Exactly as advertised, quant rooms in a small inn. Just 5 rooms. Our group took up 3 of them. We all enjoyed the place and ability to hang out in the courtyard porches. Best location in Yountville. 20 feet to Bouchon (both bakery and bistro), la calenda, and a block walk to bottega, bistro jeanty, ad hoc, and others. Extremely reasonably priced for the location and quality of stay. Comfortable beds. Great shower and tub. Bring your Bluetooth speaker for some front porch listening. Highly recommend. Exceeded expectations from the dated website.

Perfect centrally located little place. The room is spacious, clean, cozy with s fire-place, tv hidden behind little cute shutters. The bathroom has a huge tub with jets and the shower has excellent water pressure and big. The room included a keurig coffee maker with various choices as well as various teas. The couch was very comfortable. It was perfect for me to sit and leisurely read with a blanket (extra available in the closet). The room included a fridge under the counter inside the bathroom and a table round table with chairs to fit and enjoy a cup of coffee and read, etc. Outside the room their was seating area that I can picture myself enjoying had it not been January (cold & raining). The house-keeper is super nice and sweet. This little place is next door to Buchon's bakery - so from time to time you will enjoy the aroma of fresh bread. I look forward to hopefully staying here in the future.

Went here for to celebrate our anniversary 6.20.14 weekend and stayed two nights. We stayed in room #1 and arrived at midnight on Friday. Great little 5 room inn. Amenities are simple yet updated and clean. There's a small little tube tv in the wall, but you're not meant to stay inside and watch tv when you're in Napa! It had cable anyways. It's right next door to Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery. Can't beat that! You'll be first in line to get your baked goods. We booked our room fairly easy. Called and it was reserved. The place is affordable and you can't beat the location. Central in terms of all of Napa Valley and central in terms of the town of Yountville. You kind of hear the street noise since you're so close to the center, but that dies down early enough.

Petit Logis is a hidden gem...I hesitate to write this and let the world know! Our room was perfect, clean, cozy, huge and that Jacuzzi style bath tub: WOW. Best value in Yountville and next door to Bouchon bakery, I walked right into Bouchon at 730AM and had my way with them (no line). Maria takes pride in her work and our room was impeccable each day, this is now the only place I want to stay when in Napa. Making the reservation was easy and done over the phone.

My boyfriend and I just spent the week at Petit Logis. It was wonderful! The room was lovely and quiet. We were close to amazing restaurants and wineries. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet time away from the madding crowd. I give it five stars!

Full disclosure, I did not stay at this hotel, I came for the day to go to the spa and lunch. My…read moreissues are mainly with the spa, not the hotel itself. I will say first, from what I saw of the hotel, it is nicely appointed and has great staff. I would consider coming back just to stay. Our lunch was also pretty nice. The service was rather slow, especially since we were one of two occupied tables for most of the time we were there (mid-week), but the food was very good and fresh/healthy feeling. Now, on to the spa. I chose the 80 min peptide lifting facial for $395. First of all, $395 is a price you might pay for a full service spa. This is not that. There is a tiny locker room with a closet sized sauna in it that could fit one or two people. There is one shower and a sink to clean up in. No other facilities. Second of all, the facial was nothing special to cost that much. I have better facials at home at my local salon, and usually pay less than $100. At the end of the facial the esthetician, who had just spent the last 75 mins cleaning all the gunk off my face and out of my pores, then proceeded to put a nasty tinted moisturizer all over my face! I asked her about it at the time, told her that I do not wear makeup of any kind, and even told her I was concerned about it getting on the collar of my light grey sweater. She just slathered it on. Told me if I didn't like it I could use a tissue to wipe it off! When I went to get dressed after my service I looked in the mirror and saw that I did in fact look like a tangerine. Thankfully I had some cleaning wipes in my bag, and was able to get it all off. So I basically wiped off $395 of facial in two minutes with a cheap drug store towelette. Great. So, basically, stay at the hotel or maybe trying out the restaurant, but avoid the spa!

When we arrived (early) our room was ready, SCORE, and we were greeted with Mumm Brut. Such a treat. Nick and Raymond were so helpful during our check in. The room was awesome! We had steam shower and an outdoor shower which was an upgrade from our room from last year. The fridge is stocked with water and Boylan cola if you need a pick me up. Love the spacious patio and his and her sinks. We spent the first day at the pool, which was very quiet and relaxing. The pool bar was closed but not an issue because you can just call the bar and they will bring you whatever you need. Also LOVE the pool top views. The grounds of this hotel are so serene, with art installations! Unfortunately, our precious Toby (fur baby) had a medical situation there and our stay was cut short. We had 3 nights planned and only got to stay 1. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Raymond, the front office manager. You made our decision to leave an no brainer and we didn't have any stress about not staying the other 2 nights. We will forever be loyal to Bardessono, due to the love and care that was showed to us by you that morning while we were in distress. Also thank you to the staff who was there on the night shift for parking our car when we returned from the emergency vet at 3:30 AM. While we were sad to leave we most definitely are looking forward to the next time we come back.

We made a reservation on Christmas Day and decided to get the tasting menu with the wine pairing. There were 6 item on the tasting menu and each items were brought out nearly 30 minutes apart. Halfway through our dinner (about 90 minutes since we'd arrived). I was finishing my wine pairing before each food arrived. What was I supposed to do for 30 minutes with a wine glass in front of me? The food: The food is actually good, but the experience was ruined badly. I've lost my appetite on third course so the whole experience was no longer relevant. We just wanted to finish our dinner and leave. We asked our server to wrap up since we had to get home to our dogs as it was getting really late at night and the weather was bad. The waiting game was so bad that for the first time at a restaurant, I asked our server for the tab while still waiting for the last course, just so I can take care of it and leave as soon as we're done. We didn't wanna wait any longer. The atmosphere: It was very crowded and the seats next to other guests were too close to each other. It's like dining in Europe. You can hear everyone's conversation. But maybe it's due to the heavy rain that nobody is able to use the patio area. I've also explained the them that their seat was very uncomfortable to sit on for long period of time. It was like sitting on a wooden surface without any cushioning. The manager: The manager was really nice and sweet. She offered to take our coats for us as we sat down our table. She also noticed the issue with the kitchen so halfway through our dinner, she came to apologize. Towards when we were leaving, she again apologize and tried to offer me with some kind of discount or another drink, which I refused politely. We needed to get home, and we don't think we deserve some discounts since they had to work on Christmas Day. They deserved the pay and the gratuities. But they also need to know that many customers come from far away. We would be happy to join a different restaurant in Napa if the long dining experience were mentioned upon reservation. TL:DR Be prepared to spend an eternity in this restaurant. For a six small items, we were in the restaurant for nearly 3 hours. We go to Napa a lot. Maybe twice a month and we like to try different restaurants. I'm not sure if I'd ever come back here since I had better and pleasant experience elsewhere. This restaurant quickly went to the bottom of the list.

We went back after check in time and commented nobody text us and this lady working was much less friendly and said we only text you if your room is ready before booking- otherwise it will be ready at 4. The lodge was not very full- so it was hard to believe that there were no rooms ready earlier and if the policy is they don't take early check ins, just say that your room will be ready at 4, not let us think we are waiting for a text. When we got to our room it was a complete let down. There are a lot of room types, so do your research. We got a room with a fire place. It was December, we thought how nice to light a fire and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the night- nope fire places are for show (I did go back and it states this in the reservation- but I missed it when booking). I also think the rooms with a view were not available, but we ended up with a balcony that was right next to another buildings roof. It was really too cold to sit outside, so that wasn't as much as a deal breaker as the fireplace this time of year, but we never stepped foot on the balcony. We were unpacking and getting settled and I could not warm up. I think it was after our dinner that my husband went to the bathroom and realized the bathroom window was open, which was why it was so cold in the room. We realized that was probably open because the room was always too hot or cold. We would toss covers on and off all night long & the mattress was way too hard for our liking... the room was a nice large size. The bathroom was clean but very dated. There were nice amenities like a shower cap, face wipes, spa shampoo & conditioner etc. I am assuming because it was off season the grounds were not all that tended too- there was moss growing in the bocce ball sets- the fountains needed painting- but the outside grounds looked like it would be very relaxing if the weather was warmer. The breakfast is nice- we would go into town and get Model or Bouchon and then eat fruit from the free breakfast. Our last afternoon- we had a few bottles of wine to drink and the staff working that day were so great- they set us up in the fireplace room and we just had a great afternoon drinking wine and chatting and was a great end to our trip- what we envisioned when booking a "lodge" in early December- cozy and relaxing. The lodge is at the farthest north end of town- it's close to a few restaurants but most things are a decent walk into town. When the sun was shining it was nice, but at night with the wind it felt far. I'm not sure if we will give this place a chance again. I wanted to give it 4 stars but there was just too much that was ok to tip it above a 3/5 rating.
