I have reviewed Bulwark before and gave them a well-deserved 5-star rating. Not this time, or should I say the last 3 times. Our last inspection had to be rescheduled THREE TIMES. For the first 2 appointments, nobody called, nobody came. I called the 24/7 office both times. The 1st appt they could not find the tech, he just never reported into the office. The 2nd appt they offered no reason. We never received any kind of notice confirming our 3rd appt, so I had to contact them - why was this my job? Yesterday a very nice Luis came out and sprayed our house. Curiously, he told me they typically do not spray inside homes, when we have already had this done multiple times. He did it, but this is not the first time a Bulwark employee tells me they do not provide a service when we have previously received the same service; whether it is for any service indoors or outdoors. So we don't have any pests inside, which is good. But for each appointment we should have had, we had to wait around 3 hours just to find out nobody was coming. That is a total of 6 hours. And each time they come, I move furniture and other things around to make it easier for them to do a more thorough job, and then it takes me more time to move things back.which = more time. I am appalled at their current lack of customer service, which has really gone down within the last year. Not sure why, but we remain both DISAPPOINTED, really disappointed. read more

LANCE is awesome!! We are new home owners and called Bulwark Exterminating since we are already Bulwark Security customers and really loved our experience so thought to keep it in the Bulwark family! Lance took on our last minute scheduling and covered for another tech that had called out sick. Even though it was dusk (and the appointment lasted until dark) he still made it and was courteous, friendly, and took time to look at the problem areas in the backyard. Lance was fantastic and we really appreciate him. However, I cannot give a perfect 5-star rating because of some issues we encountered with the pricing/scope of work for the service call. The rep that set up the appointment (can't remember his name but it was unusual like Drogen or something) was a bit short on the phone but advised the pricing would be for a one time call, not an ongoing contract. He also did not explain some other details of what the service plan would entail, so when Lance showed up with a contract for us to sign I was a little caught off guard. Nonetheless, we did not want that to tarnish our experience with Lance and we hope we can figure something out with Bulwark Exterminating for the future of our contract. read more

Bulwark has completely resolved our bug issues and being new to the area they have educated us on bugs we weren't familiar with. They will come out even after they've recently sprayed to resolve issues. Our technician would always let us know when he was coming, he'd ring the doorbell and ask if we'd seen anything he needed to address and always send us a text to let us know where he targeted his treatment and let us know our gate was closed and secure. I used Bulwark's WeedPro division for weeds growing after all the rains. I was pretty clear that I needed the weeds gone, only to find out they treated with pre-emergent. There seems to be a lot of disconnect within the company - you get transferred around and what you communicate gets lost between departments. In addition to still having weeds, I gave them my billing address which is different from the service address and yet the sent the bill to the service address - another example of disconnect. read more

Service started off good. Service quickly began to wane. Techs would not schedule until night before causing access issues....and my callbacks were never returned. Service appointments became at their convenience - 1/3 of my home exterior was not even being sprayed I stayed home to watch the "service" be performed....10 minutes from start to finish for their Tech to service a 6,000 SF house with 4 car garage. How? Service stopped once I insisted on more notification before arrival...to coordinate access to my dog compound. Invoicing for the services that were not performed continued. "Threatening" letter from chickenshit collection agency received....Hahahahahahaha. In the end Bulwark talked a lot and did very little. KEEP SEARCHING FOLKS....there are obviously better companies out there. I will update again soon. read more

So infuriated with this company ! I am on a every other month schedule ... in July I my spray scheduled , came home early to be ready .. waited .. and no one arrived , when I called I was told that the technician on my route had a "family emergency" and that's why I was missed ... I felt bad for him and very understanding . Now in September I had my spray scheduled for Tuesday between 5-8... on Monday I get a message saying "we'll see you between 9-12" .. umm .. won't be home during that time , so I called , they said "no you texted to ask for an earlier appointment" , I stated there was no way since I was at work .. we went round and round until finally she said "oh I was in the wrong clients chart , what actually happened is the technician on your route had a family emergency and can't make it so we had to move you up "... umm ok , so that won't work . So she agreed to schedule for Wednesday and half price for the 12-3 time , guaranteeing I would have no problem and someone would show .. it is now 345 and I called to see where my technician was and I was told that "the appointment was never confirmed" .. "WTF?!" !! 2 days ago I had CONFIRMED because they had messed up !! I'm just in disbelief at this point , you've lost a monthly paying customer ** update they had contacted me to say they were sorry and that they would do a service free of charge on Friday . Great , let's make this better . Scheduled from 11-3 on Friday and it is currently 430, no call .. no show .. I just tried to call and see what the heck was going on and guess what ! "We don't know where our tech is or what happened " It's almost comical at this point.. ** second update ! On Friday the "supervisor" called and stated that he didn't know how I had been "missed" and rescheduled me for Monday with a "promise that someone WILL be there free of charge " No joke!! It's Monday and NO ONE came ! Run everyone , take your business elsewhere !! Ha ha ha how this can happen is beyond me read more

However, I paid with the promotional voucher of $75 for $30 and I keep getting letters charging me for service they never applied the promotion I purchased. We canceled our service with Bulwark, over the phone, and through email and paid for our last service to settled our account. Bulwark continues to contact/call me on a regular basis regarding service, event to the extent of sending out one of their service techs to try to service my home. I explained to the service tech we had canceled our service several months ago and even shared the email we had sent to Bulwark. Just this last week they called again and left a voice-mail saying they needed to speak to regarding our account... This is harassment. They are like a bad Ex that just won't go away. I recently had my yard landscaped and wow did all the bugs come out. I went to look up an exterminator I had used previously but they had gone out of business. :( So I started a new search. I filled out an online request form on Wednesday, and got called back almost right away. I work a later shift and it is hard for me to get time off, but they were willing to accommodate my schedule and scheduled someone for the morning before I go to work. (Today is Friday I was impressed with how quick they got me in) This morning Spencer showed up, he was friendly and courteous.
