Program: Kid Strong has a curriculum that focuses on various "milestones" weekly. I love how they also not only incorporate physical milestones like jumping, climbing, etc. but also social-emotional milestones such as public speaking, introductions, ordering food at restaurants, etc. As a teacher, I commend the coaches for not only being able to corral the kids but also engaging them in play-based learning. Coaches: Every single coach that has come onto the gym floor has been kind and encouraging to our five year old. When we started, my daughter was very reluctant to get in floor. Be warned, it is very loud at times. There are two open gyms, there is music playing, the sounds of children playing, coaches and parents encouraging .. it's a lot of sensory overload. But week in and week out, the coaches have encouraged my daughter little by little to join in the fun. Now, she is more confident, more willing to try new things and has even become "class captain" on several occasions. Special shout out to coach Lupita! She's been my daughter's coach from the start and the kids all love her!! Awards: KidStrong encourages "leveling up" as you progress through the classes. After each class, coaches recognize students who have accomplished certain milestones in an award ceremony. I love this bc it allows students to feel confidence for themselves but also their peers. Our 2 year old son started at Kids Kollege 2 years ago and it has been an absolute joy ever since. The staff is truly amazing. They have a heart for their kids and do so much to help them grow and learn each day. A lot of places have high turn over with staff. This is the opposite of Kids Kollege their teachers are so dedicated and most have been there for many, many years. The owner Mrs. Jane(cousin) is a true gem. She loves each student so much and goes out of her way to develop a special bond with each one. Kids Kollege is such a special place and we feel so lucky that our son is able to spend his days there. I confidently tell my friends to send their kiddos there. We love you Kids Kollege thank you for everything you do!!

I have nothing to complain about this was an experience we never had but NEEDED. The cameras are accessible from day one , so if you feel you need to monitor your child through out the day you can ! We got so comfortable to the point after a couple weeks we didn't even look at the camera. I never feared for my child's safety inreally have the upmost respect for the staff. Dealing with young children with a count of 15+ in one room can be challenging , but I've never not ONE TIME saw the staff discouraged or exhausted from their day. CHEERS ... My son was only enrolled at this school for seven days. During that short time, he was bitten by…read moreanother child on Thursday. Today is Tuesday, and the bite mark is still clearly visible. After this incident and the way it was handled, I made the decision to unenroll him. When I picked him up that day, I did not feel the situation was addressed with the level of care and concern a parent would expect. After going home and thinking more about it, I sent an email expressing my concerns -- including the fact that I was told this child had a previous biting incident. The reassurance I received was that the previous incident happened on January 2nd. That response did not acknowledge my concerns or show empathy for what had just happened to my son. I requested a copy of the incident report and was unable to have it emailed to me; I had to physically come in to pick it up. When I received it, I noticed that small details appeared to have been added after I had already signed it, which was very concerning. I was honestly reluctant to even write a review. However, when I went to pick up the rest of my son's belongings, I was handed his cup. The outside was visibly dirty, and when I opened it, there was mold inside. This was a cup that had been at the school with him for those seven days, and based on its condition, it does not appear that it was washed at all during the time he was enrolled. That level of uncleanliness is extremely concerning in a childcare setting. Cleanliness, transparency, communication, and genuine care matter when you are trusting someone with your child. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
