The work done on my husband's FJ was HORRIBLE! We paid cash. The work took weeks of excuses and we never knew where the work was actually done. At his home (we had to go there)? At someone else's shop (we had to go there too)? We had to hunt our FJ down and demand deadlines. The saddest part is that in the end the paint is already coming off. He has posted photos of our blue FJ on his website without our permission. I would not recommend him to anyone!!!! Worst job we could have ever imagined and we had to accommodate his lack of having a real job site to do his work. This is the first time I use such service. Before I decided to let Mr. Brown repair the front bumper of my Civic, I called pretty much everyone who offer bumper repair service on craigslist. Some of them don't even answer the phone or bother to call me back. Mr. Brown is among the ones who answered the phone the first time. He asked about the damage on my bumper and even ask me to send picture of the car to his phone or his email for more accurate estimate. Compare to some other service, they tell you something on the phone, then when they show up, it will be another story. It doesn't require a rocket scientist to use modern technology. I used bumperking for my 2004 BMW m3 to have some license plate holes filled and painted. I was concerned at first that a mobile bumper service could perfectly match my metallic paint but after reading all the reviews on here I gave them a call. When you have a company that has "bumper" in its name do bodywork on your car it should raise red flags. Sure they are quick. Sure they are cheap. At the end of the day...you get what you pay for... quality. If you are ok with pinholes/orange peel and only want to pay the least amount possible to mask the damages then go here. i got a few curb rashes on my bronze Volk CE28 rims. D Brown always been the guy I go to for any paint repair so i decided to give me a shot at repairing my wheels. If any Volk CE28 bronze owners know, you can't perfectly color match the bronze color. D Brown did very well in matching it to get it very close to the original color.
