It looked like a swamp with coffee grounds in it, along with a hammock, dirt and weeds! We needed the pool cleaned ASAP as she was getting ready to sell her house. Although Izzy was completely booked 2 weeks out, he made time after his regular work day to come out and take care of the pool. He ended up having to drain it, power wash it and then refill it. It looks like a brand new pool and we couldn't be happier!! Izzy went over and above as other pool places we called couldn't come out for at least 2 weeks. His time, work ethic and expertise showed in the results we got in just 5 short days! He also cleaned our hot tub which had a lime/calcium build-up that was so bad, I didn't think it was salvageable. Nothing they recommended solved the issue. I called today asking for a technician to come out and fix it. Their response was for me to call someone else to fix the issue. Even though my tub is still fully under warranty, they refuse to come fix it. Please don't buy from them. There are plenty of other Sundance dealers to choose from in Utah.
