Good size crowd but still plenty of room and game to easily get to and play. Started off with great service at the front desk, I believe the guys name is Cleary. He was very welcoming. We explained this was our first time in and asked for recomendations. He was very friendly and cordial and explained how everything worked. At the end of the visit we realized he gave great advice that allowed us to fully enjoy our visit. The vibe and ambiance was really good and had the true arcade feel. People were laughing and having lots of fun just like us. There were people enjoying food and drinks and relaxing in groups in the dining area, playing duck pin bowling, video games including guitar hero, playing pinball, skeetball, basketball shoot and football throwing games. I mean there was real fun being had by all including us. Didn't have food but had beer and played pinball and video games. I really like the beer taps because there were a lot of choices and I tried several different ones because you pour as little or as much as you want. I did about six oz pours and tried several ones. The advertised price per fluid ounce isn't tabulated correctly on their systems and we've been overpriced each visit. We've brought the issue up to the staff before and one of our drinks were comped but overall not a great fix if you were to bring a large group or have more than 1 or 2 beverages. Game play was good in my opinion, unless you are a fan of pinball. Respectable selection but the gameplay is subpar. Most of the machines are missing lights or key switches to story modes. Also, pinabll being $1.00 per play with some of them having no ball save and high scores required for free play. There was a decent selection of games to choose from and about 8 or 9 pinball machines which attracted us there to begin with. Most of the games are $1 to play minus ski ball for $0.25 per play. We've never tried the food but each time we've gone we have seen people enjoying a plate or two. Cleanliness: overall the arcade area is pretty clean no major problems but the restrooms were a bit subpar in my opinion. The attached photo was taken 39 min after opening and there were zyn pouches and toilet paper on the stall floor. With the amount of people present at the time I think it was safe to say the restroom was not properly cleaned the evening prior. We'll continue to visit due to the purely due to the lack of arcades in the area but I probably won't put my card down for a bar tab again.

The biggest downside was the heat, especially upstairs in the laser tag area. It was uncomfortably hot and could definitely use better ventilation. The party room itself is on the smaller side and felt very cramped (only accommodates 12 bodies comfortably) and was warm too. The arcade noise carries in even with the door closed as the walls don't go up to the ceiling, but noise is expected in an arcade setting. That said, there were a lot of thoughtful touches that really stood out. The party room was decorated well, with detailed under the sea murals on the wall, and the place settings were surprisingly nice with sturdy glowing plastic plates, cups, and neatly arranged silverware that matched the neon and black-light theme. It made it feel more put-together than typical party setups. (Even though I decorated with my own decorations and partyware, as the birthday girl had a particular theme she wanted.)Our party attendant made it a point to check in to empty trash and make sure everything was going smoothly. One of the most appreciated features was that parents could watch the laser tag games from downstairs on the screens, and a few were even allowed to jump in and play with their kids at no extra charge, which was awesome. The kids absolutely loved the variety of arcade games and had a blast. Party pricing and packages were comparable to other venues, with three options to choose from, and we really liked being able to bring our own food and drinks. They were also very accommodating, since there wasn't a party before ours, they let us in early to decorate at no extra cost, and they didn't rush us out at the end, only asking for 30 minutes to reset the room for the next group. That flexibility made a huge difference, especially since we had the largest party package with multiple laser tag rounds plus arcade time, cake, and food. Parking was a bit tricky, but that was expected at the oceanfront (and we were glad it was the off-season). Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time and the birthday girl is already asking to have another party there, which says it all. This is something that may be either an intentional or nonintentional system of skimming money from distracted and over stimulated parents. Several dollar games were over charging, and some other games were under charging. When I brought it to the attention of the owners I was told about how many tickets I had, this was not what I was asking about. I was asking about what was going on with their system to where the price advertised and the priced charged where not aligned. My suggestion if this is not intentional would be for the business to reconsider using the third-party card service. Sadly, the majority of parents that go here load a card and give it to a child, and let's face no kid no matter how smart is going to be able to do math in an arcade like Flippers. I'm not sure if this is just a weak spot in business management or a completely intentional action to exploit the American tourist. I had photos of the games over charging me and the man I spoke with was not addressing the issue. The American Arcade is a fading experience that many kids today won't get the luxury of experiencing it in all its glory. Encouraging those in the arcade business to consider protecting the traditional aesthetic of arcades through the of physical tickets and actual money.

We've been to other locations and they have way more to offer. The "prizes" are SHEIN quality. Their employees are helpful but need to clean better. Every table or area we took a break at was dirty and we came during a slow time so it was not busy at all. The bathrooms were so nasty that I had to go out to the mall to take my little to use the restroom. We don't normally eat here during our morning visits so I can't say much on their food or drinks. Overall, if it wasn't for the kids asking to stop by I would never frequent this location. We now tend to go across the street to the small crane arcade afterwords to at least get some bang for our bucks.

The "unlimited" green games was very unfortunate as the amount of green games was extremely minimal. I was very shocked at how little games were actually green. It would be very nice if after the $10 is spent that the kids could still play any game but just not receive tickets. That truly limited them and was such a bummer. 6. Multiple cards (to include my birthday boys bracelet) stopped working even for green games. While they worked to fix this it took away even more of their playing time which was very frustrating. The employees also wanted to know which kid and which games specifically thinking it was a game issue so that too took time to work through. 7. The gratuity auto placed on the receipt is not just on food but also on the cost of the game cards which is strange. In addition it is not listed as gratuity but something else which had I not prepared for that ahead of time I would have missed this entirely. 8. I ordered 3 platters (grapes/strawberries/cheese) and bacon (but this was per person pricing of a side) it would be very nice if you offered some sides options in addition to the two pancakes per person for this breakfast party. The other times have so many options and this one I had to piece together to feel complete. Over all the host for our party was very kind and worked her best for us I feel. But there were multiple unfortunate frustrations for us which was a bummer.
