The only issue I had with IC was the fact the construction crew left some dunnage in some of the window wells. One call to IC IMMEDIATELY remedied the problem. Fast forward to today when I called IC and talked to a very cheerful and efficient Chris. Chris scheduled John to come here in two days to inspect an issue I was having with a chimney. John arrived on time and prepared. He was on the roof for less than one minute before coming down with a diagnosis of the problem complete with pictures he had taken. Even though the problem with the chimney was pre-existing and NOT a result of IC's workmanship John will be returning next week when things dry out to make the necessary repairs AT NO CHARGE. I will never use anyone else and recommend Intermountain Contractors wholeheartedly. (I'm sticking with the fact Chris could have married so much better).

I came into this project having been burned by a competitor so I was a bit cynical. Before we even…read morestarted talking about estimates or the job itself the sales person had gotten in touch with my insurance company and started a claim. This is something I didn't even think to do! Even without the insurance payout, their quote was about half the cost of the other company. Once it came time to do the work, I was in constant communication with the foreman. The guys tore off the old roof in a day and put up the new in a second day. The following morning the dumpster was gone. Again, by starting an insurance claim they put money in my pocket before they even knew if I would be a customer! I'm generally nervous about home renovations because I'm pretty dumb when it comes to this sort of thing. I believe the competitor tried to take advantage of my ignorance. King Roofing did right by me and I would recommend them to ANYBODY who needs their house retopped. Thanks!!!

We found Clint and hired him to gut our master bathroom. We had an old tub and small stand up shower. We always had wanted a his/her shower. Clint created a master piece for us. Those are the gray bathroom pictures uploaded. They did such a fantastic job that we hired him again to remodel our guest bathroom. Those are the pictures of the brown bath below. We also had Clint and his team gut this bathroom too. We chose tile for the shower and floor and bought a new vanity as well as other accessories. We also hired Clint and CHV to put a ceiling up in our downstairs so the rain from the upper deck would not get all our outdoor furniture wet and so we can use the downstairs all year long. They did a fabulous job. He is also going to put a railing in for our rock stairs and is going to pour a concrete slab for us. Clint we are not done with you yet!!! :-) Next year will be our kitchen. Clint will always be our go-to contractor. I highly recommend Clint and CHV Construction for any job you may have. They are versatile in all types of construction needs. They are respectful, kind, detail-oriented, clean up after each day and cost efficient.
