After trying to do it myself and not succeeding, dropped it off to let the pros do it. Dropped it off at 5pm and it was ready the next day. Was only charged for 1hour of service Fantastic service, communication, speed and quality. ________________________________________________ Visit: 2025: 6 Stars from me! Location: Phoenix Was getting my pc ready for BF6 when I ran into an issue with my HD and secure boot. They were able to quickly find out the issue (loose connection with my HD. Just as quick they were able to repair it and get it back to me same day as I dropped it. OUTSTANDING service, care, and treat you with respect and honesty. ________________________________________________ Visit: 2024: 6 Stars from me! Location: Phoenix Need a repair for a strange sound from my pc. They helped to figure it out via email. Then on the visit to have it fixed, I was treated with respect and never felt like I was being talked down to. Trogdon, Drew and Chris were some of the nicest folks I have ever met. Time flew by as I relaxed and played some forza and watched rick and morty on tv! You will not regret it. ________________________________________________ Visit: 2023: 6 Stars from me! Location: Phoenix They fixed an bad shipped PC that I got from another company. If you are looking for a great place for support, replacements and pc shopping, then look no further than META PCs. They treated me fair and with respect, and I know nothing about the insides of pcs. Check them out online and in person here in Phoenix. Will be back there for my next upgrade. ________________________________________________

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! Luckily, I found RAD Computers and saved a ton of money. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust. I strongly recommend coming here for any computer repairs.

Rad (Mark) is great and I've stuck with him for many years. I recently stuck him with an old,…read moreworn-out laptop that gave him all sorts of headaches and required a new board. He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

They have a great selection of high end ergonomic office chairs that are better than gaming chairs -- Haworth Soji, Haworth Fern, Steelcase Amia, Steelcase Leap V2, Herman Miller Aeron Size B, etc. My husband has Scoliosis and EDS, so he needed a good chair badly but we didn't want to pay $$$$. BDIT has these nearly near chairs for way less! Also, they sell iPhones for $300, new laptops for $250, iPads for $300, desktops, Sonos bars, soundbars for $80, portable TV stands for $50, etc. None of these are fake, scams, damaged, etc. We saw him test everything. It's all in almost mint condition. They've got incredible deals. Look, I would love to gatekeep this store and keep it a secret but Jeff is way too cool for me to do that. The way he treats his customers is like a friend, but he's still more than fair. Plus, the guy helps you load all this stuff into your car like a game of tetris. He loaded a 100" TV onto a Tacoma! Wow! Overall, our experience was A+ and would go there FIRST for all our electronic needs.

And once again at Christmas, we made another purchase with them. They came when we had to move and boxed up my 80 inch TV and moved it across town for us. So grateful for this place and there are people that work with them. Logan was one of the guys that helped me move and I believe Bryan was the other name. Both exceptional workers.

He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.
