I loved seeing all the children play, bounce, and flip around. They were so happy. We registered and paid for admission and cool socks that celebrate St Judes Children's Hospital. Fun with a purpose. The checking was very easy and the staff is very gracious, kind, and efficient. I did learn that I needed to bring my water bottles from home instead of paying $3.50 for a drink from the event's snack zone. Parking is free, great and there is a lot of it available. Wouldn't honor online promos. Wouldn't even sell us a day pass. They would only let us sign up for a membership, which makes no since because we're just going to cancel it. Was 6 pm, so we should have had 2 hours bounce time. Then they said they had to stop jumping at 7:45, then made them stop at 7:30. So we got shorted big time. Had they told us that, we wouldn't have purchased. And horrible customer service. On top of this, they have no real food, but if you want to bring any food from outside, it's a $50 fee. This was one of the most uncomfortable and unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a family venue. The facility was filthy and clearly neglected: * No soap in the dispensers * Toilet paper scattered all over the bathroom floors * A completely broken changing table that made it impossible to safely change a baby For a place marketed toward families and children, this is unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Came here for my bonus baby 12th birthday party. Hubby set up the party. The kids had a blast. Clean party rooms and pleasant staff. The foam ball pit of doom beware, lol. I fell off the obstacle course and Lord have mercy I couldn't get out of the foam block pit without help. Yup big kid at heart 39 going on 40 Im going to act my age from here on out though!!!.‍ The trampolines were very addictive. My kids ages were 16, 14. 14, 12, 12, 10, 6 and 4 in our party. They were not ready to leave when it was time to go. My oldest two came here a few years back when it was Cloud 9. Glad they all enjoyed themselves again. Took my 4-year-old to Sky Zone Chesapeake (Greenbrier) and it was a total letdown. The obstacle course was closed, the foam pit was falling apart and got all over our clothes, and there wasn't much to do besides basic trampoline jumping. We paid $59 for a 90-minute pass for two (even with the military discount) -- definitely not worth it. My kid was bored after 15 minutes. Btw, the staff watches you like a hawk the entire time. Had my son's birthday party there and JuJu, Christian and Kris were AWESOME!!! They made my son and his friends have an extra good time. They kept the boys amped and made the games competitive, which was hilarious to see. Juju accomdated my son very much and I had to give him a tip!!! What used to be cloud9 is now Defy. Location is a little hidden but the gps with get you right there! If you know where the greenbrier mall is it's not far past that. We were told today that they will be doing a remodel soon. And getting newer mats and adding some fun things! Which will be so nice to see! We got the basic membership since my kids enjoyed it so much! $21 a month. You can come everyday for two hours. And on the weekends until 1pm what a great deal! If you plan to come often! It's also nice they let one parent attend and help with little kids. We came right at 9 am when they opened for the little kid hours and nobody was there and then around 10 a few family's. Wasn't crowded at all! My kids have a blast and love to dodgeball area! They do have two party rooms that looks so nice and fun! My kids my have a future party here! Also two bathrooms nice and clean, Lockers as well for shoes and items, two water fountains one was on today, and also a few little arcade game, and one little vending ice cream machine. This place sounded like a lot of fun when I was invitied for my Godsons Birthday Party. He just turned 6 :) However my expectations for this place were clearly wayyy to high! For instance this place was very hard to find and I actualy drove past it a few times with the GPS on. Next the parking lot was ridiculous, and on this specific day they were turning people away due to the Jump Park being at their max capacity . Walking in was chaotic with no direction as to where to go, overcrowded, and not many attendants were on the floor & It was difficult to tell who was staff and who was a customer. They have these different areas for children to jump into giant soft cubes, hang on ropes over the ball pit to jump on, super basketball jump areas etc etc. My issue was all the safety concerns. I didnt hear/see any rules or regulations anywhere. Kids who were around ages 4 -6 were also playing in the same arreas with kids ages 13-17 with no concern for possibly injuring one of the smaller kids. The giant soft cubes pit had no staff to make sure kids were not jumping on top of each other, I saw so many moments where kids were a hair from colliding. Kids running instead of walking & without checking their surroundings. Also none of the staff seemed to be smiling, especially working at such a cool establishment as this. I would be having a blast! The playlist they were playing througout the venue was pretty fire though! Took grandkids ages 2, 6, and 8 to jump for 90 minutes. Plenty of time to get the wiggles out. Grandson loved the trapeze and falling into the foam pit. Lots of trampolines for multiple people to be jumping at the same time. Had lots of fun playing on the obstacles that would swing and land into the foam blocks. Bought Groupon tickets a month ago. Went to use 3 of them today and was told I had to wait 30 minutes to use them because they already checked people with other Groupon tickets in. 0 STARS!! Booked a birthday party for my daughter who turned 14. This place was packed and standing room only for adults. No adult supervision and was being ran by teens basically. The people who checked us in the for party could barely look at us and had NO energy to deal with people. I booked the Mega Party package for basically $400. Kids jumped for 2 hours, then got the party room for an hour. A group for young adult males, stood outside the party room asking EVERYONE who walked into the room if there name was my daughters name begging us for pizza. They even were brave enough to walk into the room and ask for the main parent and then proceed to ask for pizza. My husband told them if they weren't paying for the party .. they needed to leave. The "party host" if you even wanted to call her that was friends or knew those young male adults and did not even tell them to leave us alone. This location is disgusting. The male bathroom had pee all over the floor. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper. My daughter did not get any of the party favors that I paid for with booking the Mega Party Package. The rinky dink "security" guard they had working the door after dark wasn't doing anything and the facility smelled like weed the entire time. I need to know what kind of kid friendly facility needs a security guard after it gets dark. Less than 24 hours later my daughter wakes up and has hives all over her hands, arms, and legs. I am tempted to reach out to the health department regarding the conditions that should be in place. This place is far from being clean and sanitary. This is my third review. Today, we attending another birthday party here. Of course the kids loved it! But as a person that is anal about feet and smells... It smelled like a locker room inside. All the smelly sock smells were hard for me to dismiss. I'm so sorry about my honesty but this is my second time complaining about the unpleasant smell. The facility is a big hit for kids and perhaps they cared less. I recall moments of childhood days on the trampoline and as long as their feet wasn't dirty the thought of feet didn't bother me too much. I believe that their is one way this trampoline park could improve.. Just a tip: In my opinion, they need to get the place ionized to remove the indoor doors. An ionizer, helps me take away odors in my house. I would love to come to this place knowing I wouldn't be bothered by the heavy aroma. I know I cannot be upset knowing people bring their kids and even adults alike leaving behind their musty smelling shoes as they leave to go jump. Sometime arm and hammer cannot remove the athletes foot that some people suffer with. But anyways, I do love that my kids left the place happy and excited to come back. Now price is up and kids cannot jump until you pay for their mandatory socks. In line the kids get rehearsed on the video monitor of the rules, of what you can and cannot do. It taught the kids the safety rules. whichgave me a sense of security knowing that the kids are aware and briefed what and what not to do. I was impressed to know know they've updated the place. I loved that we came at night time, it was slightly dim with neon bright lights. The staff also played a game of hot potato with a ball for the kids to have a chance to win for a free entrance to come back on their next visit. They were playing against big kids. Some of the teenagers or younger people working might have been "adults" by definition, but not by ability to be in charge of a place like this. Most of them were very young, leaning on walls scrolling through their cell phones, standing in groups and gossiping (as young kids do), etc. The parents of kids who were playing there were more in charge of keeping an eye on safety than the employees. Many times we would see little kids getting run over by bigger kids or teenagers, little kids falling over and unable to get up because large kids just kept running and jumping around them and so on. This place was absolutely amazing. We bought a homeschool membership and went during school hours and there was no one there except our friend and one other family. The staff was super accommodating and understanding with my autistic son who has expressive speech delays and sensory issues. I love that even though i didn't buy a pass, i still was able to walk around and supervise my kiddo and have easy access and it was also great they have so many staff around to make sure everyone is safe. I took my kids at opening time, and no sooner than an hour later the place was PACKED. They weren't lying. The staff is what stood out to me the most, they all seemed to really enjoy their job which is so uncommon these days. The team work was awesome, and they were very thorough when telling us the rules. Although a bit fast, I could still keep up. It was so cute, cuz some regular kid came up and ended up telling the employee the rules and the kid felt SO good about he was saying and the team member gave him positive affirmation which I loved. The facility itself is smaller than I had imagined, 1 kid per square and 2 on the rectangles... which I can see for safety but that's difficult when your so busy. They had different courts here and there, dodgeball, basketball, foam pit etc. Plenty of vending machines! Oh, you HAVE to purchase the socks they sell. I went her once with my 2YO and had an okay time for the $17 I spent just to walk in the place, but the second time I arranged to go with my daughter she ended up sick the morning of and I called to try and get the ticket date moved (bc literally every place ever does that) and the dude on the phone said "all sales were final" and that "he could have a manager 'CALL ME BACK'" which just didn't happen so I cut my loses and won't be back due to that crazy rule that's gotta be deep in the fine print somewhere. It was really weird considering I've never not been able to not switch dates somewhere and plus, I specifically bought a kids ticket, and anyone with a brain stem knows things with children can change at a drop of a hat. The guy on the phone was really callous and flat out douchey so with it being so strict for no reason, they lost me. An alright place beside that. This updated review is for today when I took 10 of my summer camp kids for 1 hour. First of all, on our waiver/confirmation paper we had it stated that the kids could jump barefoot or they would have to use Cloud 9 socks for $3/pair. They tried to charge us $3 a pair of socks per child when on our paper it says they don't have to. They told me it was an old copy and it needed to be revised. Well, they need to do that ASAP because they are going to stick to their wording and NOT charge us. 2 of their water fountains were out of order. I asked one of the associates for small cups ( I was going to purchase water bottles from the vending machine.) She told me they have none. I've been here several times with our son and it's been okay. However, I'm very disappointed in this visit today with all my summer camp kids. I will not be taking them next summer. read more

Went there today for a birthday party. The whole place is staffed by teenagers who don't care about doing their jobs. I understand that since kids are involved, the place will be chaos, So that was to be expected. Yes, you have to sign a waiver, but you are truly on your own here. A little boy tripped and fell hard face first on the hard concrete floor. The staff members saw the incident and just continued to chat behind the register instead of at least sending someone to make sure the child was OK.  Even after we called toward them, they ignored the situation. We were concerned that he could have a head injury, but the staff here truly DOES. NOT. CARE. The bathrooms are gross, and they don't keep basic stock of paper towels or toilet paper. Only one stall was operable on 3/24/24 in the ladies' room.  Water in the sink was ice cold even when turned to hot. I only add a star because the kids had fun, and parking was easy to find.  The party room was very clean, but extremely cold.  The party assistant didn't seem friendly and didn't really seem to interact much with party room attendees... seeming like he didn't want to be there. read more

This place is so shady! They advertised a homeschool rate for monthly memberships so I decided to try it. We came a total of two times. The park is small, poorly regulated and my two small children were overrun by larger kids and there was nobody monitoring. I decided I didn't want to continue my membership and have been attempting to cancel for THREE MONTHS! You cannot get a person on the phone, their headquarters doesn't have a phone number and every time I call they say no one is there that is able to help. Chose this place because my son was invited to a party and he loved it. So when it was time for my son's birthday this is what he and I first thought of. I purchased the VIP party package which includes stickers and bottles for each kid, and a tshirt for the birthday kid, none of which we received. There was also a mixup with the pizzas and they failed to provide one. Thank goodness 3 pizzas were just enough for everyone. I'm not sure if another party received the items that I paid for, and it didn't hit me until after the fact. As a parent who had a million other things on my mind, it didn't register in the moment. They advertise how they make things at ease for the customer and they take some of that stress away by providing plates, cups, etc. They even forgot to provide a set of forks and we had to go find our host to get some. Not only that, but the staff is annoying with their whistles. Everyone signes waivers for a reason. So if you're confident in your legal contract, stop having your staff be annoying over silly stuff and let them play! Very disorganized place run by a bunch of young adults. Very expensive mistake on my part, but a lesson comes from it. Will not go back and if someone asks about a place to refer them to, this will not be the place. read more

Cloud9 was Epic and sooo much Fun! Came here one evening with my family to celebrate my cousins graduation from boot camp (it was a few days after the snow storm we had so we had cabin fever.) As you walk in you'll be asked to sign a waiver just in case you get hurt jumping around like a monkey. They have a station with 3 touched screen computers to sign the waiver. After you sign the waiver you go sign up for a color wristband and time of jumping around. They offer you nonslip socks for $5 or jump around without socks (can't use your own socks). We signed up for an hour which we heard was good enough! Now it's time for the Fun! As you walk into the actual jumping area, you'll see nothing but trampolines everywhere. Towards the back they have jump off trampoline walls, basketball area, and even a ninja warrior obstacle course area. That's where you use all your upper body strength and work all them muscles, the crazy fun area. There is also an area where you can jump into a foam pit (I was chicken at first but then when I finally jumped, I wanted to do it again and again.) After we did all the obstacles and foam pit, we went into this closed off area where we could be in teams and play dodge ball with soft squishy balls as we jump around like monkeys. It was a lot of fun, but works up a thirst. (Bring water, or Gatorade/Powerade... they do have drink machines too.) They also have lockers for you to put your stuff in as you jump around. OK, my kids have been here more than I have. I finally took one to a party this week and I was surprised how much fun it was. Admittedly, I was on the sidelines watching, but next time I will jump as well! They have the waiver thing going on, and reservations are needed(not sure if required). It was a weeknight and there were 2 parties going on as well as some other people. They had 'start' times and different colored bracelets were worn to let the workers know who to get out when time was up. We had a dedicated party room and attendant. She was young, peppy, and good at keeping tracking of everything. They have tons of cubbies in the party room for your gear, but there is also an open area with cubbies for gear, bathrooms and water fountain. Once you get your start time inside it's a free for all. You have to pay attention! Lots of trampolines here. There is a slack line over a pit, a basketball thing, the dodgeball arena, and more. Workers are constantly watching. Our group was a bunch of gymnasts. They loved the free time to flip. But other kids were trying to jump high and kept landing too hard not knowing how to roll with the landing and got hurt. Yep, the news article I saw yesterday is correct....lots of injuries happening in the hour we were there. I do blame the people getting hurt for doing more than they know how to react to. My own son got hurt first time here.....he jumped way high but didm' know how to land without hurting his ankle. Jump small until you can handle the landing folks! As for me...I enjoyed sitting in a couch watching it all. There are also large bean bags and benches. You still sign a waiver to be on the deck but you can walk around while all the kids jump. They have special events....dance party with laser lights, dodgeball and I saw a sign for a Ninja Obstacle course! I plan on bring my husband for a date night soon. This was a neat place.
