He does what he says he's going to do. A man of his word and he does nice work! He's exactly what you want from a contractor and seems a little hard to find now days.

From the start, Edgar and his team stood out. Edgar is on-site daily, actively managing the project and ensuring everything runs smoothly, which is something you don't always get and makes a huge difference in the final result. We brought them in to completely transform a backyard that was essentially unusable after the builder finished. Their team handled everything from regrading and leveling to installing rock retaining walls and concrete patios. The execution was clean, efficient, and clearly done with attention to detail. The end result completely changed how we use the space--it turned out great and feels like an entirely new yard. I would highly recommend Ava Landscaping to anyone looking for a reliable, professional team. They're the kind of company you confidently refer to friends and family.

Businesses can sometimes grow out of the phase of being a home town business, but PC Handyman services not only has a strong team, solid equipment, great service (I mean stellar) but they also care about their community even at their size. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. Lee High and his team did such a fantastic job! Our small backyard was made up of a mix of old…read morepavers, a small concrete slab and a rotting deck. It was so much unusable space for such a small patio area. And in the front our driveway was sinking and there was a weird step up to the main door that was at an angle and a safety hazard. So after we demoed the backyard ourselves we hired Lee to lay down stamped stained concrete over the entire backyard (wrapping around the side), new concrete steps up to the back door, replace the driveway in the front and fix the front door step. When we pulled up the back deck to our surprise, we also found out there was an old severely sloping drainage grate under it. Lee leveled everything so that it would drain into this hole more gently so that the whole area was flat and usable and then installed a fresh smaller box. He took the time to think through how to work out our irrigation under the concrete and how the concrete would come up to the fence. They also pulled the bush in the front and the small old concrete slab in the back for us. On top of all the careful detail on the texture and saw lines, Lee's team went above and beyond and got the job done in about a week! We really couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. It is now beautiful, functional space.
