He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. I was told that the product should last 90 days but they service about every 60. We have had to ask for a retreatment about 3-4 times in 2.5 years. And everytime they say it's not a retreatment bc we were due that month. Not next week not two weeks but 4 weeks later. I am going back to a company that doesn't try to take advantage of their customers.
