The person who showed up was not with sound pest but was with Fikes. He spent all of 5 mins walking through my house and sprayed an aerosol can that costs I believe $29.99. He did not spray in under or around anything. This was also not the description of service that was provided to me through yelp. I called to complain immediately after. I have also called to talk to a Manager multiple times. They always state they will call me back and never do. It might have been a great company before it was sold but do not let the historical positive reviews fool you this is not under the same management as before. Go somewhere else for service.

While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. If you need attic services or pest remediation, my wife and I highly recommend them!

The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

First, I…read morehad the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding. You can't even tell that they were there. I have only had a few hot days to determine if there has been an improvement and honestly it really does seem to stay cooler inside, looking forward to winter for the real test. All in all, this has been a great experience, I very highly recommend NW Insulation for your project.

Representative was confident and work was done to the tune of $6000+. Periodically checked immediate area and had exterminators down there bi-monthly with reports of minor moisture but overall OK. Orkin sent out a guy to perform an inspection and he reported the exact situation I paid to resolve. It was beyond 1 year but it is obvious they did not perform work I was promised. I asked them to honor the warranty 22 months after work, which I do know is beyond, but it is clear that they did not do work promised and I believe they should back up their work.

After the work, I discovered an unusual amount of dust accumulating in my house and tracked it down to the attic intake duct not being sealed and the new blow in cellulose insulation being sucked into my air system. I removed the blow in insulation to seal it and found all the shoddy work done by the Crawl Pros crew: unsealed ducts, horribly sloppy foam spray sealing, wrapped ducts with large gaps where insulation is missing, old rat droppings not cleaned up, sand from blasting not vacuumed, bent blow in depth gauge to mislead about actual insulation depth, old insulation re-used and buried, loose staples from a failed staple gun, and damaged hardwood floor near attic entrance. Whatever you do... look elsewhere for attic or basement work

We just moved into a new home on a greenbelt and due to the season, I saw spiders hanging around outside everywhere on my deck. I reached out to Chris in customer sales and he quickly set me up with an appointment. Our pest controller, Andre', was awesome - he took the time to walk through my place first and listened to all my concerns -especially the ones about our pet (an older kitty on medications that is highly sensitive) and so we came up with a plan together to keep any nasty spiders from coming in. He did an excellent job of de-webbing outside my deck and below the patio and the sprayed all the outside perimeters. For the inside, he brought in the most natural pest spray that they offer and (per my direction) only sprayed the upper areas of our finished basement laundry room that would most likely be the spot that the pests would likely come into. My biggest concern was could it harm my pet if it walked on the surface afterwards, but Andre' said the type of spray he used inside creates some type of bond to the surface after 40+ minutes and after that it should be safe. We closed off that room and kept the pet out for over an hour. So far so good, my kitty has been in/out of that area many times in the past 2 days and hasn't had any issues - plus, BIG BONUS for me... I'm seeing less spiders (ours were mainly all outside except for a few small ones that managed to creep in) and we're hoping to see even less in the coming days! I have been using Bulwark Exterminating Services for the last 4 years. During this time i have always received the best and most effective services. Bulwark assisted me with establishing a routine schedule which provides the absolute great control of pest control. i rarely see any evidence of unwanted pests and in the event that i do discover any Bulwark is very responsive to to provide a treatment to eliminate the issue at hand. My most recent service was completed by Zach who did an amazingly awesome job with his service. He arrived on time within his estimated time window and had all the necessary equipment to complete the job. I appreciated Zach checked in upon his arrival to ask if there were anything specific area that needed taken care of as well as checking back in with me at the completion of the job reporting his results. Zach was very professional and displayed excellent technical knowledge regarding his job. Based on the many past appointments as well as my most recent appointment with Zach I have no intention of changing to any other available Exterminating Company. Sakhom, Serviced our home a few days ago, but an odor in part of the house came on strong. He came back out in a timely fashion and looked thoroughly under the house but could find no rodent. We came to the conclusion that likely, bag pesticide was used by a prior bug guy. The critter probably ate that and went someplace to expire that can't be seen under the home. Sakhom in his upbeat spirit said he could remove the other bug guys mistake (the bags), so this won't happen again. I call that going the extra mile and really appreciate his "can do attitude! Thus our future problems have been resolved and I just wanted to say that Sakhom did a fine job for us. On another matter - Scheduling does seem to be an issue with Bulwark. I agree with others that are having issues. Short notification of the next visit is more the norm than not. I have spoken to techs in the past and they talked about how far it was from one service site to the next and then back again. Please take not Bulwark, this is an area you can improve on and it cost you a star! Dave read more

I was a customer of Bulwark Pest Control for a few years then decided to try another company simply to save money. Big mistake! I quickly realized the one year contract I agreed to was going to be a very long year. Unlike Bulwark my technician changed every month, I had to request return visiits multiple times for re-treats...something I never had to do with Bulwark. As soon as my year was done, I signed up with Bulwark again and I have not been disappointed. My technician is Gene and he is thorough, professional, and friendly. He was running a little late of the arrival window I had been told and he texted me to let me know he was running behind and when he would be arriving. Even in the dark, he covered all of the usual treatment areas, spent extra time taking down cobwebs and, then let me know when he was done. I appreciate Gene's communication and extra effort. Very Impressed with the service as well as the rapport! From start to finish, the communication was great. Unlike my last experience with a difference company, the people on the phone from receptionist to technicians were inviting, professional and courteous. Our technician,Remington Newman, showed up promptly between the time frame given and was not only courteous, but thorough. He was engaged with asking a lot of questions as well as answering a lot of mine so not to leave any "stone un-turned". He was never annoyed or bothered -even my annoying little dogs who would not stop barking at him (even from the other room), he tried to get to befriend him as opposed to being put off by. He educated us on the stink bug population explosion going on right now and why our house was covered with them (I'm not bothered by them, but glad to know). Tristan and Spencer came out to our house and showed up right around the time our 2 hour window started which was nice, this was our first time getting our house sprayed and it was a great experience. Tristan explained everything in depth what they were going to do, and asked if there were certain things or areas of concern to make sure they got covered. We had a bunch of wasps nest that they took down for us along with spraying the whole property for prevention. They were very nice and professional, they got everything sprayed in a timely manner and were very respectful when coming in the house. They also assured me that if we notice anything that comes back or new issues that they will come out whenever we need them to and not to hesitate to call. Cory Abbas is wonderful! He is professional, timely, very attentive to our pest problem and is most patient with all of our questions and inquiries. This was our first time with a pest company. The first visit we had was not with Cory and we were skeptical about the work and attention to detail. Good thing is that we are able to reschedule service as much as needed in between general services so we did a few weeks later. We got Cory and he spent quite a bit of time examining all the areas (and then some!) that were infested and made sure to treat every spot. After a few visits since, our problem has been greatly reduced and were hopefully that will go away completely soon! There are not many companies out there who are attentive to their customers. Excellence in the quote excellence in any communication I had with the company from the Yelp site very quickly responded. Got a good phone call and they came out and not only were they speedy in getting out to see me but they were excellent at what they did Professionals they put on booties. They were cognizant of animals. They were thoughtful of placements. They were kind as they were going through and figuring it out. A really good customer ceiling with excellent ability to call and talk to people and say hey I might be going out for a minute. Jacob E! Holy cow, I was sure a very large animal got in to my crawl space and had his foot tangled in an extension cord as he ran from one side of the house to the other (I have no idea what's in the crawl space, it's not a place I go willingly). At 2am I called emergency services for pest removal, no one answered and I sat up all night listening to what sounded like a 50 pound raccoon raising hell praying it wouldn't fall through the ceiling. I have an account with Bulwark and Jacob came out within a couple hours of opening. He bravely removed a giant and ALIVE rat that got it's head stuck in one of the traps Bulwark had previously laid. Jacob laid more traps in the crawl space and basement and I am so grateful this young man had the bravery to come and remove this rodent! We called Bulwark after many failed attempts of stopping our ant problem. When I called, the person on the phone was so knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. My wife and I were blown away by the customer service. They sent a tech out the next day. Cory has been servicing our home and we are very impressed by his work. He goes above and beyond each time he treats our house. We have had to call a number of times in the first month and Cory never makes us feel like we are bothering him. He greets us with a smile and always asks if there is anything else he can do to help. We are still working on the ants, but we know with Cory's expertise they won't be around for long. Today Monique arrived at my new living quarters on time and with such a great attitude. She knocked on the door and waited patiently while I made my way downstairs. There I was greeted with a smile. Sometimes it's the little things. She introduced herself and then explained the services I was going to have performed on the home. She asked if I had any concerns prior to beginning and as I have a dog and some ant issues around the house I was very glad that she had asked. She walked me through what to do with my dog and gave me time tables for how long my pup would need to stay away from the exterior of the house. She was very professional and took the time to send me a pic of her removing a wasp nest I did not know was at the house. This is a level of service that means a lot to me. I've been a costumer for 2 years (since I bought my home) now. I've had any problems since the beginning. I've had an amazing experience with Bulwark. It has been about a year since I hadn't seen ants in my house, the last month, I've seen them a lot. Today, I called Bulwark and Sakhom Thien agreed to do a last minute appointment at my house. He did an amazing job, explained everything he did and told me the next steps that I needed to take. I've been using Bulwark for about a year now and so far they've met my expectations. We haven't had much problems lately, thankfully, but when we did have a problem, they came quickly. During last winter, in the few snow days we get in this area, a few mice were sneaked into our garage. We called Bulwark and they quickly sent someone (can't remember her name) and she put traps all around the garage from the inside and outside, and in the crawl space. We were able to catch 6 mice in the garage. Bulwark came back a week later to check on the traps and set a new patch of traps. Thankfully no more mice since then. Zack did my most recent quarterly visit. He's a nice guy and wants to help. I asked for spraying the garage for spiders (now is there season) and he do so willingly. read more

Jesse was prompt to show up on scheduled time which is always a good start. We then spent about 10min discussing what I was seeing, with Jesse asking good questions about conditions and what my concerns were. He then laid out a plan for a treatment recommendation. Originally we talked only about ants in our kitchen, and I had asked them to check my crawlspace as well, as I suspected rodents. Jesse confirmed right away about the rodents, and was even able to identify the species based on the droppings. He then gave me a couple of treatment options and gave me some good tips for some DIY service which were great tips as I hadn't thought of some of them before. Bulwark never fails to satisfy! We've been using Bulwark on a regular basis since 2017 for pest prevention in and around our newly built home. I love the excellence in communication this company provides and we have had no pest problems since we started using their services. Today our new technician Gary, arrived within the time frame stated and after explaining exactly what he would be doing and asking if I had any questions or concerns, he worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. He even knocked on the door again to let me know when he was finished. I called Bulwarks and some other companies for a pest service. Their customer service & scheduling reps were all kind and helpful. I had 3 different service technicians come by for treatments/follow up. They were all very professional and great to work with! Alexandra was great! Answered questions and very personable! Jeff was the 2nd tech and he was also very nice, helpful and quick! My most recent service tech Ken came to do a follow up and he really went above and beyond to make sure all areas were treated. Ken also texted after he was done to provide additional info and was extremely professional!! I can only say this company hires the best staff, as they seem to enjoy helping customers and represent their company well! Thank you guys!! read more

We have been customers of Bulwark for approximately 2 years now, and are very satisfied with the services they offer. All of the techs have been great! Gary Daniels has been our tech for the last few services we have had done, and is very adept at his job, knows his stuff. Friendly and always offers a smile when he is here. Also suggests remedies for other rodent problems we have come across. Gets the job done with one visit to our home, haven't seen any pests in months! All in all, my husband and I are very pleased with Bulwark Exterminators! The one time I called the office to schedule a new service, the receptionist was extremely helpful and nice, I was not put on hold for forever, got us scheduled within a day! I've been using Bulwark for close to a year now. Main issue at our house has been spiders and since using Bulwark it has helped immensely! I don't fear going into my garage as much as I used to, when I'd see big spiders on the wall especially in the fall months. I've been pleased with all of the representatives. Steven was our most recent service pro, who visited yesterday. He asked if I had any issues/concerns or needed any treatment inside. Since I haven't had any problems inside, he just did our regular exterior foundation spray. When he was done he left a note explaining he knocked down some spider webs and also got rid of a small wasp nest in addition to the spray. Mike our exterminator is amazing. I work from home and have dogs that love to bark and Mike always text me to make sure that I know when he's going to be here. This way my dogs are put in their room and I meet my. Mike is very friendly and if you have any questions he's always ready to answer them completely. He always start by asking if we are having any issues and is very neat carefully pulling items away from our walls and beMing mindful of our dogs. He always sends pictures of what he did and the activity that he saw. just amazing service! They always found a way to explain away a problem and subsequently leave it up to me for the solution. I had a wasp nest take up residence in the crawl space of my home. The company I hired initially said, "I am not crawling down there and I don't know how you're going to deal with it". Scott from Independent Pest Solutions indicated it was a problem and found the solution. There was no hesitation, no effort to explain it away and leave it to me for a solution. He know what do and how to make it happen. I am so very thankful I fell into this company. Frankly, I sincerely pray, these guys stay in business because they deserve our trust and patronage. I really trust responsive people who are good communicators, so after a little bit of texting with other companies I decided to go with Robin's pest solutions and he came to spray right away. After a week, there were still some angry bees. He said about 95% of the time one spray works with one shot, but the work is guaranteed for a year. I texted him and he came out immediately once again and sprayed the heck out of that area. The first time around he sprayed the whole house which was a bonus. It's been another week and I haven't seen any bees. I feel comfort in the fact that the service is guaranteed for a year and face-to-face he's a really really really personable guy.
