What used to be cloud9 is now Defy. Location is a little hidden but the gps with get you right there! If you know where the greenbrier mall is it's not far past that. We were told today that they will be doing a remodel soon. And getting newer mats and adding some fun things! Which will be so nice to see! We got the basic membership since my kids enjoyed it so much! $21 a month. You can come everyday for two hours. And on the weekends until 1pm what a great deal! If you plan to come often! It's also nice they let one parent attend and help with little kids. We came right at 9 am when they opened for the little kid hours and nobody was there and then around 10 a few family's. Wasn't crowded at all! My kids have a blast and love to dodgeball area! They do have two party rooms that looks so nice and fun! My kids my have a future party here! Also two bathrooms nice and clean, Lockers as well for shoes and items, two water fountains one was on today, and also a few little arcade game, and one little vending ice cream machine. Also at the front seat they have slushees, drinks, chips, and candy.

Took grandkids ages 2, 6, and 8 to jump for 90 minutes. Plenty of time to get the wiggles out. Grandson loved the trapeze and falling into the foam pit. Lots of trampolines for multiple people to be jumping at the same time. Had lots of fun playing on the obstacles that would swing and land into the foam blocks. Basketball hoops added to the fun along with a dodgeball court. Definitely will take kids back on my next trip. Very clean environment and friendly staff.

BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!!!!!! My little 7 year old niece had her birthday party here. Everyone went wild over this place. The young ones of course loved it. Im talking about the adults. We are in our 30's and 40's and Loved, Loved, LOVED it!!!! I could do this everyday. It is just so much fun. They have it in sections. Dodge Ball room with trampolines was brilliant. Hard to hit a bouncing target. The trapeze ball pit was funny I had never sunk into a pit of foam before. It is even more hilarious when you need help getting out. I laughed so hard. Oh so much to do you just bounce everywhere. Like I said Best kids Birthday Party I have ever gone to I think my husband and I want to go just for a fun date.

Bought Groupon tickets a month ago. Went to use 3 of them today and was told I had to wait 30 minutes to use them because they already checked people with other Groupon tickets in. There weren't many people in there. I don't know what the women's restroom looked like, but the men's room was in sorry shape. It's been like this over a month. Outside, there was trash and used socks every in the shrubbery. I will say my kids had a good time jumping. That's the only reason I gave it 2 stars.

Expensive and they need to spray for roaches. I mean for the cost of the membership or daily rate they can afford to spray for bugs. Who knows what's breeding in that foam pit.

Formally known as Defy, now Sky Zone has taken over and revamped the entire place. So much more clean and put together than what it was during its time as Defy.

0 STARS!! Booked a birthday party for my daughter who turned 14. This place was packed and standing room only for adults. No adult supervision and was being ran by teens basically. The people who checked us in the for party could barely look at us and had NO energy to deal with people. I booked the Mega Party package for basically $400. Kids jumped for 2 hours, then got the party room for an hour. A group for young adult males, stood outside the party room asking EVERYONE who walked into the room if there name was my daughters name begging us for pizza. They even were brave enough to walk into the room and ask for the main parent and then proceed to ask for pizza. My husband told them if they weren't paying for the party .. they needed to leave. The "party host" if you even wanted to call her that was friends or knew those young male adults and did not even tell them to leave us alone. This location is disgusting. The male bathroom had pee all over the floor. The women's bathroom had no toilet paper. My daughter did not get any of the party favors that I paid for with booking the Mega Party Package. The rinky dink "security" guard they had working the door after dark wasn't doing anything and the facility smelled like weed the entire time. I need to know what kind of kid friendly facility needs a security guard after it gets dark. Less than 24 hours later my daughter wakes up and has hives all over her hands, arms, and legs. I am tempted to reach out to the health department regarding the conditions that should be in place. This place is far from being clean and sanitary. I have reached out to this place multiple times with no answer. I'll be disputing my charges on my card and getting my money back for a crappy birthday for my teen.

this trampoline park sucks! i had my 10th birthday party here years ago and i did an overnight sleepover. one of the employees got mad at me for running i dodgeball? thats the point of dodgeball you dummy! then that idiot put me in time out when my parents spent 1000 dollars on that party. don't come here ever unless you want your kid to cry.

This is my third review. Today, we attending another birthday party here. Of course the kids loved it! But as a person that is anal about feet and smells... It smelled like a locker room inside. All the smelly sock smells were hard for me to dismiss. I'm so sorry about my honesty but this is my second time complaining about the unpleasant smell. The facility is a big hit for kids and perhaps they cared less. I recall moments of childhood days on the trampoline and as long as their feet wasn't dirty the thought of feet didn't bother me too much. I believe that their is one way this trampoline park could improve.. Just a tip: In my opinion, they need to get the place ionized to remove the indoor doors. An ionizer, helps me take away odors in my house. I would love to come to this place knowing I wouldn't be bothered by the heavy aroma. I know I cannot be upset knowing people bring their kids and even adults alike leaving behind their musty smelling shoes as they leave to go jump. Sometime arm and hammer cannot remove the athletes foot that some people suffer with. But anyways, I do love that my kids left the place happy and excited to come back. It's easy to get waivers filled out online and to have your parties hosted here. The price is reasonable and the only trampoline park that i know of in chesapeake. New Updates:: I have to be honest, i was impressed! Everything has changed since my last visit here. It's been more than a year since my review. I was a little skeptic coming back but I was happy i went! My kids were thrilled to be back. What kid would pass out on jumping?! Great thing now is that they all need socks here! The socks are very cute. We had the red white and blue socks with stars... the patriotic sock. I loved the star grippers at the bottom. Since last time I came, it was cheaper in price to jump but in my opinion, it was unsanitary having children with smelling feet jumping across the trampoline park. Now price is up and kids cannot jump until you pay for their mandatory socks. In line the kids get rehearsed on the video monitor of the rules, of what you can and cannot do. It taught the kids the safety rules. whichgave me a sense of security knowing that the kids are aware and briefed what and what not to do. I was impressed to know know they've updated the place. I loved that we came at night time, it was slightly dim with neon bright lights. The staff also played a game of hot potato with a ball for the kids to have a chance to win for a free entrance to come back on their next visit. They were playing against big kids. They tried their best... My kids would be so glad to come back here for another worth while event. The only drawback I didn't like was that the lockers were all taken. It was hard to find a location to put our shoes. But they had open cubbies available which worked fine.

This place was absolutely amazing. We bought a homeschool membership and went during school hours and there was no one there except our friend and one other family. The staff was super accommodating and understanding with my autistic son who has expressive speech delays and sensory issues. I love that even though i didn't buy a pass, i still was able to walk around and supervise my kiddo and have easy access and it was also great they have so many staff around to make sure everyone is safe. I can't recommend this place enough.

Great spot. I love the workers here they are always happy nice and helpful. I know they must be thinking they have so much going on but they are always on it with the customers. We love coming here for the kids. Always clean and busy. It's so much easier if you do it online it's faster and don't have to worry about going in and waiting. ...Now known as "Defy". I scored a few passes and was told the weekend is busy so come early. So, come early I did! I took my kids at opening time, and no sooner than an hour later the place was PACKED. They weren't lying. The staff is what stood out to me the most, they all seemed to really enjoy their job which is so uncommon these days. The team work was awesome, and they were very thorough when telling us the rules. Although a bit fast, I could still keep up. It was so cute, cuz some regular kid came up and ended up telling the employee the rules and the kid felt SO good about he was saying and the team member gave him positive affirmation which I loved. The facility itself is smaller than I had imagined, 1 kid per square and 2 on the rectangles... which I can see for safety but that's difficult when your so busy. They had different courts here and there, dodgeball, basketball, foam pit etc. Plenty of vending machines! Oh, you HAVE to purchase the socks they sell. They will not allow you to use some from another trampoline park because they cannot attest to the "quality" of them. He sold me on them so well I caved in. LOL

Trampoline Gyms are the new trend these days but don't let the others fool you, Cloud9 is the real deal. This place is huge and is amazing for the whole family. Pros - Excellent music to pump you up - Huge venue - Lot's to do - Safe environment - Seats for the parents to watch the kids - Great price $8 or $12 Jump Sessions!! Cons - Small locker room area - Sessions get sold out quick on the weekends, pay in advance I highly recommend this place! read more

FUN AND TIRING lol this was my first time coming here but I will definitely be back. I had so much fun jumping around. I jumped for about an hour after paying and purchasing my cloud 9 socks. I made sure to ask the guy if they were reusable lol for next time (they are ). But once we paid and locked up our belongings we jumped right on the trampolines. There are employees walking around assisted people and making sure everyone is safe and following the rules. They have teen night and duromg certain hour it's only younger kids but we came during free jump so there were all age ranges. You could tell the "veterans" of this place the ones doing the tricks and such. But up and down was good enough for me lol I really had just doing that. The foam pit freaking hard to get out of. When I jumped in the felt like anytime I tried to get out it would just pull me right back under. My sock came off it was terrible lol this place is a good and fun workout. We jumped for about 30 mins straight before being tired and sitting for a few minutes. They have chairs and ledges that you can sit on if you get tired. This is also great for parents who don't want to jump but want to keep and eye on their kids. There were a couple of birthday parties going on when we came so they have areas for that. I'm sure you provide your own food. I didnt see a food area. But I had a lot of fun and can't wait to go back read more

I give it 5 stars for numerous reasons. It a nice unique experience for the area. It's always clean. The staff is always friendly. They offer daily deals and special jumps from a under 6 jumps to teen nights. I have never had a problem here and once they even gave out a bandaid to a injured child. All the areas have always been open. Everything has always been functional. The variety of jumping areas is nice if you want to challenge her yourself with a traditional jumping trampoline to trying your luck at what appears to be a not so risky game of dodgeball. They are located in a business district and theres plenty of parking. No socks required which is nice if you forget you don't have to worry about being over charged for a cheap pair but, they do sell special ones that may make you climb like Spider man or bounce like Tigger. read more

A couple of friends and I heard about this place over Instagram and decided to "jump in" on the fun. We originally planned on going at 4pm but spots were limited. The only spots left were a few at 9pm. Despite the fact it was late, the space cleared up once 9:30 hit and only a couple of us were on the trampolines. They have 4 different sections: Trampolines with punching bags suspended in the air, a basketball area with 2 hoops with a balance beam foam pit, a larger foam pit, and a dodgeball area. Great to go with a group of friends. Just make sure you shower right after haha. read more

We showed up around 7:15 and had to wait for 40 min to get in. Staff was nice. The place is much smaller than Sky Zone. Fewer staff were working here. No cafeteria but they have around 3 vending machines. The kids did have fun that's what matters. read more

I'm unable to give negative stars but if I could I would. We booked my daughter's 13th birthday party here and the entire experience was horrific. We bought a 3hr (7-10pm) birthday package and NO ONE sat us, they said they can't sit us until 9pm. We purchased the Mega package which was supposed to give us food, drinks, a t shirt for my daughter, party favors, stickers and a room to party in. We received none of that. On top of that a party that came after us was sat in there room. We had to pay for our own drinks on top of the birthday package. I'm highly disappointed. This was supposed to be easy and stress free and it was the exact opposite. It was extremely hot with no AC. 78 degrees with 15% humidity in a small room with 25 people in it. 0/10 stars DO NOT RECOMMEND. The manager didn't help us, we are paying upwards of $500+ for my daughter to be miserable and unhappy. And for our party to be thrown to the side. They then stated they couldn't adjust the price for us after we spoke with the manager AT THE END of the party after asking for her all night. read more

This place is great from beginning to end! This was our first visit. The greeter at the door so very inviting and cheerful, I will say because of the crowed front area it's a bit overwhelming (which was my 5 y/o's obstacle) but once you get pass that aspect it's enjoyable. The one thing I adore the party helper made the kids wash their hands before walking into the room which goes to show they careful for the cleanliness of the customer as well as their work environment! read more

Absolutely love this place. The staff is attentive and ample for the large space. All areas are kept clean and well maintained. This place has rules but none too rigid that you cannot totally enjoy having a blast just jumping around. We came here twice in one weekend because we had such a blast. Older kids are cautious with little ones jumping which means Cloud9 is potentially safe for all ages. read more

Aside from one major detail, my experience at Cloud9 was great and I believe they deserve 5 stars for their wonderful costumer service and how fun the place is!! However, the air freshener they are pumping into the place hurt my throat so bad! -- I don't know what it is but from the second I walked in the door, all I could smell was that air freshener and it was making me cough. The place was hazy from the stuff and I wasn't breathing right for the rest of the day because of it. Very scary. I wish they would come up with a better plan for ventilation/ odor control. read more

We brought our 4 yo there and he had a blast. We went as soon as they opened so it wasn't busy. He was able to play and jump without a lot of older kids. Started to get busy around 11am. The staff was friendly and was constantly cleaning the equipment. read more

My first time here. The people who checked us in were real nice. The kids had a good time. My only concern is the guy who went over the rules for 1st timers. He spoke so fast that I could not understand a word he said. I asked him to slow down and he said, "I'll slow down when I say something important." I told him I did not understand a word he said and to please slow down as I wanted to hear and understand the rules. So he then slowed down. I was close enough to him to hear him explain the rules to many people. He sounded like the announcer at the end of a car commercial. Some people even told him that. What's the point of telling people the rules if they cannot understand you? If people don't understand the rules in a place like this, someone is going to get hurt. It made me nervous. Luckily my girls made it out in one piece. read more

What fun! Great price and just a great time. There are multiple trampolines, trampoline basketball, a ninja warrior course, two foam puts to do flips into and one foam put lane with a trapeze swing... Very cool. The one part that was kind of wasted was a"dodge ball area. The balls are small and it is the wild west. There is no organized games unless you organize them. Watch your little ones. We jumped for two hours. One hour would have been plenty. Great time. We will do it again and bring the kids next time. It was too much fun for us to spoil it by bringing kids the first time! read more

We were already at Skyzone, but decided to go to Cloud 9 instead because the kids (6 & 8) would enjoy it more. It was late so I checked the hours on my phone and saw that they were still open. When we got there, the staff let us know that unfortunately only 15 and up are eligible to participate after 9pm. We would've gladly just went home with no problem, but because we were unaware of the situation, he gave us free VIP tickets that are redeemable any time for 1 hr. I arrived for my granddaughters birthday party and was told that they messed up and only ordered 2 pizzas for 21 kids. Easy fix you would think..wrong! I was told that they could not order 2 more pizzas and really wasn't given a reason why. I guess I was supposed to have 11 kids watch while the other 10 ate pizza. So I ordered 2 more pizzas with my own money from the same place they ordered the first two! We had the worst hostess. I saw her 4 times and once was to give me the bill. We ran out of water, trash was overflowing and the ice also ran out while she was in the next room laughing with her coworkers instead of doing her job. So the bill came and I refused to pay $30 per kid for the 11 kids that didn't get the pizza that came with the package. I told the manager I was not paying for$30 just so 11 kids could jump. His response was, " your not just paying for them to jump, you are also paying for the room, the water and the ice. Wtf. I didn't know we had to pay for tap water and ice now. Are those things now a luxury that you have to pay for? Then on the bill it suggested the minimum tip that I leave for hostess was $110. You have got to be kidding me. So she comes to the room 4 times during the entire party and did nothing at all and I am supposed to tip her $25 per visit? Hell no. Do not have a party there. Years ago the management was great. The place was clean and the employees were all doing their jobs. Now the management is rude, bitter and just plain lazy. That is the last $700 they will ever get from anyone in my family. The place is extremely overpriced, dirty and just not worth it. Very bad experience and a waste of money. read more

We have been to a number of trampoline parks, and this one is by far my favorite. We took our 3 year olds, and even though there were a number of older kids and adults, everyone was very respectful. There are a number of different area and activities available. There is a ninja course as well. And I like how their are separate areas instead of just one big room. The only think I did not like is that they will allow people to jump barefoot.... yuck!! Otherwise it was great! read more

I went with my 3 year old and we had a great time! It's a great place to go if you want an interesting work out. The staff wasn't over zealous which is refreshing. I like that they have a one hour limit option. The price was super reasonable. Can't wait to go again! read more

My two year old had so much fun here! Even though she didn't want to jump on her own, I was able to hold her hands and gently jump with her. She laughed and laughed. I am only visiting the area, but if we lived here I would get the membership pass. 17.99 a month for unlimited jumps, but is is limited on the wknd (2 hrs before 1). They have a dip n dot for machine and it is $4 cash or $4.50 with cards. They also have soda machines and a photo booth. read more

I'm unsure why this establishment continues to change its name or even why I continue trying to come here. Just so that you know, if you purchase a Groupon...DON'T. You will not be able to reserve a time and will have to come in and hope there is room for you amongst those who have reserved a time. FURTHER, if you ACTUALLY PAY to reserve a time via the website, they are still booked to capacity. Today, I purchased tickets for my son and his friend to jump at 5:30. I show up at 5:00 and they are booked per the new COVID-19 guidelines. So why would your system allow people to book tickets. The family in front of me purchased tickets for 5:15 and were unable to get in either. The fun part is that, I put my name on a WAITLIST- after purchasing tickets for 5:30. I was told I would be called within 2 hours. Guess what? It's now going on 2.5 hours and still no call. Not only is this inconvenient, but it's unfair, and I would not recommend this place at all. Oh yes, and I tried calling over 6 times and there's no answer. read more

Can I say WOOOOHOOOO??? I came here today because it was my big man's 12th bday. I had no idea what to do & his response when asked was "I dunno" (typical). A friend suggest that I bring him here and only described it as a bouncy house place but for older people. I checked their website and was a bit miffed when I saw that I would have to be on the trampoline with my little one because he was under 7. I had zero plans to do much this day other then be the kid taxi. As soon as I walked through the door, I changed my tune. The room is basically one H U G E trampoline. They had things hanging from the ceiling that you could touch if you were skilled enough to jump that high (I wasn't). They had an area where you could play dodge ball while you were bouncing and they had an area where you could jump off the ledge, do a flip, and then fall into the foam pit. This is the place people go to when they want to practice all those cool trick style flips and not get hurt. There was even talk of a future ninja course ala Ninja Warrior style. I will be back for that one. There is an area to electronically sign your safety waivers, a place to store your shoes and even a place to just watch and not bounce (thumbs up for not having to pay if you want to do this option). I got so into bouncing around during our 1 hour time limit, that I almost forgot I was supposed to be watching my youngest son. I will definitely be back as soon as possible to bounce around again. Next time I will be sure to wear comfortable clothes because jeans don't really let you move. Maybe boss man X will get an event at this place in the future? read more

This place was great! Serious fun. Yes .. yes you can get hurt but you could get hurt on your own trampoline at home. SO .. watch your kids and make sure they watch out for those wild teenagers. Outside of that this place was great! Totally awesome fun and what a great workout! The kids had a blast. It was the perfect way to burn off lots of calories and energy and for very little money. read more

NOT happy about how they tried to short us 15 mins of jump time. Paid at 1:30. Receipt said jump till 3pm. Well the announcement that gets piped to let you know your time is up came at 2:45. Nope, we stayed our time and nobody said a word thank goodness. At $21 a person, I'm getting my money's worth. Place was clean and actually smelled really good (was expecting sweat/musty smell). Will return, but watch the time they give you! read more

This is an awesome trampoline park I love to take people to it. One of the times is that you must wear socks and if you forgot them they are five dollars there. Also if you're interested and buying their fidget spinner merchandise they are very expensive. This service is great but be prepared there is a light in their prices are $12. If you're visiting this is a great place to take your kids to release some energy in the winter. read more

Amazing place, and amazing workout! Don't let the kids be the only ones to enjoy and have fun! This place was fun, I was with my daughter and we jumped until we couldn't anymore! Make sure you get there during the time the hour starts, or you'll wait for about 30 minutes to rotate out of the trampoline area. If you are iffy about going barefoot on the trampoline, ask to purchase socks. read more

A few years ago I felt safer bringing my kids here. I dont know what shifted but there is little staff interaction passed the cashier. I'm not a person to bring my kids and then bow of out my parental responsibilities but at a place like this I feel it is essential to have staff stationed at all the activity entry points. (as there used to be) The safety brief could barely be heard because the music was so loud. The kid giving the brief didnt make eye contact with anyone but the walls and spoke so fast you couldn't understand. There are so many kids and no one making sure the way is clear for the next person to go. Kids are getting feet to the face in the regular. The security briefing guy is the only one looking over the safety of the entire room- which is entirely impossible because of the side areas and back spaces. It's honestly absurd. Take your kids under 13 to Sky Zone. read more

The reasoning behind my low rating is....... The staff. I took my 3 daughters here for my youngest's birthday. They were super excited to go! We get inside and we go up the ramp. A "life guard" sat on a chair a spent majority of his time talking to his friends who either worked there or got in for free. I suspect this because they never had to leave the floor. After 30 mins, the "life guard" and his friend spent the rest of our 30 mins asking kids to move so they could show off how well they could flip. Literally asking me to have my kids get out of their way so they could flip the full length of the room. Then, they were jump high up and climbing the punching bags hanging from the ceiling when one decided to let go and almost crushed a 3-4 year old. read more

Soooo much fun! We took our little ones and they had a blast! There is a foam block pit, basketball, punching bags and you do it all while jumping and bouncing around!!! We are def going back! FYI: either wear socks with grips or you have to play barefoot! read more

Went to Cloud 9 for a birthday party on Black Friday. Did not expect so many people but it was packed! It was sold out until 3 when we got there at 1:30! It is a great place and a great workout but in my opinion it needs to be better organized. First, why is socks not encouraged? Also, At rebounderz you have to watch a video before you go jumping; third, the jumping area could be better controlled so that less people jump on others squares. But the cloud 9 does have more varieties of high jumps, long jumps. Overall it is a great place for a great workout, but it does get crowded and more places like this need to open up so people don't cramp into one place. read more

Very disappointed! Defy only allows you to book your party online and their website is extremely misleading. I purchased the VIP packet and my daughter's name was never announced over the intercom as they did for other children, my hostess was non existent, and for over $300 only 2 pizzas are provided for your party (which wasn't enough). The place was extremely over crowded and over-booked. I was under the impression that we would have a room the entire time, but that was not the case. I arrived at 12:00pm for my 12:30 party time only to be told that I wouldn't be able to utilize the reserved room where I thought my daughter's guests would be able to hang out until about 2:30pm. We ended up being able to get into the room around 2:20 (two parties later). My guests were never called over the intercom again. My hostess was of no assistance after she set up, served pizza, and left. Lastly, my drink order was changed from Sierra Mist to Lemonade. When I called to confirm, on two different occasions with two different people I was told twice that the drink would be Sierra Mist. Upon arriving I discovered they switched my drink to a lemonade and was told by a manager that they didn't have any recollection of my drink order! This place is clearly run teens and barely legal young adults. read more

Great place to wear your kids out. Large space. Not always aware that some kids have special needs. Wish they had a better lounge area for parents just choosing to observe. Suggest training for Referees in dealing with special needs children. Yelling across floor to kid with autism is fruitless. Definitely book your time in advance on the weekends. Customer service can be great or poor depending on which group of young people are working. I don't like the requirement that we can't use gripper socks from other trampoline parks. Smell can get rough but that's not the businesses fault. read more

I went with my daughter on after my initial review and the ticket policy has changed. You no longer have to buy the adult ticket as well as the child's if you do not jump. This was great because I am not able to participate in physical activities like this for now. I felt relieved when I didn't have to buy a ticket that would have to be wasted. They also added a new section. My daughter thought the newest addition was awesome. This place still gets packed and the floor staff seem miserable. The floor staff also just does not do there job well enough where injuries can be catastrophic to individuals. I think they need more training or better staff. If I could give this place 3 1/2 stars I would because they have made some great improvements but they still need to address the floor staffs current issues. However I must say my daughter loves this place! read more

Pros: It's SUPER fun. Rates for jumping are reasonable. It's great for kids, they have some designated times for specific age groups and families, and there really is something here for everyone as long as you are physically capable of jumping on the trampolines. Cons: It usually smells like feet. The trampolines are sometimes dirty... jumping on someone else's dandruff and hair is a little gross. The bathrooms are often triflin'. You have to be barefoot or wear their special socks, so germaphobes... buy the dang socks. Tips: Parking is limited when it gets busy, so carpool if possible. Use the bathroom before jumping. Wear something you can sweat in. Fill out the waiver online before you go. If you haven't been on a trampoline in decades, prepare to be exhausted. If you're bringing little kids, you're probably better off coming here in the daytime. read more

It doesn't specify in their website but it u personally ask them they will tell you that they are free. They also require that the attending adult pays to jump while supervising them.

Things to note: - you must sign a waiver for your kids before jumping, the QR code can be found upon entry - they have memberships available - a one time jump pass was $22/child - you can bring your own jump socks, but they also have some for purchase - they also have drinks and snacks available in vending machines, but during out visit, it was over the holiday break and it was prime time, and the water machine was empty Be careful and enjoy! This was the absolute worst birthday experience I have ever had. First we arrived and did out that they only ordered 2 pizzas for 21 kids. We changed the amount if kids from 11 to 21 days before the party but the employee forgot to update the snobby if pizzas we were supposed to get. Then we were told that they couldn't order 2 more pizzas for us because it was too late. That's funny because I ordered 2 more pizzas from the same place they did not I had to pay for them with my own money even thought 2 slices per child were included in the ridiculous price of $30 per kid. I complained to the so called manager who said we didn't just pay $30 for each kids to jump, we also paid for room time and ice and water. Wtf..I guess ice and water are now part of the party package!! Completely ridiculous. The place was a mess, there were spilled drinks on the floor, the heat in the party room was 75 degrees and we only saw the party host 4 times in 4 hours. When I went to pay the bill, they "suggested" a minimum tip of $110.00. That was very funny. I left her nothing because she did nothing. I gave out the pizza, I poured the drinks, I changed the room while she was next door with the other employees in a room just laughing and having a great time. My son worked there for 3 years and when he worked there the management was great and when he was party host, he made hundreds in tips per day because he earned it. They have definitely lost my family as customers and for the last $700 that they will ever get from me. So not have a birthday party there. read more

I came in last week and they were pretty slow, but that was great because I got to have the place to myself ! [ woohoo :) ] The staff was very friendly and were busy cleaning. I was greeted before I could even open the door all the way, which shocked me lol From that point, i knew that I was going to have a great time. I'm guessing that Mr. Guy Evans was the manager on duty because he was checking behind people and making sure that they were staying on task. I told him "that's what I like to see! great job man" . the only reason im giving this establishmen a single star is due to this certain manger name bri short for brianna. the amout of attitude she gave was absolutely disgusting and made me want to leave instantly but that only add when she tried to kick a kid out for throwing a dodge ball that was not its desiganted area back to its rightful place. but she didn't stop at that she targeted him for the remaining of his time and also targeted his friend or well i believe friend making them leave in a hurry. bri needs to get checked by someone pr something. read more

I love Cloud9! My family from out of town often travels to Chesapeake just to come to Cloud9!! (over the other park that is closer to them). Their customer service is the best! They do anything and everything they can to make their customers happy! It is a very fun place for all ages, and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a great time! This place is the coolest. I've brought my little kids here (under 5) and they love it. The kid-only hours are great, its not crowded and not rough. The staff is laid back and seem friendly - they hang back and watch and don't really interfere with your experience. They even helped my big kid use the trapeze into the foam pit a few times.
