They were kind of busy, I was surprised but seeing the results I know why. Brandon was working the counter helping a client getting an estimate for her bumper. He was very friendly and took my info. We walked out to my car that I parked behind the building. He explained he would be able to get my head lights cleared up and pointed to another car in the lot and said it will look like that, I did not believe him but figured give it a shot. He said they would not be able to remove the water since the seal was broken at the top of my headlights as you can see in the pic below. I walked down the street to Starbucks to pass the time while they worked on my car. Brandon called me and told me the restoration was done. It took a bit over three hours for the restoration but worth the time and I did not have to do a thing! I walked thru the back of the shop to the register. I did not see my car out in the back parking lot and Brandon's colleague said maybe it is still in the garage, we looked and it was not there. I walked to the front door and saw a small portion of blue BMW through the front door, and saw crystal clear headlight. I did not think it was mine, i walked closer to the front door and could see my license plate, then i knew it was my car! I looked like they replaced the headlights, but no it was just the restoration!! Truly amazing result. Very honest and trustworthy. I was totally floored with the results of their work. We needed to have a couple of small windshield cracks repaired so my H asked me to do some Yelping and find out if there was a place near us that had good reviews. I remembered seeing several Groupons for windshield repair recently so I started with that, describing to him what the deals were and where they were located. We narrowed it down to two places for me to check Yelp reviews of. I checked this place first was so impressed by the reviews I didn't even bother to look at the other one. The Groupon was $26 to repair 2 cracks of a quarter size or less, just what we needed. I didn't call ahead because we had planned to go to lunch at the Gillespie Field Cafe which is not too far from BumperDoc and a place we enjoyed going occasionally so we weren't exactly sure what time we would get there. I think we got there about 2:30 p.m. and without an appointment or even a call ahead they had our vehicle pulled in to the work area and were working on the cracks within 5 minutes. I was impressed with how polite the workers were from my first contact. Instead of ignoring me and waiting for someone else to find out what I was after, there were two different guys who asked me if they could help me and the minute I said what I was there for, one guy said let me take a look and came straight out to the truck to look. They directed us to the lobby area and probably had us out of there in half an hour from when we arrived. The Groupon covered everything and we never felt that they gave us any less good service because we were there with the Groupon instead of cold cash. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends, even without the Groupon. One thing that impressed my husband that I didn't even notice was that they have a big sign on the wall behind the counter that itemizes the cost of their various repairs so there can be no question what it will cost you and you can practically do your own estimate just by looking at that sign. I had taken a picture of the lobby so when he told me about this after we got home I looked at my picture and could see the sign. Fortunately the photo was good enough I was able to enlarge it and add it to my pictures for this place if you want to refer to it. The guy we talked to, Buddy, said that he was only going to be there for 3 more days and then it would be under new ownership or management, I wasn't sure which. I can only hope that the people that take it over do as good a job as Buddy and his crew seem to do. read more

My cars bumper and frame were damaged from a minor car accident. I came in initially to get a quote from them at bumper doc.
