They also seem competitive in rates but I know every situation is different and costs vary. They offered to send one of their team members to help my family while I'm dealing with health issues and my partner has a broken leg. Joey has a "can do" attitude and understands that big changes can bring some uncertainty as to what would look best. The grass in my front yard was dead, so I decided to xeriscape it. He understood that this was a big decision. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for the job as I had looked at others that were more expensive. It was well within my budget, and less expensive than I expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, and his employees were just as friendly, respectful, and professional as Joey is. His bid was fair and the most reasonable of the three companies I solicited. He charged exactly what he bid, communicated well about when he was coming (seems well-organized), is reliable, hard-working, experienced, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what we hired him to do, as I was tasked with digging a 14' x 18" trench to bury the electrical conduit for the stub up to the hot tub before the slab could be poured, and Juan simply helped me dig it (he had much better tools for the job). I think Juan's willingness to work hard for the success of his jobs and help with something additional like this is rare and valuable. When the job was complete, Juan thoroughly cleaned up all remnants of gravel, etc... on the road, in the carport, and in the backyard.
