We hired Keith and his company to build our pool, and after 11 months the project was never…read morecompleted. We were repeatedly told work would begin "next week," but no progress was made. We paid 90% of the total contract, yet there is no plaster, no cover, and no equipment installed. At this point, our contract with Keith and his company is terminated, as it became clear the project would not be finished. We are now in a legal process to recover our money. Based on our experience, we strongly caution anyone considering Keith and his company.
