WOW where do I start? He did such a great job on my car. Because I hit my car on a Wall of snow the paint scratched off. The paint was pealing, but he was able to sand it down and make it look like nothing happened to my car. He also says I can get a free polish a week after and gives a warranty under his name saying that, if anything goes wrong I can call him and he will fix whatever the problem is. I really wanted to write a good review for these guys, but I have to say it's been one disappointment after another. They might do good work, but if you live in Orange County, I would say you should find someone who's not based in San Diego, because they are too busy to make their way north. After the first time they worked on my car, the color didn't match 100%, and they have to wait a week to come back and polish the area they fixed, as well as adjust the color. But like I said, they are too busy to get to Orange County often enough, so it ended being more like 2 weeks. They also over sprayed my ENTIRE car...windows and all. I was told they would pay to have it fixed, but when I gave them a quote, they said they would do it themselves because it was too expensive and was the cost to detail the entire care. Well, the entire car needed to be detailed as it felt like sandpaper from the over spray from the hood to the bumper. They never even came back to polish the work they had done to the bumper. I was then told that Deleon would send me a check for the price I paid to take care of it myself. Let's just say that was over 2 weeks ago, and I still don't have a check. And I probably never will. It might be cheap, but you get what you pay for...that's for sure. Very disappointing to say the least. read more

I have a pearl white Infiniti G37s coupe, and had the unfortunate luck of getting 2 deep scratches on the back bumper a long with a little indentation about 2 inches wide on the bottom of it. Dee was there on time and was completely knowledgeable and professional when he assessed my car. He recommended touch up paint for the time being since it was a leased car instead of doing the entire bumper. I was really hesitant about it at first(since I have OCD about a lot of things, especially my car). He touched it up in less than a couple minutes and It looked like it never even happened! He saved me a lot of money on going with the touch up rather than getting my entire bumper fixed. Bumper King did the work for less than $400 each repair and I defy anybody to pick the area of the bumper that was previously damaged. Never again will I go back to this place. When I ordered my bumper it didn't arrive on time. Took them almost a week to install my bumper. Dee relies on photos and doesn't personally see the issue. The issue wasn't fix the first time we had to go back several times and I know he didn't look at the problem himself the first time or else we wouldn't of had issues. I might as well of gone to Mexico and get it fixed there because the material that was put in my car looks like cheap low grade plastic. If your gonna buy cheap shit at least tell the consumer what kind of crap your buying and how crappy it's gonna look on the car. He's unreliable and just tells you what you want to hear so he doesn't have to deal with you. Tells you one thing and then another. Always giving you the run around. Horrible service wouldn't trust the company and wouldn't go back. Next time I'm just gonna have my Neighbors 5 year old fix it.
