Our only complaint is that we didn't start the project with them. 10/10 would recommend.

More particularly, Reed in their service department. We called him to come and fix our old second-hand spa which was home-made by it's previous owner. It turned out to be a real challenge, which required several visits by Reed. He was up to the challenge, and got it fixed better than I expected. I was thrilled with the price he charged as well. Clear Springs itself may get 3.5 or 4 stars (I'm not sure what a spa store would have to do to get 5), but with Reed in the mix, it's a definite 5 star rating.
