They have a lot of experience and are very knowledgeable for all pool related questions I have. Super timely responses to my texts and calls. Along with closing and opening my pool - they replaced a faulty water pump and gave me all the information required to keep it running smoothly. No issues since. They also helped me setup an efficient schedule on the controller\app and showed me how to effectively keep my pool clean. He yelled and said that they were taking up his customers spots. Then they asked if he wanted them to move their car. The old man just continued to yell at them and point at things, even though they were being nothing but kind back. I was going to yell back and say "what customers?!" , but the young man obliged with the old grumpy guys hostile confrontation, and went and ran and moved his car. I went and talked to them after and they were just picking up a car from the shop next door, and would've been parked there for 10 mins. He was very very unwarranted to be so rude to them as they just did not know where to park. I would NEVER buy something from here because of that interaction. It also looks like nobody else is either because that parking lot is only ever filled with employees cars. Should put up a sign if you don't want people to park in your parking lot.
