Fun with a purpose. The checking was very easy and the staff is very gracious, kind, and efficient. I did learn that I needed to bring my water bottles from home instead of paying $3.50 for a drink from the event's snack zone. Parking is free, great and there is a lot of it available. Everyone is friendly. I will play with the children next time we come. It looks like fun to me.

What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Parents should seriously reconsider before bringing their children here.

The blonde lady did put a cone up and stated to everyone that there would be no more rides after my son due to the fact that it was getting dark and the movies were starting up. she informed me that i was to let anyone that tried to get behind me know that my son was the last ride. i did just that. the ponies stayed at least 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to leave to make sure all 7 kids still in line got to ride. i noticed the other vendors had already left. Why do you think that you are so special ERICA that you should force vendors to stay past their contracted time just for your daughter?After my son had the last ride, the pony people lead the ponies to the trailer to be taken home. i never saw you or your daughter in line or attempt to get on the pony. I think you may be jealous that you were not a vendor at this event and are just lashing out at other more sucessful businesses. When i read your review full of lies i had to correct these so that others do not believe your crap and not use such a great company. I requested a card from the gal who walked my son around on the pony and we used this company for my sons 3rd birthday party this last july and they were awesome!! This is the second year we have used this business for an "in-house" field trip for our little ones…read moreat our daycare. We called and set up two days where Mr. Ed would bring in little animals and each of our kids had the choice of animal and they "stuffed" them themselves. They had a variety of animals such as a giraffe, tiger, lion, hippo, elephant or zebra to pick from. It also came with a birth certificate for their new stuffed animal. This is basically Build A Bear without all the thrills. It was perfect for our kids. Mr. Ed came on a Thursday to 4 classes. He had an assistant with him and they worked together as a team. I mean no disrespect, but he isn't very cheerful. He did his job okay, but he was not very kid friendly. They charge $10 per child. I also noticed that we were not given "hearts" for our animals. One class did, but we did not. I even asked Mr. Ed if they had those and he told me "No, we don't." Anyway, the stuffed animals are very cute and soft. They were well made. All the children loved their new stuffed animals...and that's what really counts.
