Foods one night and had a nice crab dinner in the room with a fire going. My only comment would be that the heating and cooling systems seemed a little "old" and that may bother some people, but our bungalow stayed warm and cozy throughout our stay. This is an absolutely beautiful property and so close to town. We parked our car and didn't need it until we left for the airport at the end of our stay. We hiked the scenic overlook trial which is within walking distance. We rented bikes, which were delivered and picked up for us and enjoyed walking to town. We stayed in Terra 2 with our son and daughter in law and it was perfect. Bedrooms spacious, rooms clean, bright with two living spaces - a large eat in kitchen and a sitting to area. It has a wonderful shared courtyard with a gas fireplace which we truly enjoyed. The property is old but well appointed and finished beautifully. We struggled with the heat but finally figured it out. Loved this spot and would highly recommend it. read more

We had an excellent stay at the Bungalows 313. This is as good as it gets if you're looking for an upscale, but still reasonably priced place to stay within a short walk of the historic Sonoma Square. Our unit was spacious enough to accommodate three adults and two small children comfortably. We had a private back yard patio with BBQ and faced the shared courtyard with firepit, where we spent most of our evenings. Lots of dining options within a short, approximately 1-2 block walk to Sonoma Square. Our visit was unfortunately cut short by the wildfires, but management refunded our unused nights voluntarily. Management is off-site, but close by. Just call the main number and they will take care of whatever needs you have. read more

I stayed here back in May for my wedding. My family and friends also stayed in two other bungalows for 2 nights. I found them online and did my bookings online as well. I really was looking for a place with enough space so I could get ready before my wedding and this place was perfect. It is a cute and quaint place with lots of parking. It is seriously close to the square but feels so secluded. My friends and I stayed in Dolce and Vita and my brother stayed in Bella. The kitchens are so convenient and they gave us scones for breakfast and had oj and creamer for their complimentary coffee. I will definitely go back and stay for anniversaries!! If I could give a zero stars I would. First the place is spacious which I give props to them for. Especially for those of us who have a child or more. I really wanted to like this place but it was not to be. If you are going to charge me more than $100 you better be professional and own up to your mistakes. At the time my wife was pregnant (which I tell them) and my daughter (which I tell them) is still at that age she needs naps through out the day. First we got there at opening at 3pm. Daughter is grumpy she needs a nap and so do her mother and I. I go to the front desk and see the lady (forgotten her name but amusing she is the owner) is on the phone yapping away. I check in but she says our room is not ready. It later takes 50 minutes for our room to be ready and after coming to her twice I see her on the phone talking away. I'm thinking "please get off the phone, go get a broom and clean the room so we can rest." So we are grumpy and and we tell the owner that we are not. She says sorry but doesn't seem like she means it. After the amount of time we have to wait for the place to be cleaned. The amount of spider webs, grease and dirt around the place is amazing. So of course I'm getting really angry. I go to tell the owner I would like to be given a discount for my single night there. She says, "no, but I can give you a pack n play for your child." I respond with, "we are parents of a year old child and expecting another one. You think we would have come here not prepared?" In the end she did nothing and was very rude. We will not be staying here. If I want dirt and to have no customer service we would have gone camping. At least the dirt and spiders are expected outside. read more

I'm a local...and whenever I am asked for a great place to stay - this is my recommendation. LOCATION - right off the Plaza. So drink all the wine you possibly can and easily walk a block back. Everyone wants to stay on the Plaza, but what they don't know is that there is a night life...and it can be loud! This place is GORGEOUS. You walk through the front gate and its like a little piece of paradise. Lush landscaping, meandering paths, amazingly romantic and charming rooms...and its cheaper than the flippin Best Western which is several blocks off the Plaza! Cozy (and clearly very expensive) bedding, yummy breakfast treats delivered to you every morning, gourmet coffee, home made granola, OJ and milk in the fridge...mmmmm can I live at Bungalows 313? read more

I loved staying here when I come to Sonoma . Their rooms are so cozy and very home like. The prices are very reasonable for the rooms . I recommend if your ever visiting Sonoma and need somewhere to stay you should stay here . Very beautiful ! read more

SO I am really torn on this place. We stayed here 3 nights for our wedding weekend in July.We stayed in Vita which was a loft with a kitchen, living room, dining area etc. - All were very clean and decorated nice, and yes they do provide home - made granola, juice, water etc. That was really nice and appreciated especially when we were paying $300+/per night and it was our WEDDING WEEKEND. Once they found that out they did also give us a bottle of champagne - that was again very nice. Upon check in, there was a lady who was very friendly, let us check in early, gave us a tour and she was the lady that also brought us some champagne because we were getting married :) Our accommodations were great but we were paying $300+ per night. My problem was this, our grandparents who are 93 years old!! who flew all the way from Florida to come to our wedding were also staying on the properties, I believe in Luna. Their place was about 1/3rd the size of ours, NO loft, tiny kitchenette, small table, and small patio area and they were paying the SAME PRICE as us with the 2 story loft and basically full size house. This did not seem right. The night before we got married we had some family and friends over to our Loft for dinner and to hang out. I had emailed the owner asking if this was ok, and also asking if we were allowed to have people in the beautiful huge courtyard, with fire pit etc. She said OK as long as we were not disturbing other guests. We did have family/friends over and we used the fire pit and were hanging out - not long before a different lady than had been there when we check in came out and was yelling at us " DOn't make the fire to big" " Be quiet!" - First it was 8pm on a Friday, and considering that our own family were renting one of the bungalows, some were empty, and the guests staying in the one next to us were not home I am not quite sure her attitude was called for. We had moved some of the small tables in the courtyard together so we could eat together, and we were not even done with them before the lady just comes out and starts moving them all back. Hello we were going to do that once we were finished. It's not like other people were waiting for them? Why the huffing and puffing attitude - were we REALLY bothering you that much you just had to make a scene and make us feel bad for using an area you said we could ? It is communal area, why have this beautiful space if you are going to make the guests paying lots of money feel bad for using it? The NEXT day my wedding day, my bridesmaids and I were getting ready in our bungalow and the cleaning lady came, we did not need our place cleaned and since we were getting ready there we were not able to vacate the room for them to fo so. My fiance told the lady that we did not need it because I the BRIDE was getting ready there and would be in there for a good portion of the day. She gave him attitude asking when we would "be out" so she could clean it. HELLO we just said we don't need it, thanks but please let it go lady. I'm a bride getting ready for my wedding I don't really have time to leave so you can make up the bed, it's OK we don't need it. Just felt a bit frustrating at times interacting with one of the ladies that works there. I am not sure of their names, however as mentioned the first lady was very nice. I think we just expected a bit more service when not only us but our grandparents are each spending over $1000 to stay there for a few days. I'm not sure if I would stay there again, Sonoma Hotels in general are expensive, and our loft for the $$ was probably a good price, however unless I needed that huge space I would stay somewhere else for the price.
