It is definitely worth the drive and the visit. Seating is varied but favors small groups, and does not really accommodate the digital nomad. They offer the usual coffee selections with a few specialty drinks. I had the Butter Latte. Wow! It is basically a toned down bulletproof coffee but with lots of flavor. Service is friendly and personable. Our group was greeted at the door and the staff were happy to offer recommendations. I will be going back the next time I am in Boise.

It was our first time and they were so patient and gave local favorites, and I will openly say the coffee was strong, so if you like sweeter coffee, definitely ask for only 1 shot of espresso or extra syrup. My son got a mocha and it was a little strong for his liking, so they offered to remake it. Which was so sweet of them. They were truly concerned and wanted to make sure we enjoyed everything. In my last review I had the keto quiche. It was a little overwhelming for me. The Mediterranean quiche was suggested so of course I had to try it. And it looked good in the food case. I snagged a small iced cinnamon honey dirty chai with almond milk and a huckleberry lemonade for the husband. I believe everything we got is going to be so good! Husband smashed the whole thing and I wasn't even offered a bite. My quiche had beautiful pieces of zucchini and cheese on top. I really enjoyed the sun dried tomatoes in it. The filling was fluffy and soft. It was a great suggestion from the manager! I might have them heat it up just a hair longer next time, it could have been warmer. The huckleberry lemonade was killer!! It was tart, sweet and bubbly. I was only allowed one sip and I made sure it was big! My first round of chai did not look like normal and it didn't taste good. It was so dark and bitter. I did ask the barista if there was chai in my drink cause it didn't taste like chai. After we got it figured out, a new drink was made. My first one was not what I had ordered, I don't know what it was. My second round was almost perfect. The honey cinnamon chai was so good! It was sweet and spicy. I love the added cinnamon in there. It tastes like it should be cold and holiday season outside. I did pay for a shot of espresso to make it dirty which I never got. It was almost a cup of perfection. I really enjoyed our little coffee date here today. The food was good. Our drinks were tasty. The staff was nice. And it's conveniently down the road from us. I ordered the Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Twist and asked for it warmed up, but received it cold because it missed the note at checkout. When I brought it back, the gentleman at the counter was incredibly polite. He explained that they normally serve it cold so the cream cheese topping doesn't melt. I told him I didn't mind the melt, and he immediately warmed it up for me. It was phenomenal--warm, rich, and even better than the standard Cinnamon Twist (which was also excellent, flaky, and perfectly spiced). I also tried two drinks: 1. Iced Banana Bread Latte with Cold Foam: Super creamy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. 2. Vanilla Bean Matcha with Oat Milk: This was my first time ever trying matcha. Because I have hypothyroidism, I read up on how matcha can be beneficial for thyroid health depending on the milk and syrups used.
