I needed someone familiar with Macintosh computers, as well as software. I have an older model Mac desktop that is running a browser other than Safari. It was an issue related to this browser. Yesterday my computer emitted a series of loud pops and died. I suspected it was the power supply, but since it was a gaming computer, I had neither the desire nor the equipment to check all the components and run all the new power cables. So with a basic idea of what was likely wrong I called around for a repair person. I found Mr Computer and gave them a call. Jeremy was friendly and profession. He gave me a quote and was over to pick up my computer within an hour of me agreeing to the estimate. He told me he'd have an evaluation done that day but 3 hours later he called me telling me the work was finish. I couldn't be happier with the work. Not only did he do the work for the estimated price (on the very low end of the range given) but he threw in a lot of value added work on small things I'd been meaning to get to. All the cables for my new power supply were nicely wrapped and properly tucked away as good as new. Most importantly, he didn't try and bs me with any surprise charges or fake work. He did exactly the work I asked for, did it well, threw is some freebies and charged me on the low end of what was quoted. Just a 10 out of 10 experience all the way around. Super helpful, I had a mouse issue on an older laptop. They recommended I get an external mouse instead of fixing the computer as the cost would be so high for a computer that is probably on it's last legs. Recommended I get my data off before it died.
