DO NOT CONTRACT WITH TIMBERLINE FALLS/KEITH
We contracted with Keith/Timberline Falls to build our pool and hot tub in April of 2025. At that time, we were given an estimate of 12 weeks to complete the project with the expectation that we'd be done by the end of July. We paid the initial payment and followed that up with 75% of the total cost a couple months later per our contract. At first, the team showed up as expected and was completing the work, but that didn't last long and we started seeing weeks go by without any progress. To get any communication we had to start calling/texting Keith daily and would be told that they'd be there a specific day however they rarely showed up when expected. Keith would even say they were just down the street, but then never show up. The excuses for not showing up were varied, reused multiple times, and truly ridiculous and unbelievable.
Then came the letters from subcontractors letting us know that there were liens placed on our home due to non-payment. We spent weeks going between those companies and Keith to ensure the companies were paid and the liens removed from our home. We should have fired them at this point, but more promises were made and immediately broken.
After daily calls/texts and excuses the pool was finally ready to be plastered in November, 7 months after it was started. At that time, we were told if we paid the next payment, it would be their priority and would be finished within a month. We paid, but as of April 2026 it is still in the same state as it was in November even though the weather was mild all winter and the project could be completed. We've been told the plaster company was scheduled multiple times, but nothing ever happens. We set a deadline of March 31st at which point we wanted the work finished or our last payment returned, but that date has come and gone and now Keith is no longer answering the phone or replying to texts. We will now start legal action and will be filing a complaint with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing. read more
