I figured that this would be a perfect fit. Didn't know what to expect other than 'hulk smash' moments. Do yourself a solid and make a reservation. Sure you can walk-in but it just helps. Upon walking in, they asked, we did, and we were all good to go. They gave us our 'stuff' in the room to destroy and it was neat seeing what was considered as therapeutic for each of us. My wife loved tossing the bottles at the rim in the corner. The sound and the visual of the glass seemed to work for her. My daughter went all 'office space' and just loved smashing plastic. Me... I liked using the sledge hammer on the microwave. Something about being able to go all-in for me worked. We each found our niche and LOVED it. Hands-down we will TOTALLY come back. It's a great way to release some stress and have fun while doing it. Don't forget to tip the crew that cleans up after ya! =) Thanks Destruction Room for the great time! Food Taste: snacks are around Overall Service: 5 Value of service to cost: 5 Facility: 5 Ambiance: Small location that fits the intent. Cool game room area for waiting n chillin. Repeat customer: yes! Dog Friendly: no.. but I mean.. not smart to bring one here.

We came…read morein on a busy Saturday afternoon, and even with the crowds, the staff kept everything running smoothly. First off, this place is HUGE. There's truly something for everyone. We started at the bowling alley (our main event), and the lanes were clean, the scoring system was intuitive, and the party host made sure our group was set up and having fun. Despite a lot of guests bowling at once, wait times were reasonable and the lanes had comfortable seating areas for everyone to relax between turns. Apex has a gigantic arcade, axe throwing, bumper cars, an immersive dark ride, escape rooms, high-speed go-kart racing, Hologate VR, laser tag, mini golf, pool tables, a ropes course, and even sports simulators! If you can't find something you enjoy here, it probably doesn't exist. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff at each attraction were friendly and helpful, making sure everyone knew how to play and was having a good time. Food and drinks definitely exceeded my expectations for an entertainment venue. The bars are fully stocked, and the food menu ranges from classic favorites to more upscale options like pizza, burgers, wings, and salads were all fresh and tasty. Our server was attentive, had great recommendations, and was super quick with drink and food orders, which made our party even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a location for a night out with friends, a kids party, or even an adult party ... Apex is your spot.

Our only issue was when we went to the floor with the escape room to purchase tickets the person who helped us let us know what time the next escape and axe throwing session were and then we asked if we could do the minigolf course before the escape room. She said yes and charged us for it. Originally we had asked for 2 separate checks since we were with friends. But she just did it on one check and split the cost. She gave us only on receipt for it. When we went to the mini golf course there was a wait of about 8-9 people just for the first hole because of how over filled it was with kids. Kids just running around everywhere. We went back and just asked for a refund for the mini golf and we would just wait for the escape room since we didn't realize it was that packed with kids in there. We only had 25 minutes to kill and the first hole alone would take us those 25 minutes. The same person did the refund BUT she didn't tell us it would not be a refund but put it on two apex gift cards to use as credit....... She did not communicate this to us at all. She just said here you go and handed us those cards. I asked what is this and she said your refund.... That is not a refund that's like store credit. And we wouldn't have minded that if she just communicated it was non refundable.

When you think, hey I need a drink, a water fountain or food station happens to be close by. The locations of park benches, bathrooms, etc. appear to be well planned. The featured events are always changing, they usually have a different theme each time we go so we aren't bored coming back every month. The park is well maintained, cleaned, and park personnel always seem to be close by if you need them. The animals are active and look healthy so the children love visiting them. The monkeys are always a hoot. They are natural performers. The petting zoo for children is full of "cute animals" for the young ones. I love the shady places, smiles! Great well maintened, well lighted parking lot with free parking near the entrance. We all had a great time. The admission price is still reasonable.

I was extremely eager to finally come to the zoo. It's been years since I've visited one. I came…read morehere on a Friday with my son, who was also excited to see animals for the first time. There were many children, which looked like they were on a school trip. Before coming, I searched the zoo's website and found out they had admission discounts for whomever had Medicaid. It stated that admission price was $7. Of course, they had to ID you to see if your name matched the card. To my surprise, admission was just $4.95, which was a steal. I brought in food and water for my son and I, as most people did. First stop was the Fountain Plaza, where I had to figure out which way I wanted to maneuver. I went left to Asia and Africa trails, as my son wanted to view tigers, lions, giraffes, and monkeys. Each exhibit had 1 or 2 animals. Very bare. The monkeys had 3 the most. Not too many animals were active, which is understandable because this is their normal wild habitat. I was expecting to see my favorite animal, the elephant. Apparently, they are no longer there, as well as gorillas. I enjoyed the giraffes, rhinos, and zebras in Africa. They had the most energy. The cheetah and lion were off the exhibit that day. Following those trails, my son wanted to ride on the train. It is $3/rider. They have a strict policy of having all hands and feet at all times during the ride. This all took 2hrs. I didn't bother checking the other side of the park because it was starting to drizzle. This zoo was just ok to do something with your kids so that they can get acquainted with various animals from other parts of the world or just a date. I've been to better zoos, it was just so bare. Be prepared for lots of walking, so bring water.
