Wow, lovely hotel! Great location, service was over the top!! Pretty modern with wood and. Metal accents. Greeted with a lovely glass of red wine and given reusable water bottles in a small wine tote. Room was comfortable and the walk in shower was the best! Their toiletries were quality. The bed was soft. The breakfast selections were the best I've had at a hotel. Again service was perfect! There was music one night.

What an amazing stay. This will be our new hotel when we come to Napa. Upon walking in, I was a bit confused where the check in was. It is to the left with a little mini podium. No one was there until they saw I was wandering back and forth looking for a desk. They walked up and checked me in. Then they asked if we would like a splash of either rose or Cabernet. We both chose Cabernet and it was delicious! Checked into our Junior suite and it was beautiful. Very clean and very comfortable. The bath tub was in the bedroom and I had an amazing bath!!! The tub was the perfect length and depth. The rum soap bars were marvelous, as well as the peppermint shampoo. The shower was amazing with their waterfall shower head and large space. The open door concept of the shower was delightful. It wasn't cold when I was showering and water didn't splash out the shower because the shower was so big and deep. It is a marbled floor and wall shower, so we had to be careful not slip. Floor shower mat is available under the sink, but we didn't see it until after the shower. Fireplace was more of an ambiance and didn't warm the room up. But it was so nice because it's open on both sides of the bedroom and living room. Double sink handles were unique and we enjoyed them. There was live music with a guitarist at night and we enjoyed it. Everything was just great!

I stayed here recently for a work trip. It is located in the center of town, so it is walking distance to restaurants and shops, etc. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We had our meeting onsite and the meeting rooms were well appointed and the snacks provided hit the spot. All of the meals brought to us were good as well. The room was nice and seemed like it was upgraded or refreshed recently. Everything about the room was very good and the bed was comfy too. Only downside is there is no gym onsite. Zero complaints and I recommend this place for work or for a weekend getaway.

As frequent travelers and World of Hyatt Globalists, we were excited to check into the Andaz Napa for a weekend in wine country. While there are certainly some positives, our experience left us feeling that there are better options in the area for the price. Room & Suite Experience: We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious and well-appointed. The size of the room is a definite plus, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. However, our suite was located on the second floor facing the terrace, which turned out to be less than ideal. The terrace is a popular hangout spot, and the noise from guests lingering late into the night made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or value peace and quiet, I'd recommend requesting a room away from the terrace. Another notable downside was the lack of natural light. The windows, while they do open, don't have screens, which raises some security concerns if you want fresh air--especially on a lower floor. It's a small detail, but one that impacts the overall comfort of the stay. Globalist Benefits: As Globalists, we appreciated the recognition, but it's important to note that the breakfast benefit is capped at $40 per person. Anything over that amount is charged to your room, which is unlike many other Hyatt resorts that offer a more generous or uncapped breakfast benefit. While the breakfast itself was tasty, it's something to keep in mind if you're used to a more inclusive offering. Amenities & Service: One of the things we've enjoyed at other Andaz properties is the complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Unfortunately, Andaz Napa still does not offer these amenities, citing ongoing Covid precautions--a policy that feels outdated at this point, especially given the rates charged. Location: The hotel's central location in Downtown Napa is a big plus, with dozens of restaurants and tasting rooms within easy walking distance. It's perfect if you want to explore the city on foot and immerse yourself in the local scene. That said, the area can get quite rowdy, especially on weekends--lots of party groups and late-night revelers, which adds to the noise both inside and outside the hotel. Overall Value: While the Andaz Napa has some strong points--especially its location and room size--the overall value just isn't quite there compared to other options in the area. For the rates charged, we expected a bit more in terms of amenities, comfort, and Globalist recognition. If you're looking for a quieter, more luxurious, or more inclusive experience, it's worth exploring other properties in Napa Valley.

We only stayed one night but I kindly asked for upgrade and we got a Jr Suite on 4th floor. Great service, clean, lovely charcuterie boards and valet service. Per friendly and wonderful location!

The service was great. Our food came out quickly. I enjoyed their mimosa options. I had a cranberry mimosa for the first time. I order lox any chance I get, so I ordered the lox bagel sandwich. I didn't realize that it would come deconstructed though. We sat in oversized chairs which were surprisingly comfortable, but a little hard to eat from.

Even though we only stayed here for one night it was a wonderful experience! The hotel is very centrally located and we were able to walk to alot of highly rated restaurants. The hotel lobby staff are very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. We were greeted with a glass of wine upon arrival which was a nice surprise as well. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. The pillows were so comfortable we joked about trying to find it online for ourselves. The bathroom also had plenty of space with great lightning and spacious walk in shower. Overall, our short stay was a memorable one and can't wait to stay here again when we return to the area!

Beautiful hotel. Our room was clean, modern and gorgeous. They have wine tasting in the lounge and the location is very accessible to many wineries! We loved the rooftop bingo and fire pit!

Andaz Napa was the very first Andaz property we ever stayed at. And our first impression of it was what made us fans for life. The first time we stayed here was 10 years ago, shortly after they recovered from the earthquake in August '14. We have never heard of the brand before then and after that great stay, we decided to stay at other locations (Andaz Maui is our home away from home!) A couple of weeks ago, we needed a last minute spot to stay overnight and of course....of course, we had to stay here! And because our last stay was so wonderful, our expectation was very high. Unfortunately, we were less than impressed this time around. But because we were there only for the night, I didn't think too much of it. However, when we checked out the next morning, I decided to express my disappointment to the manager. That interaction, along with how those concerns were addressed went beyond my expectations! Andaz Napa is now an older hotel, and I'm glad management has recognized this and are looking to updating the property in the near future. Additionally, it makes me happy that the customer service remains top notch. We are looking forward to returning to check out the new and improved hotel in the near future!

Came here for a one-night stay with my boyfriend. We were incredibly surprised at how wonderful this hotel was as I had been torn between booking this or another one in the area. I booked through booking.com. When we first arrived, we were immediately greeted by one of the staff members and directed to the check in counter where a woman helped get us squared away. As she was doing so, the gentleman that led us to the desk gave us each a welcome glass of wine and a complimentary tote bag with two bottles of water. All people involved in our check-in were not only friendly but also made the whole process seem personable and comfortable. They sent us up to our room which we were surprised that we were seemingly upgraded to a junior suite which was room 215. It was right off the elevators to the right but was not too noisy which we appreciated from the get-go. Everything in the room felt luxurious and incredibly clean. We took advantage of utilizing the bathtub and using the fireplace the entire time we were there. The best part of this hotel I would have to say beyond the amazing staff and rooms was the walkability and central location the Andaz has. We had no problem finding street parking as it felt closer than using their free garage behind the hotel. We walked around the town for our meals from the hotel and it was lovely during this time of year. If you're having any interest in staying in Napa, I highly suggest booking here at Andaz. Incredible service, luxurious rooms, and walkability are what you can expect here and nothing less!

Location, location, location - Andaz Napa in downtown Napa. This spot steps away from world-class wine tasting rooms, restaurants, boutique shopping, art museums, The Napa Valley Opera House, Uptown Theater, and more. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The level of service is top-notch. We're always able to easily check bags. The restaurant's food is unique. I love this spot in Napa.

    Our room, the Tower Suite

We had a nice stay at the Andaz Napa last week. In terms of location, you can't get more ideal. When you walk out of the front doors of the hotel, you're in the middle of picturesque downtown Napa, footsteps from restaurants, tasting rooms, shopping, etc. We stayed in the Tower Suite -- it was a large room on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings, a separate living space, a soaking tub, wrap-around windows, etc. We self parked in the garage behind the hotel, and the elevator was broken... not the greatest for luggage, but that's the price we paid to skip valet! The overall stay was nice, but there were a few minor pain points that surprised me. First, our bathroom trash can was full from the previous occupant. We alerted the front desk and it was remedied quickly, but it did make me wonder what else housekeeping may have skipped over in between guests. Second, the climate control was struggling... it may have been the vaulted ceilings, but it was still uncomfortably warm even set at the lowest temp. Last, we tried to use our room credit on the Mercantile Terrace, and I was told they did not have stock of the one wine I wanted to order on the terrace. The bartender made it sound like there may have been stock... somewhere... just not on the terrace. I would have gladly walked downstairs and ordered there if that would have been an offered solution, but it wasn't. We came, we saw, and I think we both agree Napa isn't it for us... so we likely won't be back, but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We generally have nice stays at Hyatt properties, and will patronize others in the future!

This is a nice hotel in downtown Napa on 1st St right in the middle of everything, walking distance to great restaurants and cafes. The room is a little small but the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Free parking in the back of the hotel and at checking in you get glasses of red wine.

The entire experience was stellar, beginning with a welcome glass of Vin Gris, which counts as one of the five wines in the tasting. We settled into comfortable, spacious semicircular couches with panoramic views overlooking the vineyards, gardens, and mountains beyond. What truly elevated our visit was Dulce, our hostess, who has more than 20 years of wine experience. She described each wine with such knowledge and detail that we were able to choose wines we genuinely enjoyed. But it was more than expertise. She shared her knowledge and passion so freely and with such heart that she made the afternoon feel special. Dulce is truly a gift to Bouchaine. The hospitality began even before we arrived. When we realized we didn't need as much time between wineries, we called and asked whether we could move our 3:30 tasting to 2:30. They accommodated us with grace. We ended up staying more than 2 1/2 hours and never once felt hurried. I especially appreciated the generous spacing between the seating areas, which gave each group privacy and made the tasting feel peaceful rather than crowded. The grounds were lovely, with purple agapanthus and black-eyed Susans blooming against the vineyards and mountains. Even the modern wood architecture--from the tasting room and offices to the beautifully designed bathroom--made us feel as though we were somewhere thoughtfully created and genuinely special. Every member of the staff we encountered was warm and welcoming. Some wineries you visit once because you're curious to experience them. Bouchaine is the kind of place I would return to simply because of how wonderful it felt to be there. Although I would definitely be getting the Gewurztraminer, Merlot, and Pinot Noirs again too.

Our sommelier informed us that we were in the coolest and foggiest part of the valley, but it was a warm, clear day, and we were able to enjoy the lovely view from the terrace. Compared to other tasting experiences I've had in Napa, the tasting at Bouchaine was more laid back - we didn't take a tour, and our group was seated on the terrace for the afternoon. We tasted about 6 or 7 wines, including several blends unique to the winery. I liked how the tasting line up was flexible; our sommelier often let us choose between two wines for each round. Additionally, she explained the story behind each wine she poured. While I typically enjoy the more interactive tastings with a tour, it was nice to sit and relax with the stunning view.

Karlo and I toured two other venues before visiting the Lighthouse well over a year ago and immediately fell in love with the lush greenery, the palm trees, and the view overlooking the water. The Lighthouse felt like a destination even though it's in the Bay Area. It truly is a hidden gem and we got a lot of questions from our guests as to how we found this place. As a kid, I would often go to Suisun for the weekends with my Lola (Grandma) to visit family. The Carquinez bridge was pretty much the halfway point to getting home or to my Aunt's place - Crossing the Bridge and seeing the C&H Sugar factory served as a marker and indicator for me that I was almost home or almost there. At the venue, there is a pathway that leads to a lookout point where you'll see both the bridge and the sugar factory, and it was then we knew that we were going to get married here. ~ THE VENUE ~ The venue has two lawn areas which naturally lend themselves to a ceremony or cocktail hour space. It's absolutely beautiful. We had our ceremony on the East Lawn (smaller lawn area to the left when facing the Lighthouse from the parking lot). It has a downward slope which made for an amphitheater like setting. We used the green palms as a backdrop for our ceremony and to be honest - it's beautiful as is even without decor. The bigger lawn area is where we had our Cocktail hour and it was the perfect setting and large enough to host 92 guests. We wanted an all in one space where we could have the ceremony and reception at one place, and the Lighthouse offered that. The indoor banquet hall fit our guest count and the windows all around gave a spectacular view to the marina and the sun set. The only downside is the four pillars that hold up the Lighthouse as it does block the view in certain angles especially when my husband and I had our first dance; however, guests got out of their seats to have a closer look. The kitchen also isn't a full kitchen so be aware of this. There's no stove to cook on or to keep food warm, and there is no ice machine. This one didn't really affect us as we had paella catered and everything was done outside on the paella pans and burners. The biggest selling point is the inn upstairs which accommodates up to 8 guests. Our brothers have younger children and we knew that this would be most convenient for them as the kids nap/are in need of a diaper change/need an area to pump. We had two guests who needed to pump and it was nice to be able to offer a comfortable place for them to do so in privacy without having to take up a bathroom stall in the hall. The inn is well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the decor is tasteful and we loved how history was incorporated in the small touches. It really made for beautiful getting ready photos and was such a pleasure to wake up to a view like that. ~ THE PEOPLE ~ As if the venue is not enough, the people behind the Lighthouse are truly the heart of it all. Crystal, Maggie and Alma like a what lighthouse does, guided us throughout the planning process, checked-in and made sure we were okay throughout the evening. They were so kind through it all and even made sure that my elderly parents were comfortable as mobility is an issue. We booked our vendors based on two things: kindness & connection, and we will never take for granted the hospitality they have offered us both leading up to our Wedding day and on the day-of. Thank you for everything! All in all, if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind, intimate venue, the Lighthouse is it. My husband and I are already looking forward to planning another event here in the near future!
