The facility was filthy and clearly neglected: * No soap in the dispensers * Toilet paper scattered all over the bathroom floors * A completely broken changing table that made it impossible to safely change a baby For a place marketed toward families and children, this is unacceptable. What made the situation far worse was the behavior of the Operations Director, Logan Lortz. When I brought up concerns about the condition of the bathroom, he openly told me he "didn't care." During our entire visit, he instead followed me and my children around the facility for well over an hour, obsessively watching and policing every little thing my kids did to the point that it became deeply uncomfortable and concerning. Instead of addressing legitimate sanitation and safety concerns, management chose intimidation and harassment. We ended up leaving early and canceling our membership because the environment felt hostile, unprofessional, and completely not family-friendly. Parents should seriously reconsider before bringing their children here.

I loved seeing all the children play, bounce, and flip around. They were so happy…read more We registered and paid for admission and cool socks that celebrate St Judes Children's Hospital. Fun with a purpose. The checking was very easy and the staff is very gracious, kind, and efficient. I did learn that I needed to bring my water bottles from home instead of paying $3.50 for a drink from the event's snack zone. Parking is free, great and there is a lot of it available. Everyone is friendly. I will play with the children next time we come. It looks like fun to me.

There's so much to do and they even offer party hosting if you're looking for a spot to celebrate. We played for about an hour and a half and spent around $40 for the both of us (including socks, I think). One thing I really appreciated was the area reserved for kids three and under it's nice knowing the little ones have a safe space away from the bigger kids. Overall, we had a great experience. My only downside was the restroom it was pretty disgusting, smelled bad, and definitely wasn't clean. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and would come back.

Kids everywhere, very loud and lots for them to do. It did look like a lot of fun. They have sections for the younger kids - 4 and under. Lots of trampolines and foam pits and climbing walls and hoops, dodgeball.....It did seem like the lines were long to get into the place - tickets, socks etc. There was a place to buy water and soda and also what looked like a room in the back for birthday parties. Couches and tables throughout but hard to get on a busy day. I did see staff walking around. I am sure parents like taking there kids here - they probably sleep hard later.

They were too small for some of the attractions but that didn't get them down, they just went to different things. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I want to give Bradley a shout out for helping our girls, they kept going back and forth on the "rock wall" and he just kept smiling and helping them. They also have an obstacle/balance course that I went on. I also want to note how clean the place is! We come from California and Funplex blows them out of the park! All of the songs they play are fun and upbeat, nothing inappropriate. The price is also really good in my opinion, we did the unlimited play for like $35 and spent 4 and a half hours there lol. Highly recommend for little ones and parents!

My 4 year old got in the roller ball and the staff member proceeded to roll her over without strapping her in. I cut it short when he rolled her on her head. The staff just paces back and forth watching kids break the rules that are in place for safety, like having one jumper per trampoline. The toddler zone is not actually reserved for toddlers bc again, no enforcement of rules. Could be a fun place if your kids are tough and you're not a worrier, but overall I don't enjoy visiting places where the staff does not do their jobs or watching posted rules be ignored.
