I hit one of them with the ball and they begin throwing punches at us and begin chasing us across the park along with his group, and as we are already in danger the employee kicks both groups out where they are waiting in the parking lot for us. They threw rocks at our car, yelled slurs and others, and their mom encouraged it. I am mainly mad at the fact the employee instead of hearing out the story kicked both of us out which brought us much danger considering they were trying to fight us and we were forced into the parking lot with them.

Every time we came it was packed and we got in with no issue. Today there's 3 people there and we get told that we can't use the last ticket and that we should be GRATEFUL that we were able to attend the other times because the pass isn't valid for the weekend. The man stated to my son that his mommy could pay for an extra glo ticket if I really wanted him to jump and that it wasn't his fault his staff had broken policy the last three weekends and that it was my fault my son couldn't jump since I wasn't buying him an extra ticket, not theirs. Whatever policy this is was not applied consistently and was discriminatily applied this evening which only hurt a 7 year old little boy who had been doing a good job in school all week looking forward to using his last jump ticket with his mom before she leaves town... needless to say this was the first time someone who didn't look like us was checking us in. If I were you I'd spent my money at Nova in Virginia Beach... they don't treat their customers and children in this manner.

Here's why. 1) Space: It's the smallest location we've been to with one medium-sized open room, a smaller room off the side, and a small waiting area. There are NOT slides or a toddler area. What they do have are a few obstacle courses, trampolines, a small dodge ball area where staff don't enforce rules, and few arcade games that rip people off. The foam square pits are shallow, and the foam pieces are falling apart. The entire space is run down. It also gets crowded so expect chaos. 2) Service: The staff at the front are friendly. 3) Price: Everyone pays over $20 for 90 minutes. Special socks are required so bring yours if you have them from a previous visit. If not, it's another charge.
