Also, if they have done this to you I encourage you to contact the BBB and State Attorney Generals office. They also told me the 3% on the card was charged as they were doing business for someone else. When you press them for who is in charge of the business they tell you they are.

Some of the manager are lazy and dump loads of work to employees that they them self can do. The other day a manager totally embarrassed from the looks of it embarrassed the employee right in front of a customer. I couldn't believe my eye.

The first day only two workers stayed on the project and only got half the driveway broken up. Needless to say, the project ended up going for 26 days because of weather and call offs by the subcontractor actually doing the work. After getting very upset at them for their lack of caring, they got the job done in 3 days. Needless to say we had to deal with a muddy pit for a month and loss of our RV space and vehicles on the street. Neighbors weren't happy. The project looked great when they were finally done. It has now been 5 months and we are now getting cracks appearing at our steps and drain. I have tried to contact them with no response. I will keep trying but they don't seem to care. Not happy after spending $20k!

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team.
