They have a big selection of all kinds of healthy trees! they have expanded and changed things up sense the last time I have visited. I was a little disappointed this time because this nursery use to be my go to store for dahlias but they have only carried the basic types of dahlias that you can find at all the other nursery's. Last summer when I went they had dahlias that I have never seen in nursery's before. the employees kept to themselves when I visited today. They aren't consistent with greeting or helping. but overall this is a place I trust when it comes to buying healthy plants from. I bought sheets with the wrong fitted sheet and they will see if they had one to swap out but they would not take the return if they didn't have one to replace the fitted sheet. And then the manager asked what was going on and as I'm explains repeated tells me to calm down. I have a respirator issue (not contagious) so I have to talk louder to be able to talk. I told him repeatedly I wasn't upset but it was hard for me to talk. So rude. The staff also made comments to each other like "you'll love this." Like I'm being insane. He yelled and said that they were taking up his customers spots. Then they asked if he wanted them to move their car. The old man just continued to yell at them and point at things, even though they were being nothing but kind back. I was going to yell back and say "what customers?!" , but the young man obliged with the old grumpy guys hostile confrontation, and went and ran and moved his car. I went and talked to them after and they were just picking up a car from the shop next door, and would've been parked there for 10 mins. He was very very unwarranted to be so rude to them as they just did not know where to park. I would NEVER buy something from here because of that interaction. It also looks like nobody else is either because that parking lot is only ever filled with employees cars. Should put up a sign if you don't want people to park in your parking lot. There's a lot of other places to buy these things in Orem and Utah county. I personally do not support people that yell at ANYONE, no matter their age. There's no reason to do that.
