Sometimes you see reviews that say "I don't want to review this place because I don't want others to find out about it". I've never had that thought until now. This place is legit. I believe it's a 7 bedroom property. 3 Upstairs, 2 downstairs, and a detached 2 bedroom cottage. I stayed here for two nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday with my fiance. We booked a Queen room, but they had a King suite available and upgraded us. What a treat. Our mornings started off with Bouchon Bakery being delivered to our door that included 3 pastries, fresh fruit, and OJ. There is a nice Nespresso machine in the room and drip coffee in the lobby. There was also a wetbar that included: sink, refrigerator, microwave, plates, silverware with knives. That was a nice touch. Being able to grab food to go somewhere and still feel like a real meal when you ate in your room or on patio. Being able to grab food to go somewhere and still feel like a real meal when you ate in your room or on the patio. Room was very modern. Other amenities included: digital keypad doorlock, heated bathroom floor, motorized shades with remote, fireplace, rainfall shower, & a very deep soaking tub for 2. The bed was outstanding. Down pillows & soft sheets. One of the best beds away from home in a while. The communal courtyard was great. We were able to light one of the chimineas and enjoy a couple games of cornhole while sipping wine in the evening. It felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. Staff is friendly. Carlos worked the "night shift" and he was amazing (property isn't staffed after 7PM). He went out of his way to make us comfortable, bringing us snacks and making sure we had everything we needed. We also sampled a few of their estate wines and they were absolutely phenomenal, don't miss out on tasting. We used the electric bikes on site to ride to Yountville for lunch one day. The Napa Valley Vine Trail is like 10 feet from the entrance to the property, easy access. Negatives & areas that could improve: The road noise. The property sits right next to St. Helena Highway. I heard road noise at 10PM when going to sleep and then at 5AM when I woke up. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Also, could hear people taking the stairs above us and moving around since we were groundfloor. The A/C unit is one of those small wall mounted units and it sucks. Luckily we stayed in November and really didn't need it. But this probably would have been an issue if it was summer. They have TV's in the room, but it would have been nice to have been able to stream a movie from our phone or iPad when settling in for bed. Most places have that option now. Will I return? Absolutely! Unforutunately, like most Napa properties, there isn't a pool here. That paired with the A/C, I'd probably opt for another property if I find myself in Napa during the summer. But the other 9 months out the year, The Setting Inn is an absolute gem for me. I already booked their sister property in Willamette Valley for my birthday next year. Looking forward to returning to the Napa Property.

    Cutest hangout areas!

The Setting Inn had everything I could have hoped for in our Napa stay. Let's start with the GM David Kerr, who helped us make our reservations, checked us in, and showed us the grounds. We were so impressed with the inn and the boutiquey feeling it had. It really felt like home. The staff, including the cleaners and Carlos were kind and accommodating. There was never anything we needed that wasn't brought to us within minutes. When we checked in we were able to use their electric bikes to bike to town for lunch which was so fun on the bike path. David, the GM, set us up with some private wine tastings throughout the weekend and dinner reservations which did not disappoint. I have been to Napa a few times, but never like this. David's expertise of the area really helped us have that much better of an experience. On day 2 we did a wine tasting at the inn which was hosted by David. The wines are incredible! I'd highly recommend starting or ending with a tasting at the inn to add to your itinerary. Every morning Bouchon Bakery by Thomas Keller arrives at your door at 8:00am with pastries, croissants, fruit, and fresh squeezed OJ. In the room you have a Nespresso machine, but in the lobby they also serve some of the best coffee I have ever tasted. In the room the linens are lovely, the patios are quaint and beautiful, and each room has an amazing view of vineyards. There are common areas to sit and enjoy wine you've bought or have your coffee along with cards, board games, beautiful public restrooms, and more! Such a cool place to hang out. The gym has a Peloton and some equipment, but I did not make it there this trip! Ha! I really can't say enough about our experience at The Setting Inn, and we cannot wait to return! Try their Sauvignon Blanc!!!

My wife and I hosted our small wedding here last week and it was incredible! From the moment we started planning David Kerr the GM was amazing and when we got to the inn for our big day him and his team were so well prepared to deliver and amazing wedding. On top of that, staying at the Inn is like a dream. It's the perfect mix of comfy like a home mixed with napa valley luxury. The beds are so comfy and all of the amenities make relaxing so easy. The morning of our wedding we woke up with fresh pastries outside our door and watched the hot air balloons float by with coffee in hand. This place is pure magic!

We live just a 25-minute drive from Napa. My husband booked a staycation for us that included a night at the Setting Inn. This place is AMAZING...Very Romantic! The property overlooks beautiful vineyards and has a cool lounge area. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the vineyards. We awoke to the sight of hot air balloons, pastries from Bouchon (yum), juice, coffee, and fresh fruit in the morning. Although the inn is right off Highway 29, we did not hear any traffic. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.v

Came here after an overpriced stay in Yountville and was greeted by David our gracious and friendly host who was as full of great information as he served us for a bottle of their award-winning Sauvignon Blanc in their Barn lounge. The property's lives up to its name and is quite the setting amongst the vineyards with its modern charm with a touch of Magnolia Farms-takes on-Napa. Super clean, extremely well thought-out hotelier couture and experiential. Modern touch points like automated shades that open up to a private vineyard, private entrance to my suite, sliding barn-doors and carved-wood walnut floors remind you that someone was expecting you here a long time ago. And the Bed-just perfect and thick/pillowy soft and luxurious. I would like to live here forever.

This place is one the most romantic places that my wife and I have ever been! Everything about The Setting Inn is aesthetically pleasing, you'll never want to leave, because I sure didn't! They are a small property, so I recommend booking in advance. Also, rather than booking through Expedia or a 3rd party site, go ahead and give them a call, you might get David, who provided us with top notch customer service from the moment we booked, to the moment we arrived! Also, by giving them a call you'll be able to include more details about your trip giving them the opportunity to set up your room accordingly or even offer an upgrade :) We booked for one night, which simply was not enough time. They have great amenities that include: -Electric Bikes -A beautiful barn with games and a comfy lounge area -A huge backyard with a fire pit and plenty of room to picnic -Nespresso Coffee machine in room -Bouchon Bakery delivered to your door at 8am If you've ever wondered what it was like to live the country life, surrounded by vineyards and stargazing on your balcony, The Setting Inn is absolutely it! It certainly was like a dream come true.. we can't wait to come back!

Well hello there freshly delivered breakfast and pastries!

Full disclosure--I know the owner Kevin. That being said, I am aware of his experience in the hospitality industry and personal in-depth knowledge of the Napa Valley. So my expectations of his own property were pretty high. What better critic than your friends right? First, the location is great. Yountville is about 8-10 mins away, downtown Napa to Oxbow Market is 15 mins. You're close to modern amenities(Target etc), but far enough that city lights and noise aren't a distraction. I couldn't get enough of seeing a night sky full of stars. We woke up this morning to the sounds of....NOTHING. Birds? The vineyard soaking up the sun? Amazing. Second, the bed is the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Makes me reconsider my overpriced memory foam mattress I bought a few months ago! I'm not sure what sort of sinful magic they are doing but the bedding was ultra soft and I wanted to just spend all day snuggling in bed with my Nespresso (more on that in a bit) and my book. We stayed in the Oak Knoll suite which was spacious and had a lovely porch to sit and enjoy. The room had a wet bar with a microwave, a fridge to store our leftovers and amenities such as flatware, plates and wine glasses/ water glasses/ mugs. It also had a Nespresso machine. My favorite way to make espresso without the mess. And it tastes delicious. What's not to love? I also appreciated that a fresh carton of half and half was also thoughtfully placed in the fridge along with complimentary waters and wine. The floors in the bathroom are heated. What the what!!? I'm not ashamed to say I stood in the bathroom just to enjoy this experience. The soaking tub made me feel like a mermaid. From L'Occitane products, the bathrobes and slippers, to the fresh Bouchon pastries and orange juice delivered every morning, the experience at NVH was incredible. The comfort and needs of guests were carefully thought out in the rooms and the amenities. They have free WiFi, parking and can also help arrange activities and reservations if you need suggestions. If you're looking for an elegant and comfortable getaway, I can't recommend NVH enough.

Best experience ever! From the initial phone call to make a reservation to our departure, David Kerr and his excellent staff made my wife and I feel like royalty. Far exceeded our expectations. Every detail was made to ensure an exceptional 5 star experience from heated bathroom floor, fireplace, electronic window shades, wet bar and lush bedding. Perfect place to pamper your new wife and we will definitely be back again!

We had a great stay at The Setting Inn during a short trip to Santa Rosa and Napa. The location and staff here are wonderful. Ashley, Niki, and Maria will make you feel right at home in wine country. The room we stayed in was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast and local recommendations were awesome. My wife and I loved having our morning coffee on the patio while walking around the grounds. We would highly recommend staying here.

    Wine tasting with Michael!

My fiancé and I stopped in Napa for a one night stay. This was a perfect place! Beautiful room!! We didn't want to leave it was so nice. Loved the coffee in the morning and Bouchon Bakery brought to your room. Enjoyed riding the ebikes on the bike path through some of Napa. The Inn is in a great location. Most of all, what made this a top notch experience was our wine tasting with Michael!! Highly recommend. Loved our conversation and the Setting Inn wines we tasted. It made for such a special and memorable evening. Thanks Michael! We will be back!

Such a beautiful setting (no pun intended). Quiet, peaceful property. The rooms were very spacious. Very nice furniture, super cute decor/themes. Comfortable beds + bedding (we all know this is impt). Gorgeous bathrooms! Very well designed space with thoughtful touches to vertical mirrors + more. Sliding barn doors, chic lounging chairs in rooms (perfectly placed w/views). Bouchon Bakery delivered to your doorstep in the morning (I mean if you're from the area, you know how special that is)! It was a bit on the pricey side - but you get what you pay for. They've done a great job w/their exterior space. Nice green in the back w/yard games. Barn w/board games. Smaller fitness center, but nice equipment for anyone wishing to get a quick workout in. Overall, The Setting Inn is located right off Hwy-29 and is the perfect location, easy access to the valley wineries or downtown Napa.

FIVE emphatic STARS. CAN'T MISS. I can't imagine a better place to stay for a luxurious and romantic stay in Napa. We stayed during January 2019 and prices couldn't be beat at $200/night via the Napa Vineyard Inn website. It was really too good to be true. Some other reviewers noted that Kevin, the proprietor was so gracious, and I was thinking, "oh, maybe they know him, etc." but WOW they were right. It takes alot of thought and effort to really extend your hospitality on a personal level each time and Kevin came through. He texted me the day prior to check on our arrival time and ensure we had everything we needed to get in. We arrived late so he left the key in the room along with a lovely birthday card and cake from Bouchon, for my husband. Kevin's a true gem and I can't recommend him or his establishment enough. On the way out, we just dropped the key by the lobby and he emailed me my portfolio. Note: this place goes by Napa Vineyard House on Yelp, but on tripadvisor, is listed under Napa Vineyard Inn. If giving directions to locals/googlemaps you may wish to try either/or. Highlights: -HUGE suite, I'm thinking around 700-800 sq ft, maybe more -HEATED bathroom floors. You can adjust temp if you want toasty toes in the morning -clean, wood floors -three pastries from Bouchon in Yountville delivered each morning, different selection on each morning -All suites (with patio, expansive bathroom, sitting areas, kitchenette) -microwave, Nespresso machine, sink, dish soap/sponge, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs -complimentary water bottles, white wine, two sodas, fresh half and half, extra Nespresso capsules (espresso, coffee, and decaf options) -extremely clear and responsive communication with proprietor, Kevin. He met several custom requests for us, including a birthday cake delivery, refresh of our slippers, and was just super accomodating. -complimentary umbrellas to take wine tasting -Adjacent to all the best restaurants in Yountville. (halfway b/w Yountville and downtown Napa, so a last minute CVS run was convenient, as was evening dining in Yountville) -cable channels/including HBO -gas fireplace -bedside control for BLACKOUT curtains -private patio -L'Occitane toiletries (shower cap, file, makeup wipe, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q tips/cotton rounds) Cons (ish) -no pool/hottub, if that's something you're looking for during summer months. We came in winter and our extra deep, gigantic bathroom tub bubbled up with L'Occitane bath gel, was more hygienic and intimate anyways. -some minor bleach stains on the couch and discoloration on the rug, they both looked recently cleaned so probably just scars from a previous stain. This wasn't an issue for us, and maybe added some rustic flare to the otherwise spotless room. Incredible stay and can't wait to be back. It was so good, it made us consider doing an annual trip. A little bittersweet giving this review since I imagine it will get harder and possibly more pricey to stay here once more folks start booking. Thank you Napa Vineyard Inn for an unforgettable and truly lovely stay.

The Setting Inn is the best of the best! Came for a girls weekend and they were over the top accommodating. From the morning pastry delivery and amazing French press coffee to the private dinner setup, and wine tasting in the barn we could not have asked for anything better. The Inn itself is ADORABLE! Beds are so comfy and the place is so so cute and clean. Very close to downtown Yountville and gorgeous winery views... Can't wait to come back to The Setting.

We did have a few pretty serious negatives to our experience tho . The day we pulled in, tired from a long road trip, it was pouring rain and we could not even find the front door. We walked all around the plaza containing their other businesses- coffee shop/restaurant etc and nearly gave up after walking all the way around the entire building. Once we found the front door , which is located on the Main Street the valet service ( which is required unless you want to park 3 blocks away ! ) was not very welcoming. We had lots of luggage and in the pouring rain we struggled to get our bags onto the cart, they did not help us at all. The guest services man Jorge was great and friendly and even upgraded us to a nicer room for our troubles. Once in the room we tried to hook up our Amazon fire stick to watch t.v. But the tv was flush against the wall and we could not reach the HDMI port. We called downstairs and they said they would send someone up to help. Half an hour went by and no one came so I called downstairs again , at which time i was told "our t.v.'s do not accommodate that' . That is a total lie , any tv with an HDMI port can be used with a fire stick, we guessed they were just too lazy/ busy to come up. The tv was very large , but was not even a smart tv . What the heck ???? Even a basic motel has a smart tv. We went down to the lobby bar to have some drinks and a snack . The hostess in the restaurant said we could sit anywhere in the lobby and someone would help us. We waiting for 20 minutes and no one even acknowledged us so we left . Other people had food and drinks so I don't know what that was about ..... We decided to just eat dinner on the rooftop and be done with this experience. The hostess was very uninspiring about her job and seated us. The dinner service was decent , it was pouring rain and we got a bit drizzled on between the louvres of the rooftop awning but overall dinner was ok. Due to the "snobby feel" of most of the staff and the lack of t.v. Options i would probably not stay here again. It's a shame because it was a nice location.

Sadly enough, this hotel is dealing with serious THEFT ISSUES which management is unwilling to fix…read moreor even review. I recommend the reader staying elsewhere if you have any valuable items. My story below. We stayed at the Archer Hotel Napa mid December 2025. When departing the property, I left my Stetson cowboy hat in the room ($1K+). Realizing this the next day, I contacted the Archer Hotel who informed me that nothing was reported yet (with a promise for a follow up notice). After 3 weeks of silence, I reached out again and was told that staff had not found the hat in the room. I must point out that the hat was packed in a special-purpose large box; given the size, special packing, value, and nature of the item, it is inconceivable that it would have been discarded as trash. Evidently, it was stolen. I then escalated this issue to management who mostly ignored my requests (I can share various emails for those who care). I did learn that there is security footage but access or review of it was denied (and one would wonder why that was not done in December following my first call?). This makes it evident that management (GM Michael Pace and Director of Operations Patricia Wilson) prefer to turn a blind eye and as such indirectly approves of staff holding on to left-behind items of value. Again: this is theft. I am now left with filing a report with the Napa Police Department.

Bathtub inside is broken and can't use to take a bath and looks like it's been broken for a while. I liked the folding patio door setup as allows a nice view of the roses in the yard and a nice breeze but a lot of bugs. Could be helpful if there's lavender plants in the backyard. Nice fire place in backyard that can run really hot and keep bugs off you and a nice place to relax in the morning. Shower had nice heated floors but tub not working detracted from the experience. We were greeted warmly upon checkin and thanks to Hilton diamond, we were upgraded to a nicer cottage. The person checking us in enthusiastically described the bryte balance beds in these upgrades rooms that allow personalized settings. However when we got to the room, we couldn't find the instructions to adjust the bed. Long story short, there was a lot of back and forth and conflicting communication from different staff members. For some reason our upgraded room did not have the updated beds- still not clear to me why since the website advertises these upgraded beds in our room type. In any case, the staff was nice to offer a consolation bottle of wine, which unfortunately we did not drink as we were celebrating our baby moon. The property itself is beautiful and two pool areas that includes a separate heater pool and a hot tub. It was quite empty when we were there. The common area near the restaurant had a lot of fire pits for enjoying. The room was nice , very spacious with heated floors and an expansive private patio with outdoor tub and outdoor shower along with outdoor fireplace. Requesting service was hit or miss. We tried texting as instructed which took ~30 min to respond. When trying to call, at times, phone would ring without anyone picking up. We requested additional water and matches for outdoor fireplace several times, but neither of these ever arrived so we gave up. As Hilton Diamond members, breakfast was included. However it didn't seem like a special benefit since it seems like breakfast is included for many who book direct. For a pricey luxury resort, I thought breakfast was a bit lacking - with only 1 hot option (quiche). The rest were fruit, cheese and charcuterie and bread/bagel. A la Carte items could be ordered for a fee and anything more than black coffee (eg cappuccino) would be extra. This is better than the $15/p credit at other Hilton properties but given that this is a SLH and a high end luxury resort, I guess I expected breakfast to be a bit more substantial. Given that this was a free night award, I wasn't too disappointed, but if I stayed here with the cash rate, I think my rating would drop to 3-3.5.

The hotel upon entering is very inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly. And the ambience is unbelievable what you would expect of a five-star hotel in LA yet with the charm of a small-town feel. So let me begin with our inception. Upon walking in, we were greeted and given water and asked if we would like to upgrade our room. The room upgrade offered a patio with a propane fireplace and chairs for only $50 extra a night, we gladly said yes. Every evening, we were given a voucher for drinks, 2 drinks per person, alcoholic that is. Each morning, we had free breakfast. You had a choice of an egg McMuffin-style sandwich, a chorizo burrito, or an egg potato and cheese burrito. The egg cheese and potato burrito is the way to go. It is so big I could have cut it into three parts and eaten it for lunch breakfast and dinner. They have a small store inside of the restaurant which you purchase what you want, and you scan it yourself, that was kind of nice. There was a pool and jacuzzi, and we went in the jacuzzi the very first night since there was no one there yet, but as it got closer to Thanksgiving more families came in. I will have to say this is the first time that we haven't had children with us, because both of our children are out of the nest in college. So, this is the first Thanksgiving dinner we had NOT at home. But I must admit, it was fantastic-yet bittersweet We had turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, potatoes and gravy and we had ube pie. For those of you that don't know what ube pie is, it's a Filipino purple sweet potato. When I saw that on the menu, even though I'm not Filipino, I knew I had to have a pie at least. We got the whole meal, it was fantastic the turkey was succulent mashed potatoes and gravy were awesome I don't like stuffing, but my wife ate my stuffing, and we had asparagus as well if I remember correctly. I had spoken to the front-end manager, I believe, or the beverage manager and she is Pinay, so this is why, I assume, they had the ube pie instead of pumpkin pie, but it was amazing. Even if it's not Thanksgiving, ask if they have ube pie. It's very convenient because it is right next to the freeway so you can travel up north and take ancillary streets to go up to where all the wineries are at. We didn't take a winery tour, because we're not viticulturists, but if you are, it's a fantastic place to go.

Me and my wife love the design and attention to details that works with the wine and Napa valley vibe. Refer to photos. So why not 5 stars? Has to do with breakfast and made to order omelets that Embassy suites is known for. They have a box to go pick up breakfast in the lobby/bar area with one gentleman controlling the hot meal which is either a sausage egg muffin, a chorizo burrito or a egg, bacon and potato burrito. Seeing people sitting in the lobby with their breakfast box looks uncomfortable and tacky. Otherwise, look forward to staying here in my future visit to wine country

I will say first, from what I saw of the hotel, it is nicely appointed and has great staff. I would consider coming back just to stay. Our lunch was also pretty nice. The service was rather slow, especially since we were one of two occupied tables for most of the time we were there (mid-week), but the food was very good and fresh/healthy feeling. Now, on to the spa. I chose the 80 min peptide lifting facial for $395. First of all, $395 is a price you might pay for a full service spa. This is not that. There is a tiny locker room with a closet sized sauna in it that could fit one or two people. There is one shower and a sink to clean up in. No other facilities. Second of all, the facial was nothing special to cost that much. I have better facials at home at my local salon, and usually pay less than $100. At the end of the facial the esthetician, who had just spent the last 75 mins cleaning all the gunk off my face and out of my pores, then proceeded to put a nasty tinted moisturizer all over my face! I asked her about it at the time, told her that I do not wear makeup of any kind, and even told her I was concerned about it getting on the collar of my light grey sweater. She just slathered it on. Told me if I didn't like it I could use a tissue to wipe it off! When I went to get dressed after my service I looked in the mirror and saw that I did in fact look like a tangerine. Thankfully I had some cleaning wipes in my bag, and was able to get it all off. So I basically wiped off $395 of facial in two minutes with a cheap drug store towelette. Great. So, basically, stay at the hotel or maybe trying out the restaurant, but avoid the spa!

When we arrived (early) our room was ready, SCORE, and we were greeted with Mumm Brut. Such a treat. Nick and Raymond were so helpful during our check in. Raymond remembered us from last year and that made the experience so much more personal. Also a shout out to the valet/bell hop staff. They are so fast, friendly, and helpful! Really appreciate them! The room was awesome! We had steam shower and an outdoor shower which was an upgrade from our room from last year. The fridge is stocked with water and Boylan cola if you need a pick me up. Love the spacious patio and his and her sinks. We spent the first day at the pool, which was very quiet and relaxing. The pool bar was closed but not an issue because you can just call the bar and they will bring you whatever you need. Also LOVE the pool top views. The grounds of this hotel are so serene, with art installations! Unfortunately, our precious Toby (fur baby) had a medical situation there and our stay was cut short. We had 3 nights planned and only got to stay 1. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Raymond, the front office manager. You made our decision to leave an no brainer and we didn't have any stress about not staying the other 2 nights. We will forever be loyal to Bardessono, due to the love and care that was showed to us by you that morning while we were in distress. Also thank you to the staff who was there on the night shift for parking our car when we returned from the emergency vet at 3:30 AM. While we were sad to leave we most definitely are looking forward to the next time we come back.

No seasoning on the meat, vegetarian ravioli had 3-4 raviolis in tomato water. Food could definitely use salt. There were so many nearly full plates going back to the kitchen! Whoever makes the desserts and pastries bravo every dessert I tried was great. Drinks were great, solid selection of beer. If I had just gone for the event and gone home this would be a 1/2 star review. The Bar in the main building was very nice and service was impeccable, and the entry way fire place makes for a great entrance. The Rooms were really nice, clean and really quiet. The service from pretty much every person seemed like they were eager to help and very friendly. The quality of the room and service from staff saved The Meritage from the awful, mass produced and unseasoned banquet food I was served. I would've liked to explore more, Maybe try an actual restaurant here but I was here for just one night and had to hit the road. It's a beautiful resort with an exceptional staff so I can at least recommend that much.

Only we were left waiting. We waited for 1.5 hours and just stepped out. We got a message at 5:45pm that our room was ready, came back and checked into the room. Turn on TV and sign into Youtube, it freezes. Olive and Hay is so busy as an external restaurant, we didn't get a seat, guests are not prioritized. Neither is there room service from Olive and Hay. We couldn't sit down and have breakfast, we had to go elsewhere. Checkout is prompt, not given any additional time, because they had get the cleaning done. If thats the case, why didn't we get the room at 4? It just ruined our evening and trip to Napa.

FRAUD ALERT…read more Boyfriend & I came here on January 31st. We got massages which we paid the gratuity for that very day since we were charged right away. As of yesterday 2/27 I've been charged $86 by "The Inn on First" which I noticed immediately as either a mistake or fraud. I called them & front desk receptionist seemed very confused & even apologetic because of the fact I was there one month ago & not yesterday! I told her I would like to be refunded & she of course had to get the owner involved, understandably. The owner, Celia, calls me & already had a defensive rude tone to her voice which was confusing because of the situation. She claims that I had not been charged for the gratuity from the massages & that they had just now caught it & were charging me now. I told her that I know for a fact we had already paid for the gratuity based on the amount charged to my card which was the total cost of the massages including the gratuity. She argued stating my numbers were not accurate & that they again will be keeping my $86. I told her this is fraud & she knows it. & I will be putting a review on Yelp regarding this. She then changed up & said if I have an issue with the gratuity charge that I'll have to take it up with the massage employees as if they were a separate entity- which they may be but again, my credit card statement shows that it's "The Inn On First" that is charging me this $86 I responded to Celia by reminding her that this is HER BUSINESS & that she should be the one to resolve this! She responded by basically stating it's not her problem. Absolute fraud! We were intending on coming back and to this place soon but they lost our business & I'll be disputing this charge with my credit card company. CELIA YOU NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE SKILLS. Interestingly enough this apparently happens to people every so often here which leads me to believe we were targeted by her!

Yogurt and granola. All before the menu comes out with a custom made hot breakfast. My wife got avocado toast and I got an omelette. Both came with house made potatoes and mine had an option for a variety of toasts to choose from. All delicious and a great way to start the day. Really grateful to have found this place and already thinking about when we could go back. Also, perhaps most important, it's walkable to just about everything downtown, including the oxbow market and all the restaurants and shops in between, of which there are many.
